The Champions Room

Your Happily Ever After Begins Here

The Champions Room provides an ideal setting for weddings, corporate functions, fundraising galas, and other large-scale events, accommodating up to 300 guests reception-style or 250 seated. Floor-to-ceiling windows afford breathtaking views of the golf course and surrounding scenery, including formal lawns, a lake and waterfall, while 16-foot ceilings and a skylight give the space a luxurious and spacious ambience. On the west end of the Champions Room overlooking the 9th hole, a garden trellis runs the length of the room, a lovely setting for outdoor ceremonies and receptions; while on the east end of the room, guests can walk out onto a covered verandah running the entire length of the building and overlooking panoramic views of the golf course.

Golf School Room

Secluded from our main room, the Golf School Room offers a more intimate setting for events such as rehearsal dinners, corporate meetings and bridal/baby showers - with seating for up to 50 guests, a fireplace, a private entrance and a professional sound system.

Tournament & Event Pavilion

Situated adjacent to the clubhouse and overlooking the No. 1 hole on our Hawthorn course, the Tournament & Event Pavilion can accommodate up to 180 seated guests and features newly-remodeled buffet lines and a cooking station, an outdoor fireplace, fans, lighting and a PA system - with restrooms located nearby.

Where do we even begin? Our entire wedding experience with Forest Park Golf Course was nothing short of amazing, from our very first meeting to the final moments of the reception. Our journey started when we met with Lexi for a tour and package review—she sold us immediately! Her warmth and professionalism set the perfect tone. Once the contract was signed, we were assigned a Venue Coordinator, Maddie. Maddie was phenomenal. She helped us select every detail and truly brought our vision to life. She was always quick to respond to our many questions, and her feedback and advice were invaluable throughout the entire planning process. She was an absolute dream to work with! On the day of the wedding, Maddie was truly on top of everything, ensuring our reception timeline flowed perfectly and seamlessly. Beyond the incredible service, the venue itself is beautiful, and the room looked stunning for our reception. And the food? It was absolutely amazing! We are still receiving compliments almost a week later—people simply cannot stop talking about how great the meal was. We would pick Forest Park Golf Course again and again, and recommend them endlessly. Thank you, Maddie and the entire team, for making our wedding dream a reality!

We were beyond thrilled with our wedding reception at the Forest Park Golf Course. The entire team, lead by our wedding planner Tram-Anh were energetic, thoughtful, organized, and service oriented. The food was AMAZING. We received so many compliments on the food and the service, some saying emphatically that it was the best wedding food and selection they 've ever had. We could not agree more. We will be back to work with them again.

I am so glad we chose Forest Park Golf Course for our wedding ceremony and reception! Along with being a beautiful venue, the food and drinks are spectacular (guests are still raving about these a month later), and the team is so knowledgable, accommodating, and dependable! Tram-Anh was the absolute best coordinator I could ask for!! I always felt reassured and that I was in good hands. She patiently answered all of my questions/requests and set up our decorations so beautifully! She also made us feel so comfortable and at ease during our wedding—she was meant to do this job!! Booking this venue was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding!

We cannot thank everyone at FPGC enough for their help in making our wedding day so special! Between Lexi’s warm and welcoming personality the day we toured to Madison’s kindness and support throughout the planning process, we could not have picked a better team and venue. Our guests could not stop raving about the food and drinks as well! All of this combined with everything the venue includes in their package, we could not have imagined celebrating our wedding anywhere else.
