We contacted Elena for her month of coordination services because we were so stressed. From the moment we had our consultation, we felt Elena was a great fit for us! She is easy going, very communicative, and friendly. We felt comfortable with her. She kept track of everything very well, created timelines, and went above and beyond. Her and Andrea made sure everything was perfect as our venue and delivered our bridal parties flowers for photos. We had THE BEST experience working with Jessica from Amethyst Event Productions! During the whole wedding process, Jessica made us feel so at ease about all the tasks leading up to our wedding. Right from the start, Jessica was friendly, helpful, and professional! Jessica was amazing about checking in and making sure we were always on track in our planning. Her communication was AMAZING! She always responded promptly to any questions we had and was always proactive about reaching out to us when deadlines were approaching. It felt like we were always a priority and that Jessica was fully invested in helping us have an amazing wedding day. Jessica helped us communicate with our vendors. She not only coordinated vendor load in and strike, but she also read over the language of all of our vendor contracts prior to signing and helped get all of our certificates of insurance. We were introduced to Laura by our venue's owner and are really grateful. Overall, our experience working with Laura was great. She is very sweet and we had steady communication throughout the entire planning. She recommended some amazing vendors to us. We loved our DJ, florist, service staff, and bartenders. The wedding rehearsal went well and the wedding ceremony was smooth. There were a few things that didn't go as smoothly during our wedding reception and we recognize this in hindsight. A few miscues added unnecessary stress and slight disappointment but we were still able to enjoy our day and night. We used Louise and Third for our daughter's wedding in Lake Tahoe. It was a three day event with many moving parts in a fairly remote location and Megan kept us on track and made the entire process smooth. I admire how calm she remained throughout and the fact that she brought her experience and good eye to the entire event, from the invitations to the place settings to the flowers. The event was a huge success, thanks largely to Megan. We are so thankful for her professionalism and dedication to making our daughter's special day so wonderful!

The first time I worked as an event coordinator, I knew I had found my calling. In 2022, I followed my heart and began planning weddings, parties, and events as my career and I've never looked back! I have a wandering soul. I was born in Massachusetts, went to college in Vermont, studied abroad in Ireland, struck out to Utah and have now settled down in Southern California. On the weekends when I'm not working, you can find me chasing the last 7 of my bucket list states, exploring our nation's national parks, or hunting for all kinds of treasure - from metal detecting on the beach to sifting through thrift store aisles!

I contacted Rachel to help day-of our belated wedding reception we called our "Happily Ever After". I thought it was cute how the business is called "Happily Ever Adventure Co." which goes with the theme, but I ended up choosing her over others after our consultation because everything seemed to be aligned in expectations. Plus I loved how personable and authentic she is! Even though I told her I only needed help day-of so I could enjoy the event without playing "host", she still helped follow up with vendors and make sure I had everything ready to go even a month before. I dropped off the decorations at the venue the day before so she had everything to set up. I'll be honest and say I didn't have a clear vision of what I wanted the decorations to end up looking like, but whatever expectations I had she blew me away! I almost cried seeing the sweetheart table come together so perfectly. Throughout the night she and Mallory were on top of helping the vendors get set up and striked, took care of any issues that came up flawlessly, kept me and the groom on our timeline (in a nice and somewhat flexible way that ensured everything got done but we still enjoyed our time), and always made sure I had a drink in my hand (whether our signature cocktail or water). They definitely helped my vague vision of what I wanted the night to be become something better than I could ever have hoped for. They even were able to clean everything up and packed away without me having to worry about anything. They were a huge help, and more than that, they were so fun to work with that I'm willing to hang out and grab drinks with them at some point! Everything went so smoothly on our big day, and 90% of that is because of Rachel and Mallory. I can't thank them enough!
