“Where do I even start? For 20 months, we worked with Hanna. She is hands down the best coordinator, planner, and content creator, and we are so happy we chose to work with her. We initially booked her for day-of coordination and content. From our very first meeting, I could tell how incredibly knowledgeable she was and that I could trust her. As we started planning, we quickly realized how helpful she was, so we upgraded to partial planning, which was one of the best decisions we made! She became such an invaluable resource throughout planning. No matter how many questions I had, she was always quick to respond, even outside of her normal hours. We had monthly meetings to make sure we were on track. She helped us with design decisions, recommended where to order things, and even shared discount codes. She also took certain tasks, such as designing our menus, completely off our hands. Hanna helped us book our last few vendors and took the lead on communicating with them. We also hired her for content for our rehearsal dinner. Although she was not in charge of planning it, she still offered to bring the welcome sign stand as well as tapered candles for more decoration. She also took pictures of us and our guests, which was really nice not having to worry about doing it ourselves, so we could be fully present. On our wedding day she brought the box stand for our signage, which was one less thing we had to worry about. Since she was doing content for our day, Kaylee and Melissa took over the coordination, and they did such a great job making sure everything was on track! Moments before walking down the aisle, I realized I forgot to reapply my lip gloss, and Melissa ran to get it for me in time. I was so grateful! The content she captured from our rehearsal dinner and wedding day was amazing! She got photos and videos back to us within 24 hours, which was so sweet to be able to relive those moments so soon after. Hanna genuinely went so above and beyond, and we are forever indebted to her. You will absolutely not regret working with her!”

“Kastina Morrison is the epitome of event excellence. We hired Kastina & Co. for day-of (really, month-of) wedding coordination for our outdoor ceremony at a non-traditional farm venue. Kastina dove right in, offering a curated list of 5-star vendors, brainstorming for decor, and setting several meetings to keep things on track. We had a lot of cannabis elements (a very new thing in Minnesota), but Kastina was able to help us find the right partners to stay compliant and classy. The best part, aside from Kastina’s immensely positive and creative spirit, is her organizational skills. She created many invaluable documents, including an incredibly detailed run-of-show that outlined our wedding down to the minute. Every single person, whether it was a vendor, a wedding party person, or a family member, knew precisely where they needed to be when. This document alone was worth its weight in gold as it allowed me (the bride) to enjoy my special day, and helped ease the mind of my anxious MIL (not an easy feat). On the day of, Kastina and her team worked their tails off to ensure things went off without a hitch - including repairing a wind-damaged tent. It could have spelled disaster for our reception, but somehow Kastina saved the day. And I didn’t even know it happened until the very end of the night. She’s just that good. If you’re considering hiring Kastina & Co., do not hesitate. It will be the best decision you ever made. “I have to agree with every one of these 5-star reviews for Kari and Feathered Arrow! My husband and I talked to several planners before signing with Kari and it's by far the best decision we made for our day. With two very different ceremonies in one day, in one venue, with almost two hundred guests several other vendors and their teams, there was a *lot* to coordinate. Kari was at the center ensuring everything went as smoothly as possible. We had monthly scheduled check-ins with her to discuss progress as we neared the wedding day and I never felt rushed or stressed. With our particular venue, we needed to bring in everything from outside vendors - lunch, dinner, snacks, cakes, drinks, stage, flowers, chairs, every plate, fork, and cup. It was a huge effort to coordinate everything and Kari made things seamless and smooth every step of the way. After hearing of so many wedding difficulties from friends, I asked that my husband and I, and our families, be able to enjoy the day without being the ones to be contacted with any hiccups and we were able to do so throughout the whole wedding. Partnering with Kari was by far the best decision we made for ourselves when it came to our wedding. I recommend her to every single couple thinking about holding a wedding. “Meticulous. Communicative. Organized. Friendly. Creative. These are all words to describe Sarah as the planner for our Honeymoon. Traveling to a different country we've never been to before was a bit overwhelming when we tried to plan it ourselves. Because where do you even begin? Obviously you want to see as much as you can, eat at the best restaurants, and not have to worry about if your hotel is too far from your next adventure. That's where Sarah saved us, and when I tell you she worked her magic I mean it! Not only did she maximize our tours and sightseeing, she made sure that our hotels and airbnbs were never too far away from original meeting points or out of our budget. We traveled to Scotland for 2 weeks and Ireland for 1 week, traversed multiple cities and towns with not a single hiccup in our travel itinerary plans. Sarah created a calendar spreadsheet along with key restaurants and eateries she thought we would be interested in, as well as drive time estimates amongst different routes which included multiple options of stops along the way depending on our mood for the day of what we would like to see. She is a witch, a wizard, a strategic genius that absolutely made our honeymoon the most perfect trip we have ever experienced in our life.
