We serve as your primary vendor contact, include a rehearsal, and carry everything through the day with our full Luxe day-of coordination.

As your coordinators, we handle every logistic so the day runs smoothly and you can simply enjoy it. We build and manage your full timeline, from grand entrance to speeches, dances, and cake cutting, and serve as the primary contact for all vendors. We conduct a morning ceremony rehearsal, set up and take down personal decor, and check in on you all day. Our client portal app keeps timelines, docs, and seating charts in one place.

Intimate weddings and microweddings deserve the same care as the largest celebrations. We coordinate elopements and small weddings using our standard coordination packages, scaled to the size of your day, from essential coordination with ceremony guidance and vendor management up to full day-of coordination with complete timeline management.
