The Champions Room

Your Happily Ever After Begins Here

The Champions Room provides an ideal setting for weddings, corporate functions, fundraising galas, and other large-scale events, accommodating up to 300 guests reception-style or 250 seated. Floor-to-ceiling windows afford breathtaking views of the golf course and surrounding scenery, including formal lawns, a lake and waterfall, while 16-foot ceilings and a skylight give the space a luxurious and spacious ambience. On the west end of the Champions Room overlooking the 9th hole, a garden trellis runs the length of the room, a lovely setting for outdoor ceremonies and receptions; while on the east end of the room, guests can walk out onto a covered verandah running the entire length of the building and overlooking panoramic views of the golf course.

We felt incredibly fortunate to have chosen Forest Park Golf Course as our wedding venue. Tram-anh, our event coordinator, was an absolute superstar, going above and beyond to make our day perfect. The entire staff deserves a round of applause for their considerate and thoughtful service throughout our wedding journey. They were always there to answer our questions and guide us through the planning process with ease. On the wedding day, everything fell into place just as we had envisioned. The ceremony and reception setups were executed flawlessly, creating a seamless and magical experience for us and our guests. The food was a true highlight, with guests reaching out to us afterwards to express how it was the best wedding food they had ever tasted. We couldn't agree more! Forest Park Golf Course truly was the right choice for us, and we are so grateful for the memories created in such a beautiful setting. Thank you to everyone involved for making our day so special!

Our wedding at the Forest Park Golf Club was absolutely outstanding! Lexi was stellar helping us when we first visited, learning about the different package options, and finding out that we could make the dream of having our wedding reception in Forest Park come true! Maddie did more than we could ever have hoped for as our coordinator, helping us with decorating ideas, arranging all of the details, and getting everything set up perfectly on the day of the reception. We made some additions the week of the wedding that the club accommodated seamlessly. They made everything as easy as it could have been. Our photographer was in an accident on the wedding day (oh no!) which pushed back the timing of the wedding. We arrived later than planned at the reception. Maddie was waiting outside with golf carts so we could immediately dash away for pictures at the Grand Basin- after she made a quick dash into the club to bring out some emergency finger nail tools! And the pictures around the Grand Basin: sunset reflecting on the water behind us… so beautiful! And the food! The drinks! The service! Everything was absolutely outstanding. Me and my bride never got our own drinks- the servers were frequently asking us for anything we would like. It truly exceeded the dreams we had of what our Forest Park wedding reception could be!

When we began our wedding planning process, we struggled to find a venue that aligned with both our vision and budget. A friend suggested Forest Park Golf Course, and my husband and I fell in love with the huge windows, natural elements, and St. Louis connections. The team was knowledgeable, quick to respond, and super easy to work with; we loved working with Madison and are so appreciative of everything she did to make our day run smoothly! The food was INCREDIBLE. We loved everything at the tasting, and our dinner was highly complemented by our guests. My husband and I love pickles, so we had requested a pickle hummus during the cocktail hour, which the chef was able to custom-make for us. But they also went above and beyond to surprise us with pickle spears too! It was a small detail but meant a lot to us. With so many available venues in the area, I cannot recommend Forest Park Golf Course enough! It was so beautiful, and the staff made the planning process enjoyable and so easy! We felt like we absolutely got our money's worth and more!

I didn't think we could afford such a beautiful FULL-SERVICE location, but after all my analysis, they were only a few hundred dollars more than a venue where I would have had to find a caterer and bar service; rent tables, chairs, china, silverware, linens, glassware; decorate; etc. FPGC took all the pressure off me. I could enjoy the process and the event with total confidence in the event planner's professionalism. Book them as soon as you can! It was a wonderful event thanks to them.
