He went above and beyond to make it exactly how we imagined, and it turned out even better than we hoped. On top of that, we asked if he could include last names during the wedding party introductions—something he doesn’t normally do—and he took the time to learn and pronounce every single name correctly. That level of care and attention meant so much to us. He also made a real effort to connect with all of our guests and made sure everyone was well taken care of throughout the night. While my husband and I were off taking sunset photos, Dan got us plates of food and even kept them warm—something we hadn’t thought about, but he did without hesitation. “Forest Park Golf Course was an easy choice for us. Everything is so organized and the package details are clear. You get the whole package here including ceremony space, reception, food, bar, and so much more! They also provide a “preferred vendors” list which helped tremendously to narrow down our other vendor choices. Maddie was our venue coordinator and she was very easy to work with! She was always quick to respond and keep us in the loop on things. Another great part of this venue is that they will set up your decorations for you, you just need to drop off your stuff the week before and they will take care of the rest! We got a lot of compliments from guests on how much fun they had at our wedding and how wonderful the food was. We loved our wedding day are so glad we went with Forest Park Golf Course!”

“We could not recommend a better DJ for our wedding! We got married April 5, 2024 (so sorry for the delayed review!) and Matt was so helpful from day one of talking with him. We live in FL and he’s in Missouri, where we had our wedding and he was always quick to answer my emails and I never felt like all of my questions were ever bothering him. Matt met with us a few times to go over the songs, lights, expectations, and organization of how the songs fit into the sequence of our special day. He made the process so easy and made himself available to meet in the timeframes that we able to fly home and at a place that was convenient. Since he helped reduce stress in the beginning planning stages and he’s so personable, I knew he would be a great fit for our wedding! And… he was a wonderful DJ! The music was perfect, he didn’t play anything that we didn’t want to hear and everything that everyone loved! We picked out most of the songs we wanted during the evening and he played them without question, plus some perfect fitting songs that the guests would love! We are pretty picky people and Matt did a great job fulfilling the DJ role with our requests and making the night just absolutely lovely!!! There were no instances of equipment/technology failure, which is always a plus, he showed up early to set up and his pricing was better than other quotes I received. His voice was clear and professional, appearance was wedding appropriate, and execution of his DJ skills to make our night magical filled with great music and dancing was fantastic!!! She helped us from start (finding a venue) to finish (literally packs things into your car during the wedding). Planning a wedding seems so daunting and she made it seamless. She recommends reliable vendors, contacts them, sets up appointments for you, and even goes to the appointments with you. She helped me make many of the decisions (there are just too many lets be honest). I said this to her during most of our meetings, there would be no wedding without Allyssa. The wedding day itself went off without a hitch. She has a meticulously planned itinerary that is realistic and so helpful. As a bride, you don't have to think or worry about anything because she does all that for you. It's like being a guest at your own wedding--stress free and good times only. She has a tackle box filled with oopsie-fixers for anything that may go wrong... my husband spilled taco on his shirt and she got it right off. She thinks of everything, is somehow everywhere at all times, and has everything under control. She is calm, cool and collected under pressure; which is a MUST HAVE on your wedding day. We did not know what vendors to book for our wedding day, or have any family or friends in the area with recommendations, so we went with a company called George Street Photo and Video. Thank God we did, because they put us in touch with Brooke who went above and beyond my wildest dreams!!!! From day one, Brooke was a joy to work with. Neither my husband or I had been in front of a camera before for any type of photoshoot, and we felt awkward and uncomfortable ... for about 2 seconds. Brooke made us laugh, talked us through poses and how to make them look natural, and took a lot of time and care to get to know us. Needless to say, we were thrilled with her work and went into the wedding day feeling calm and confident that she would capture our day perfectly.
