1. We offer unlimited availability depending on the package selected. 2. We cater to your family & bridal party needs during the planning process but even during the wedding events. 3. Our vendors will offer you the A Connection discount! 4. We work with your budget and even assist with the financial budgeting aspect of wedding planning. 5. We have a team of 15+ women, some of the most well-trained, expert wedding coordinators you will ever come across!

| Description | With our partial planning or what we call the “A Connection Love Story Package,” we get involved and jump into the planning process 5-6 months out from your wedding day and assist with all minor vendors, finalizing the timeline and all schedules while also taking over as the main point of contact for vendors and your venue(s). | ||

The Best Decision We Made for Our Wedding
There are truly not enough words to describe how incredible Abha, Rohini, and the entire A Connection team are. Planning a multi-day fusion Filipino-Indian wedding with hundreds of guests and countless moving parts could have easily become overwhelming, but from the very beginning they made us feel completely supported, grounded, and cared for every step of the way. What makes A Connection so special is that they do far more than execute logistics. They genuinely invest in you as people. Throughout the entire process, they encouraged us to stay true to ourselves and create a wedding that actually reflected who we are, not just what a wedding is “supposed” to look like. Because of that, our wedding weekend felt deeply personal, joyful, intentional, and completely us. The weekend itself was an absolute dream. Every detail was handled so seamlessly that we were actually able to be present and enjoy our families, friends, and each other. Their ability to manage everything top to bottom is truly world class. Every interaction with their team felt thoughtful, warm, calm, and professional, and it’s so clear they’ve built something incredibly special. Beyond being unbelievably talented planners, they are just wonderful human beings. By the end of this process, it genuinely felt like we had gained another family. We will cherish these memories for the rest of our lives, and so much of that is because of Abha and Rohini. If you are considering working with A Connection, this is your sign to do it. They are absolute powerhouses, and trusting them with our wedding was one of the best decisions we made.

From Vendors to Family
There are truly no words to capture how much Abha and Rohini from A Connection mean to our family after this wedding. As the groom’s sister, I had a front-row seat to everything that goes into planning a large, multi-event Indian wedding—and what they delivered was nothing short of exceptional. With so many moving parts and a large guest list, things could have easily felt overwhelming, but Abha and Rohini handled every detail with such grace, care, and precision that the entire experience felt seamless. They were always one step ahead—anticipating needs, solving problems before they arose, and keeping everything on track without ever missing a beat. Beyond their flawless execution, what truly stood out was their warmth and energy. They showed up every day with positivity, patience, and genuine care, making our entire family feel supported throughout the process. Each event flowed beautifully, and we received endless compliments from guests about how organized, smooth, and stunning everything was. Most importantly, they created an environment where my brother and now sister-in-law could be fully present and enjoy every moment—that’s something we’ll always be grateful for. Somewhere along the way, Abha and Rohini stopped feeling like vendors and truly became part of our family. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone without hesitation. If you’re planning a wedding—especially a large, multi-day Indian wedding—there is no better team to trust.

Highly Highly Recommend!
A Connection did an AMAZING job stepping in for us when one of our original planners from a different planning company had to swap out very close to our wedding date. Rohini was friendly, approachable, and really made us feel at ease. She jumped in seamlessly for day-of coordination at all of our wedding events, clearly having done her research well ahead of time. We can't emphasize enough how smooth the whole process was thanks to Rohini's help. She really took "go above and beyond" to heart and knew all the right questions to ask, which vendors to reach out to, what rituals to be aware of, who from our families and friends to check in with - it felt like she'd been part of the planning process the entire time! When I got nauseous from heat right before haldi, she was at my room door in less than 2 minutes with electrolytes and cold water (which helped instantly!). When I needed a quick touch-up before my bridal entry, she was there with the perfect lipstick shade. When it rained on our wedding day, she was up at the mandap along with other family and friends holding towels over us. When our microphones and speakers went out because of the rain, she was on stage with our photo list calling groups up before guests started leaving. From small things to big things, our wedding would not have been the same without Rohini and we're so lucky to have had her there! Thanks A Connection!

A connection is the best connection
Second best descicion I ever made, marrying my wife was the first. From day one, Roshini and her team were on top of every detail: organized, calm, and always one step ahead. Even when a few unexpected hiccups popped up on the wedding day, they handled everything so smoothly that we barely felt the stress. Even through out the day they made sure we ate and always got us our Diet coke on time. If you want to actually enjoy your wedding day and see it come together exactly the way you pictured it, these are your people. This isn’t “A Connection”… it’s an A Connection.
