We help New Jersey couples enjoy the wedding instead of running it. We are based in New Jersey, and work in the tri-state. If the vendors are booked and you just need someone to take the day, we can do that. If the last month still feels messy, we can take that too. We have been in the room for live events since 2012, including years behind the DJ booth. So we know when the timeline is about to slip, when family needs a calm voice, and when someone should just handle it.

We notice the little things before they become big things. Years of live wedding days taught us how to keep vendors moving, guests comfortable, and you free to actually be in the moment. Think of us as the calm friend with a timeline.

Day-of starts at $2,000. Most couples spend about $2,500. Elopements start at $1,500. Partial is $3,500. Full planning is $5,000.
As soon as the date is set. For day-of help we usually start 4–6 weeks out. Partial starts about 4 months out. Full planning starts about 12 months out.
No, New Jersey is home base. Nearby trips can be quoted. Travel is extra.
Vendor confirmations, a full timeline, rehearsal, and on-site management so you are not running the day.
Yes. That is our most common job. Send the date, venue, and what is already booked.
No. We use packages. Extra hours on the day are $150 each if needed.
Only as a custom job. Those start at $6,500 plus travel. Local NJ dates come first.
Usually one coordinator. Guest counts over 150 or two locations may need a second person for $400.
