“Mario is the best. He is a true professional, has great knowledge and experience, and is overall a great person to work with. We especially appreciate Mario’s punctual communication and work ethic. He was always available, and we did tons of collaboration together. He was very focused on making our night how WE wanted it, but he was also able to effectively give us great advice along the way. We had about 5 Zoom conversations with him, and we were able to email or text him at any point. Watching Mario play around with song remixes and blending one song into another was impressive. Leading up to the wedding day, he was very organized. Keep in mind, on wedding day, your DJ is also an MC, a coordinator, a hype man, and a problem solver. Above all, Mario was the perfect guy for the job on wedding day. He provided the heart beat for an overall, beautiful and action-packed day. 100% worth every penny. His set up is sleek and high quality, and you can tell he aspires for that. No wires showing, perfect sound quality, a clean and modern looking DJ table. He also has a backup plan for everything including multiple ways to play music and back up speaker systems (which were not needed, but it is still thoughtful). Most importantly, Mario has a great attitude, and has the charisma needed for such a special occasion. Would recommend Mario to absolutely everyone.”

“This band is "SO Amazing" We hired them for a conference in Hartford and they kept the dance floor full all night. We had a hard time finding that could cover genres from all different years, that would span the years of or attendees. The 4 vocalists in this band are insane, they can cover everything from Rock, Pop, Soul, Hip Hop, Motown to Jazz Standards. They delivered hit after hit and kept the dance floor packed all night, The horn section was amazing. The lead singers were on the dance floor with us, all night. It was so fun. “Stephanie, aka DJ Stardust, DJed our wedding in June of 2023. Neither of us are huge music people, so we were looking for a DJ who could run with minimal direction, and Stephanie was exactly that! She was very organized and communicative leading up to the wedding day. She had a great form that we filled out with all the details you could possibly imagine in terms of songs we wanted/didn’t want/when, and she executed exactly as we expected. Our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception were in three different rooms/spaces, and Stephanie seamlessly moved through providing appropriate music (and emceeing) at each. The one special thing we asked her to do was coordinate a “photo dash” (where everyone sitting at each table comes up to the dance floor for a group photo within the time limit of one song), and she did it very well. She accidentally skipped a table at one point, but rather than making a big deal about it, she joked about it and everyone laughed. The photo dash was one of the most talked-about things after our wedding. Something unique that our venue offered was the chance for DJs to plug into a high-end speaker system they had installed for a small fee. We asked Stephanie to do this, and at first she was hesitant because she didn’t want to be using equipment she wasn’t familiar with day-of (understandably!). Of her own volition, she reached out to our venue and coordinated a time where she could go see the equipment and practice setting up to make sure it would work with her equipment and just generally feel it out. We really appreciated her going above and beyond in this way, and the day of the wedding went off with no issues at all.”

That said, I did spend a lot of time carefully selecting songs that were meaningful to us, and I was a little disappointed that many of those selections weren't played. Some of our requested songs were included, but I had hoped more of our playlist would be incorporated into the evening. The only other issue was that, just before our grand exit, he approached us to mention that he hadn't received enough food. We had paid for a vendor meal for him, so I wasn't sure what had happened, and it didn't feel like the best time to bring it up while we were in the middle of such a special moment. Despite those concerns, he was friendly, punctual, and our guests clearly enjoyed themselves. If having a lively dance floor is your top priority, he does a good job creating a fun atmosphere.”

“In today's world everything is extremely overpriced and service is terrible. My wedding was very stressful for me because of this. I did not have a DJ or a Photographer and honestly was considering just something small scale, until I talked to Ed from DJ Double E. I would give them 10 stars out 5. From the minute I talked to Ed it was a breath of fresh air from the million other outrageously priced DJ's. The price is unbeatable but that's not why I would recommend them. They are absolutely phenomenal and made my entire wedding. The music was perfect from ceremony to the last dance. They were so professional, so involved and so fun. We had a daytime (early) wedding. It is so challenging to get people up and have a good time at 12:30 in the afternoon, I was having meltdowns about it, they reassured me but had the entire place up and having fun. You didn't know if it was day or night. They helped us more than the attendants at the venue. Over 100 guests said how amazing they were. The pictures they took could not be any better. Any other DJ who had packages like this (photo booth etc...) were THOUSANDS, yes THOUSANDS, more!!! I really hate to admit but I'm not easily pleased however I would put my name on the line for DJ Double E after how they made my wedding. DJ Double E exceeded all my and my husband's expectations and -consider yourself lucky if you hire them for any event. I'll be calling them again!!!”

He helped us think through and reorganize our run of show, including perfectly integrating a few live songs played by my brother in law! Shane took on our music request with excitement, especially after hearing we wanted house music that could somehow vibe with guests of all ages. To no surprise, Shane created the set of our dreams!
