Jenna and Amalia were absolutely amazing leading up to and through our wedding weekend. In the weeks beforehand they did a great job keeping us organized, tying up loose ends, mocking up decor, communicating with many vendors, and finding us a last minute videographer within budget. We had many moving parts during our wedding weekend and they were behind the scenes ninjas making sure that everything looked stunning and people were where they needed to be. From the first meeting we could feel their authenticity and care for making our wedding everything we wanted it to be, and they delivered that and more. They always made themselves available to us throughout the process and never made us feel like we were behind or unprepared though sometimes we definitely were. Our wedding weekend had numerous events, cultural moments, vendors, and moving parts especially because it was a summer camp-Indian-Peruvian-fusion wedding, but nothing seemed to dim this team’s ambition. Jenna’s enthusiasm and excitement were always a source of light and encouragement for us in some of the tougher days leading up to the wedding and Amalia’s cool demeanor and get stuff done attitude moved everything along with ease. Despite the tight schedule and challenges we threw at them, Jenna and Amalia made both me and my husband feel grounded after every interaction. Seeing their smiling faces in the crowd during the weekend events was always a source of comfort. They make an incredibly balanced and capable team. PS they were so great with our pup too!

A Connection did an AMAZING job stepping in for us when one of our original planners from a different planning company had to swap out very close to our wedding date. Rohini was friendly, approachable, and really made us feel at ease. She jumped in seamlessly for day-of coordination at all of our wedding events, clearly having done her research well ahead of time. We can't emphasize enough how smooth the whole process was thanks to Rohini's help. She really took "go above and beyond" to heart and knew all the right questions to ask, which vendors to reach out to, what rituals to be aware of, who from our families and friends to check in with - it felt like she'd been part of the planning process the entire time! When I got nauseous from heat right before haldi, she was at my room door in less than 2 minutes with electrolytes and cold water (which helped instantly!). When I needed a quick touch-up before my bridal entry, she was there with the perfect lipstick shade. When it rained on our wedding day, she was up at the mandap along with other family and friends holding towels over us. When our microphones and speakers went out because of the rain, she was on stage with our photo list calling groups up before guests started leaving. She helped us figure out not just what needed to happen and when, but what we wanted as a couple and what kind of wedding would actually reflect that. Somehow, she took all of our random ideas and made them feel intentional and cohesive in a way I never could have pulled off on my own. Her vendor sourcing and coordination were exceptional. She was present on every call, asked questions I wouldn’t have thought to ask, and stayed on top of every follow-up and logistic so I never had to. She brought that same energy to my bridal shower - seamlessly coordinating with my bridesmaids, family, and vendors to make the whole day feel effortless. On the wedding day itself, Sasha arrived before the Maître d’ and bridal assistants to make sure everything was in place. Within 2 minutes of putting on my dress I had a wardrobe malfunction and she handled it instantly like she had been doing this for years. Watching her move throughout the day so calmly and confidently was honestly so incredible. If you’re on the fence about hiring a planner, let this be your sign: do it! Sasha knew our wedding vision better than I did and made sure every detail of it came to life exactly as we had dreamed it. The Junior Coordinator handled all the logistics at the ceremony while the lead coordinator managed things at the reception. If your budget allows it, splurge for this add on for sure. Together, they made sure every little detail was perfect. I recommend Mostest to everyone - we were able to enjoy our wedding day without stressing about the details. If you’re on the fence about whether to use their services, don’t hesitate—they’re worth every penny!

We booked for both florals and planning. We could not be more grateful to Angel for her unbelievable help. When beginning to plan our wedding, we had some vague ideas of what we liked, but were not completely sure. Despite only advertising as a 3 month planner, Angel helped us from the day we booked with her (a little under a year and a half before our wedding). She recommended amazing vendors, let us run ideas and questions by her at any time, and helped us craft the most beautiful day. We intentionally decided that florals would be lower on our list of priorities and expenses. Angel also does florals through Greenhouse Events, and she showed us beautiful photos and had the most reasonable prices of any florist we had met. I had a few requests for florals: namely, I wanted a few peonies for my bouquet in November, and gave a few other types of flowers I'd love to see. Peonies are not in season in November in North America, so I knew it might be difficult. Flash forward to our wedding: Angel had everything so detailed and organized, and everything moved so seamlessly. She absolutely blew us away with her decor and florals. It probably looked like a wedding that would have spent triple what we actually did on florals based on the STUNNING flowers. When I asked for a few peonies, she delivered literal buckets of peonies. Everyone was talking to us about how stunning the decor was, and we couldn't agree more. Angel really picked up on what we did and didn't like, helped us identify the most important parts of the day, and made sure we felt special and taken care of with little things we wouldn't think of already planned for in advance. She also kept everything running smoothly but in a relaxed way that was not pushy or frustrating for guests, and kept us on schedule while allowing for extra time for things as they came up. We could not recommend Angel any more highly. She is truly a lifesaver and made our day unbelievably special and perfect.

If you do ONE thing for your wedding, let it be hiring Evviva! I would give her a million stars if I could. Every time I hear someone talking about getting married, I tell them to hire Evviva. Kat is, without question, the best day-of coordinator ever. She saved the day multiple times and could not have been more pleasant, professional, and fun to work with. I got married 5 months ago, and my guests are still talking about how amazing her team was. When I was struggling to pick out invitations, Kat went above and beyond—she designed them herself, mailed each one, and handled every last detail (including stamps!).
