“Richard Krutick is special. A special talent as well as a special man. He captured it! The day after our wedding he sent me a teaser gallery of what was to come. I was blown away. When planning my wedding the photographer was the most critical to me -I was picky. When I saw his work he turned my entire way of looking at my wedding around. Richard and I had over an hour-long conversation and we clicked. I, having a creative director background and working with photographers all my career, was thrilled because we spoke the same language. I wanted honest, documentary-style moments captured without noticing the presence of the photographer. He was there when you needed him and you liked him. My guests were saying what a warm and great guy he is. He got their personalities, each and every one of them. He looks at everything with a special eye. “Erica is AMAZING!!! From our very first consultation call with her, my fiancé and I knew she was the best choice for our engagement shoot and wedding. We laughed and chatted and felt comfortable right off the bat. I have been told that you end up being around your wedding photographer more than almost anyone else on your wedding day - so it's super important you feel comfortable around them, so I was thrilled to feel like I have known her for years just over a Zoom call! Then, she managed to fit us in her schedule last minute, and drive over 3 hours to us in the Greater Boston area to shoot at the Arnold Arboretum! Talk about going above and beyond!!!! She frolicked around the park in the cold with us, LITERALLY climbing in and out of bushes and trees to get these gorgeous shots. You couldn't tell by the photos... but I was super duper nervous going into the shoot. I’m not a huge fan of my picture being taken… and the thought a professional camera made me feel extremely anxious. But Erica was so kind, and calm, and made me laugh and feel comfortable literally immediately!!! My fiancé and I are sooooo awkward too, but she expertly posed us in many different ways that make us look like pros LOL! A day that I had so much anxiety for… ended up being such a blast for both of us, truly. JUST THE SHOOT IN ITSELF will be a wonderful memory we will cherish forever. And then she got us the photos in record time, I couldn't believe it! So fast!!! And to no surprise, they were all incredible. It's so hard to choose a favorite, I have like 10 haha. “Working with Caitlinn for our wedding was an AMAZING experience. We couldn’t be happier with our photos! I told her from the get go that my fiancé (now husband!) and I never take good photos, but she assured me that our photos would look natural and not overly posed, which is what we wanted. Caitlinn responded promptly to every email and worked with us to create an efficient timeline for our very large family and bridal party. We had four small children in our bridal party and Caitlinn handled them like an expert and got some amazing shots of all of them! She is incredibly organized and best of all, we received a “sneak preview” of our photo gallery one or two days after the wedding, and the entire photo gallery within a week of the wedding! And the pictures, OMG are they beautiful. The hardest part is choosing which photos to put in our album - they are all that good! (But we get to keep the full digital photo gallery which is being displayed on a digital frame). I particularly appreciated how “unobtrusive” her style is - especially during the very emotional moments like our first look - we didn’t “feel” like we were being photographed so we were able to enjoy the moment and act naturally. She captured all of the big moments and the small details too and her artistic eye created beautiful shots of everything from getting ready all the way to the cake cutting and everything in between. Caitlinn is also an incredibly lovely person - her energy carries through in everything she does, and we felt so comfortable from her right from the get go. Truly I can’t say enough about this wonderful photographer and person - she created beautiful memories for us that we will cherish forever.”

I grew up in Amagansett, NY, one town away from Montauk, hanging out at the ocean, riding horses, and photographing my plastic Breyer horse models in different scenarios with my little crappy film camera, always searching for the perfect light.
