Hey, I'm Mary! It's nice to meet you. What you must know: (1) I'm a nerd. If you want to talk video games, LOTR or Doctor Who, we HAVE to sit down for a bourbon or a coffee. (2) Yes, I will be out on that dance floor with you snapping away while joining in on the fun. And (3), while I'm a photographer first, supporting you during the planning process feels crucial to me - from building a timeline to having your back any way I can. Woman/LGBTQIA+ Owned

Awarded Best of Zola
From the moment we met Mary, we knew we wanted her to capture our special day. She is an amazing human and incredibly talented - I mean, just look at her work and it says it all! Her photography style is just beautiful. From the start, Mary was very in-tune with us and truly listened to what our vision was and then brought it to life even better than we could have imagined. She was by our side throughout the entire process, even including on our wedding day, beyond just capturing the moment, she was helping guide us through the day. Mary was truly our favorite “vendor” that was part of our wedding day - we got excited every time we were going to talk to her ahead of our wedding and we were ecstatic when we finally got to meet her IRL - she is just such a cool & talented human! Now that it’s all over, we’re so thankful to have the amazing photography that Mary captured, which we will be able to look back on for the rest of our lives. Thank you Mary, for being such an important part of our day and for capturing our day.

My clients describe me as caring, passionate about my work, and trustworthy. I am honored to feel like an extended member of the family when I'm photographing weddings! When I’m not working with amazing people, you'll find me hiking in the Hudson Valley, brunching with my girlfriends, or planning my next vacation (mostly likely on a beach somewhere). I'm obsessed with warm weather, family gatherings, and sunsets. When it's chilly out, you'll find me with a hot cocoa in hand. If there's music on, it's likely country or throwback 80s jams. ALL people and love stories are welcome here!

We love Debbie! Debbie has been such a pleasure to work with through our wedding process. Since our first meeting with her, Debbie made us feel super comfortable and at home, feeling more like a family friend more than just our photographer. She has a great knack for getting the best shots and captures authentic feeling in her photos. She was so good at helping us relax in our photos (which was great for me as a notorious camera-shy guy). Debbie will be our first call for any professional photography in the future and we 110% recommend her!

Cassie is fantastic! I have loved following her work and what stood out to me was that all of her photos make everyone in them look amazing. After working with her I can see that her process is to catch the emotion of the day and she does this so well. I love all of our photos and so hard to choose just a few to display. She captures light/dark so well whereas other wedding photographers tend to just wash everyone out. If you are thinking about booking her highly recommend going for it!

I (Bride) had the pleasure of meeting and working with Eddie several years ago. So, when my Husband and I got Engaged, we called Eddie right away hoping he would be available for 1 of our 2 desired dates. Luckily, he was and there is no doubt he was a key component in making our Wedding the magnificent day it was. From the gorgeous Engagement photos, communication in-between and through the Wedding Day, Eddie was knowledgeable, creative and made our photography experience smooth and easy. Eddie considered all our requests and inquiries on types of photo documentation and was always available within 24 hours either by phone, text or email. Not bothered by any challenge, Eddie was always personable, wearing a Smile. Recognition also goes to Eddie’s colleague, Angelo whose talent and added support in covering our Wedding as our 2nd photographer ensured we got beautiful shots of the whole day. We now have a vast amount of photos to create a wonderful Wedding album to enjoy!

You know that all encompassing feeling when you’re revisiting a vivid memory? You can smell the fresh air, feel the way the sun hits your face just so, hear the voice of the loved one next to you, remember the joke that they delivered and instantly you’re laughing all over again. That magic is what I hope to capture as your photographer. It’s my job to hold those moments in time so that they don’t have to fade. You’ll forever be able to revisit the moment, see the exact way they smiled, revisit that incredible sunset, relive the memory and turn back time.

Hi, I’m Richard, a wedding photographer based in the Hudson Valley. My passion is finding the beauty in the simplest moments and capturing them in a way that feels raw, real, and full of life. As a candid, photojournalist photographer, I’m all about ditching stiff poses to focus on the relationships, the laughs, and the genuine emotions that tell your distinct story. I aim to capture the little details and authentic moments that make your day uniquely yours.

From the start, Krutick Photography's communication was incredibly strong. Rich was extremely professional and attentive to ensuring he captured all the special moments, big and small, on our wedding day. The quality of their work is truly incredible - it was worth every penny we spent. Rich focused on the moments he knew were meaningful to us, but also made sure to capture all the little details and spontaneous joyful moments we didn't even realize were happening. He encouraged us to be ourselves throughout the process, making us feel completely comfortable in front of the camera. The end result is a stunning collection of photos that beautifully tell the story of our wedding day. We couldn't be happier with the work Krutick Photography did to preserve the memories of our special day. We could not recommend Rich enough!!

Matthew Rigby Photography
Rating: 5.0 (22 reviews)
  • Photojournalistic style
  • Starts at $4,000
  • Serves Big Indian, NY

I'm Matthew, a wedding photographer based in Garrison, NY. With a decade as a wedding photographer and 15 years as an educator, I bring two things to every wedding: the ability to document moments as they happen, and the calm to handle whatever the day brings. I prepare carefully, communicate beforehand, and stay present when it's busy. My style is mostly documentary. I blend into the wedding, observing and documenting moments as they happen rather than staging them. Feedback I hear most often is that couples weren't aware of me, but that I got everything. I work with all couples and celebrate every kind of love, and every kind of marriage.

Awarded Best of Zola
Working with Matt was an incredible experience. From the moment we found his website, we were immediately drawn to his style. About a month before the wedding, he took the time to go over every family and bridal party photo combination we wanted, creating a detailed, organized list. He also asked about any special moments or details we wanted captured, ensuring nothing was missed. On the wedding day, Matt was exceptionally organized and efficient. The whole process felt seamless, which meant we spent less time posing for group photos and more time enjoying our day. He captured everything we asked for—and more. When we received the photos, we were absolutely blown away by the quality and quantity. Every special moment we could have imagined was captured beautifully. Matt’s eye for composition, his artistic style, and the way he brings out colors in his photos really showcase his talent. If you're looking for an incredible photographer, we highly recommend booking him as soon as possible!

Lisa is literally amazing!!! My husband and I are not from the area, so we relied heavily on reviews and vibes when booking a photographer. From our first conversation with Lisa, we knew that we needed to work with her. She made us feel so at ease at our engagement shoot and really captured our personalities. On our wedding, we had a large group, but Lisa managed to efficiently capture everything on our list. She fit in her perfectly with my friends and family and it truly felt like I was working with an old friend. She always answered all of my questions and established a perfect timeline for the day. Her work speaks for itself. 1000000% recommend her!

A good friend of mine has said that my brand is to care. She isn’t wrong-my brand is one of caring because my being is one of caring. I’ve been a wedding photog for 14+ yrs. I find that being a wedding photog is a gift - I barely have the words to describe how special it feels to be invited into clients’ most momentous & intimate wedding moments over & over again. I’m a champion for the weird & whimsical, the fun & funky - even & especially on wedding days. Plan your day the way you want to, trends be damned. Let your wedding day reflect your joy. That’s what we’re all there to celebrate, anyway. ✨

We don't even know where to begin singing Erica's praises. When she says "Client Friend" she really means it. This is exactly how she treated us from our very first Zoom meeting with her. Not only is she an incredibly talented photographer, but she was such a source of calm and support all the way through the wedding planning process. When we had to find a new venue due to issues with the first one, Erica was so reassuring that it would all work out and she even offered to send me full galleries of all the venues we were considering. When I forgot to put my engagement ring on before our engagement shoot (!!!!) she encouraged us to go back for it and told us not to worry about the timing. And on our wedding day, the second she saw me start to get stressed during family portraits, she stepped in with the most perfectly timed pep talk. Not to mention, she and Amanda (another Sweet Alice team member) managed to make rain on our wedding day such a special adventure that I wouldn't trade it for sunshine even if I could! Erica is the most kind-hearted and thoughtful human and this shines through in everything she does. From the many little treats and gifts she sent us just-because, to her ability to make anyone feel comfortable in front of a camera... My husband and I are both very much not photo people, but ten minutes into our engagement shoot it felt like we were hanging out with an old friend. We heard this over and over again from our friends and family at the wedding too. AND THE PICTURES. Some of my favorites are the candids she took when I didn't even know she was shooting. We had such a lovely time re-living our wedding through the album she sent us. We both said that we were glad we didn't end up spending extra money on a videographer because your photos told the whole story of our day so beautifully! I can't emphasize enough how grateful we are that we found Erica- there is no one else we can imagine spending so much of our special day with. I plan to encourage everyone I know to try and book her for their weddings- if only so we can hang out with her again!

This is delightfully different elopement + wedding photography! From helicopter elopements and lakeside wedding bashes to hiking engagements to weddings with bouncy houses, I capture the adventurous, quirky, and unique. Based in both New York + California, with travel worldwide, I've photographed couples on 6 continents. My creative, fun, & candid photography uses innovative techniques and unique ideas to get photos that make you look twice. Whether you're saying vows in your backyard or having a 3-day adventure wedding in the rainforest, I'll catch every spontaneous moment of joy and laughter—and plan a few unique shots on top of it all.

Awarded Best of Zola
We are so happy with how our wedding photos came out. Kathryn was wonderful to work with. She is professional and organized, and takes amazing photos. We spoke multiple times before our wedding day so that she could capture exactly what we wanted. We developed a timeline of when we'd take different photos throughout the day, and she was able to adjust accordingly. Originally we planned to take sunset photos around 8 PM. However, my husband and I were having so much fun on the dance floor that we forgot entirely. Kathryn reminded us, but she recommended that we stay on the dance floor and enjoy our time with the band and our guests. I'm so happy she encouraged us to keep having fun, and to not leave the party for a few photos. She captured our favorite moments and I'm so happy we choose her as our photographer. We wholeheartedly recommend her to any couple looking for a photographer who genuinely cares and delivers stunning work.

If I have a camera in my hands, then I am most definitely smiling. Photography has been my passion since I was a teenager and I love bringing that passion to weddings. I strive to capture all the intimate details that make a wedding truly personal. Don't be surprised if you see me crying during the parent dances, it's one of my favorite moments :)

Awarded Best of Zola
Sarah is firstly a gifted artist and photographer. As you can see she understands space and color in a way that my wife and I clearly do not but more importantly she understands what makes a moment feel special. We asked Sarah to deliver a documentary style wedding experience and she did not fail. When my wife and I chose Sarah, she immediately got to work helping us to plan our wedding day in a way that you might not necessarily expect from a wedding photographer. Sarah was so personal and friendly on the day of our wedding, it felt more like we had a friend taking our pictures as a favor. However, the finished products speak for themselves: our friends and family celebrating, iconic moments of the day, and our love clearly shown throughout. Sarah delivered organization, artistry, and value in a comprehensive package that can’t be beat.

Working with Caitlinn for our wedding was an AMAZING experience. We couldn’t be happier with our photos! I told her from the get go that my fiancé (now husband!) and I never take good photos, but she assured me that our photos would look natural and not overly posed, which is what we wanted. Caitlinn responded promptly to every email and worked with us to create an efficient timeline for our very large family and bridal party. We had four small children in our bridal party and Caitlinn handled them like an expert and got some amazing shots of all of them! She is incredibly organized and best of all, we received a “sneak preview” of our photo gallery one or two days after the wedding, and the entire photo gallery within a week of the wedding! And the pictures, OMG are they beautiful. The hardest part is choosing which photos to put in our album - they are all that good! (But we get to keep the full digital photo gallery which is being displayed on a digital frame). I particularly appreciated how “unobtrusive” her style is - especially during the very emotional moments like our first look - we didn’t “feel” like we were being photographed so we were able to enjoy the moment and act naturally. She captured all of the big moments and the small details too and her artistic eye created beautiful shots of everything from getting ready all the way to the cake cutting and everything in between. Caitlinn is also an incredibly lovely person - her energy carries through in everything she does, and we felt so comfortable from her right from the get go. Truly I can’t say enough about this wonderful photographer and person - she created beautiful memories for us that we will cherish forever.

We couldn’t imagine naming our business after anyone but her. That’s how Love, Lucy Photography came to be.

Bethany and Raquel were absolutely lovely. Very professional while still being fun. We loved our photos from our engagement and our wedding day. Plus we got our photos back in only a few weeks!

Hey! I'm Nina. I'm a pretty energetic and charismatic person that loves love and enjoys life. Documenting through photo is my favorite thing on this planet. I've been a professional photographer since 2016 but really I've been invested in photography since I was 15 years old. My love for documenting moments came from a desire to capture my own life and that of my friends using disposable cameras, flip phone cameras and point and shoot digital cameras on beach trips with friends. I have used writing, art, and photo to document my life and it is an incredibly special thing to be able to share that with my clients.

Working with Nina was an absolute dream. At our engagement shoot, I told her right away that I’m incredibly awkward in front of the camera and needed direction — and like the pro she is, she immediately made us feel comfortable, confident, and totally ourselves. On the wedding day, when things ran a little behind during the getting-ready chaos, Nina handled everything with such calm professionalism. She seamlessly adjusted the timeline, eased the nerves in the room, and somehow kept the entire day flowing effortlessly. Every photo tells a story — not just of how things looked, but how they felt. She captured the laughter, the happy tears, and all the tiny in-between moments we didn’t even realize were happening. Her eye for detail and ability to find magic in the ordinary is unmatched. She went above and beyond — fixing little details, offering gentle direction, and somehow being everywhere at once without ever feeling intrusive. When we saw our gallery, we were completely floored. The images are timeless, emotional, and truly us. If you’re lucky enough to have Nina capture your day, you’re not just getting stunning photos — you’re getting her art, her heart, and memories that will last a lifetime.

I'm Carroll, a photographer for those who love to live a happy, fun life! I'm married to the most amazing man and together we hike, travel, eat a lot of Chinese food, and watch WAY too many Friends reruns (which explains my crazy love for coffee). I'm also a fur-mom to the two most adorable (and spoiled) little fur-babies, Levi and Chloe. The more you get to know me, you’ll realize how much I love the simple moments of life and to make the most of it all!

Carroll captured our elopement in Grand Teton National Park. Seriously, she's absolutely amazing! Carroll has this incredible attention to detail that truly sets her apart. From the moment we met up with her, she made us feel so comfortable and at ease. It was like hanging out with a friend rather than posing for photos. She helped us scout out the most beautiful spots for pictures weeks leading up to the wedding and was so easy to communicate with. What impressed us the most was how she prioritized our wants and needs. She made sure to communicate with our family members in a professional and respectful way to ensure we got all the pictures we wanted. Carroll truly went the extra mile to make our day special. We're so grateful for her expertise and the breathtaking photos and memories she captured for us. If you're ever in need of a photographer, I highly recommend Carroll. She's absolutely the best!

Having Tara by my side on my wedding as an absolute dream. Our wedding would not have gone as smooth if I didn't have Tara with me to remind me what we had coming up next. Having done an amazing job with our engagement photos, we knew our wedding photos would come out just as great. She did a great job leading us to picturesque places at our venue and guiding us through what poses would look perfect. She captured every emotion we had that day and I'm so happy to have all these moments taken by her.

I grew up in Amagansett, NY, one town away from Montauk, hanging out at the ocean, riding horses, and photographing my plastic Breyer horse models in different scenarios with my little crappy film camera, always searching for the perfect light. I have since moved on to photographing people with better equipment and I still always search for that perfect light. I now live in the lovely Hudson Valley after a long stint in NYC and Brooklyn where I trained under fashion and editorial photographers before starting my own photography business almost 20 years ago. Full disclosure, I'm a little scared of the ocean.

Cappy Hotchkiss Photography was an absolute delight to work with for our wedding. From the moment we first connected, their communication style was friendly, responsive, and clear. They took the time to understand our vision and made sure we felt at ease throughout the entire process. The quality of their work is truly exceptional - their photos have a nostalgic, natural, and emotional quality that perfectly captured the spirit of our special day. Cappy's skill and creativity shone through, even in the challenging backgrounds of our intimate venue in Greenport. They beautifully documented every moment, from the getting ready shots to the ceremony and reception. The final images are timeless, memorable, and absolutely perfect. We couldn't be happier with the results and highly recommend Cappy Hotchkiss Photography to any couple looking for an exceptional wedding photographer.

I have been photographing weddings for 13 years and I love every second of it! I live in the Hudson Valley, but I travel all over the world for weddings. I started photographing weddings in college on the side and once I graduated I knew I wanted to continue to pursue weddings! If you'd like to inquire, please do so through my website!

Look no further than Jordan for your wedding day. I am obsessed with her and her work!! She is not only SUPER talented and got the most incredible shots of our wedding and engagement shoot, but she is also the most chill and funny human who made taking photos completely comfortable and enjoyable. She also handled our huge 20 person wedding party with class and ease. I can’t say enough good things about her. We love you jordy xx thanks for everything
