The Champions Room

Your Happily Ever After Begins Here

The Champions Room provides an ideal setting for weddings, corporate functions, fundraising galas, and other large-scale events, accommodating up to 300 guests reception-style or 250 seated. Floor-to-ceiling windows afford breathtaking views of the golf course and surrounding scenery, including formal lawns, a lake and waterfall, while 16-foot ceilings and a skylight give the space a luxurious and spacious ambience. On the west end of the Champions Room overlooking the 9th hole, a garden trellis runs the length of the room, a lovely setting for outdoor ceremonies and receptions; while on the east end of the room, guests can walk out onto a covered verandah running the entire length of the building and overlooking panoramic views of the golf course.

Golf School Room

Secluded from our main room, the Golf School Room offers a more intimate setting for events such as rehearsal dinners, corporate meetings and bridal/baby showers - with seating for up to 50 guests, a fireplace, a private entrance and a professional sound system.

Tournament & Event Pavilion

Situated adjacent to the clubhouse and overlooking the No. 1 hole on our Hawthorn course, the Tournament & Event Pavilion can accommodate up to 180 seated guests and features newly-remodeled buffet lines and a cooking station, an outdoor fireplace, fans, lighting and a PA system - with restrooms located nearby.

Tram-Anh & FPGC are the best
I had my wedding reception here at Forest Park Golf Course and everything was exceptional. Tram-anh and her team went above and beyond for my husband and I. As a bride who does not drink, the venue offers several NA options and Tram-anh even had the signature drink made NA for me and it tasted wonderful! I can't thank Tram-anh and the Forest Park Golf Course team enough for the most perfect evening. Food was exceptional as well. Lexie is amazing too :)

Perfect Day
We had a good feeling about having our wedding here from the very first walk through. Lexi did a great job explaining the processes and answering questions. When we finalized this was our place we were assigned our event coordinator, Tram-Anh and she was AMAZING! Her communication, coordination, answering our numerous dumb questions all made her an outstanding and vital piece of our wedding. She even saved us some extra money on a return trip with the florist by going out to the arbor by herself with a step ladder to take florals down to be used in the reception space. I glanced over during the cocktail hour and saw her on the ladder and was so grateful for her. And she has a smile through it all! We knew we wanted an all-in-one venue and the flow from the ceremony to cocktails to the reception was seamless. Additionally, everyone at our wedding raved about the food! The bar staff were efficient and friendly. We would recommend this venue over and over again. Nothing with the word "wedding" attached comes cheap but the full transparency and breakdown on pricing was greatly appreciated. We don't have the professional photo's yet but if I am able to edit the review I will upload them later. For now I'll attach some from our friends and guests. Thank you, Tram-Anh and the rest of the team for making our day so special!

Fantastic Wedding Venue
I can't say enough about this beautiful venue and the staff! Everyone was so attentive to our every need. I have severe allegies - including food allergies - and everyone made sure I was taken care of. Every detail of our daughter's special day was handled with diligence and care. They went way above and beyond to be sure the whole day was special without hiccups or headaches.

July 2026 Wedding- Best Team to Work With!
Absolutely amazing to work with! I am a very particular person who loves to have control and stresses. I had complete trust in the team to make my vision for the wedding come to life and was amazed by how care-free I was. This was a direct reflection of the trust and faith I had in the venue and team. I absolutely loved working with Tram-Anh. She was very easy to communicate and ensured the process from start to the end went smoothly. The food here is also absolutely amazing and my guest can’t stop talking about it!

Wedding Reception - May 2026
We truly can’t say enough good things about this venue. From the food and service to the coordination and attention to detail, every aspect of our reception exceeded our expectations. We chose the Magnolia Package, and the food was absolutely incredible. We selected the duet entrée with the stuffed chicken breast and filet, served with gratin potatoes and asparagus, and our guests are still talking about it weeks later. Wedding food doesn’t always have the best reputation, but this was genuinely one of the best meals we’ve had at a wedding. As someone with multiple serious food allergies, I was especially grateful for the care the team took to ensure I could eat safely on my wedding day. They took my allergies seriously from the very beginning, which allowed me to relax and fully enjoy the evening. Our coordinator, Tram-Anh, was exceptional. Her calm, organized presence throughout the planning process and on our wedding day helped us feel completely at ease. She was flexible, responsive, and genuinely invested in bringing our vision to life rather than fitting us into a rigid package or timeline. We dropped off our decorations beforehand, and she thoughtfully set everything up exactly as we had envisioned, somehow making it even better than we imagined. The bartenders and service staff were equally fantastic. They kept everything running smoothly behind the scenes while making sure my husband and I always had what we needed. We were concerned about long bar lines, but adding the Veranda Cooler bar worked perfectly. I don’t think I saw a single guest waiting for a drink all night. If you’re considering The Courses at Forest Park, just book it. You won’t regret it.
