“My husband and I used Direct Entertainment for our DJ and videographer for our wedding and we could not be more pleased!! The team was professional, great at communication, very kind and professional, and they helped make our day absolutely perfect! Jeff, our DJ kept the dance floor alive ALL NIGHT!! When the music had to stop at the end of the night, the dance floor was still completely full and no one wanted it to end. He did a great job announcing the events of the night, made sure that our ceremony music was perfect, and he stuck to our wedding playlist with the exception for a couple guest requests (which we were happy to allow). We were so happy and thankful to have Jeff there! Sie, our videographer also did a wonderful job! We have not yet received our video as our wedding was less than 2 weeks ago, but I already know it is going to be amazing. He was so great with communication, was prompt with his timing, and he even set up a second camera for guests to break away and give us well wishes for our marriage, which I'm so excited to watch back. He was very professional and wonderful to work with. We decided to add videography at the last minute because we thought we might regret not having it, and I am SO happy we asked Jim at Direct Entertainment if they had someone available for our day just a month before, and they did!! Jim, the coordinator at Direct Entertainment frequently checked in with us, asked us questions about ourselves, and genuinely made us feel like he cared about us and our special day. He was great to work with leading up to being assigned our designated DJ and videographer, and even after, he checked in to make sure we were happy and that all of the planning was going well. Overall, we would 1000% recommend Direct Entertainment for any wedding entertainment needs! “We can’t say enough about how amazing Andrea was to work with and how awesome our music was for the ceremony and cocktail hour. Andrea is quick to reply and follow up, thorough with her information, and flexible and willing to work with you on whatever you can dream up (Metallic to walk down the aisle-no problem!). The song list is so extensive that we had no problem finding what we wanted and actually had a hard time deciding because we had so many choices! The musicians were professional and delivered exactly what we wanted….and they sounded phenomenal! Our guests raved about the ceremony and cocktail hour music and had a blast trying to guess the songs (we had a lot of rock/pop music included) being played by the string quartet. Our only sadness is that we got pulled away during the cocktail hour for an emergency and didn’t get to hear more of their beautiful music or thank them personally. On our wedding day: they set up stress free, they were on schedule with everything, played a good balance of our song requests mixed with crowd pleasers. The lighting package turned the party UP!!! We had 140 guests in a blank/ standard banquet hall and it felt like dancing at the club. The husband of the DJ duo is a great MC. He made lighthearted but always appropriate jokes, and really committed to dancing. I got the feeling he's not afraid to look a little goofy dancing, which encouraged other people to do the same. Their energy got people on the dance floor and I got feedback from older folks that even if they weren't dancing the duo was fun to watch. Music Mania DJ's added a level of entertainment for our guests that we wanted but didn't know how to provide. As a bride & groom who struggled having "all eyes on us"... I really loved letting these 2 DJ's take the spotlight a few times and 'wow' people with their DJ experience :)”

“The best decision you can make for your wedding (besides your soon to be spouse!) is to hire Hector. We bought one of the packages with music, lights, and photo booth. All I heard throughout the night was “I love every song!” Or “this is my favorite song!” I was worried that no one would be dancing and the floor was packed all night. We didn’t want the dancing to end. Not to mention that the photos from the photo booth were amazing, lots of great props. I had no idea how weddings work - schedule, timetables, etc. Hector patiently explained what should be done when, helped with music selections for cocktail hour and dinner, kept us on schedule all night, and overall was a really fun addition to the party. His online system is really easy to use. Also, I felt that he went above and beyond the call of DJ, seeing as my dress caught on the door as I’m about to walk down the aisle and have no hands free. He was there fixing it before anyone could notice what happened. He handled every curve ball With ease and minimal stress for me - like changing dates due to Covid, caterers setting up tables where the photo booth was to go, forecast of pouring rain for our outdoor wedding, etc etc. I was stressed out enough and I can’t describe how helpful it was to be working with someone who minimized stressful situations or took care of things without me even knowing about them. “The Met Players were absolutely phenomenal at our wedding. Everyone was totally blown away by their performance. I'm a musician myself and choosing a wedding band was top priority for me. Due to COVID, we could not see them in person, but the recordings spoke for themselves. Truth be told- they were more amazing then I thought they already were. The musicians in this band are top-notch, professional, dynamic, and super fun!! Erin, co-owner of the band, is an absolutely delight to work with as well. She responds back in a timely manner and really cares about helping you have the most perfect day!!
