Our indoor reception area features stamped concrete, natural wood, dimmable lighting, reflective ceiling for uplights, indoor bathrooms, & glass garage doors for an indoor/outdoor feel. It is also climate controlled for both the summer and winter months. Couples can also choose to have their ceremony in front of our large stone fireplace. This is also our "plan B" for rain, where we can make the final decision as close to 60 mins. prior to ceremony.

Our NEW Haue Valley bridal suite is dreamy, photo ready, & all yours on your big day.

Private 1,000 sq ft modern log cabin separate from, yet within short walking distance to, our reception, ceremony, and Fiance getting ready room spaces. It features 5 hair & makeup stations with ring light mirrors, comfortable lounge seating, private bathroom, private outdoor covered balcony overlooking our grape vines and lakes below, with tons of natural light for amazing photos, PLUS 7am early access included.

Our outdoor ceremony space was designed with our brides in mind. With two entryways, brides can decide whether they want to get married with their ceremony in front of our wooden doors and gorgeous stone wall OR they can choose to have their ceremony under the tree canopy and walk through the wooden doors. We also have various arbors and large ceremony decor pieces on-site for couples to use (yes included in the rental fee).

    We were thrilled to have our wedding at Haue Valley. Their communication throughout the planning process was quick and thorough, putting our minds at ease. The venue itself is charming, with everything we needed in one beautiful space. The staff was incredibly helpful, available for anything we required - from assisting our wedding coordinator to providing decor pieces to meet our vision. Haue Valley truly made our special day easy and beautiful. I've loved this venue for years and I'm so happy we got to celebrate our marriage there.

    Haue Valley is AWESOME!!!

    Haue Valley was incredible. They were highly communicative with us during the planning process. We took full advantage of their vendor open houses and decor open houses. Most of our decor came from the decor closet, and we had a beautiful wedding. Going into the wedding day, we were already fully in love with our Haue Valley experience. But then we had an amazing day-of team member, and she made us love Haue Valley even more. She was attentive, on top of things and a highly reassuring presence. We could not give her enough kudos for her performance on our wedding day. We have only RAVE reviews for Haue Valley and everyone we worked with.

    Beautiful and unique venue!

    Located a short distance from St. Louis Haue Valley is an amazing venue with a lot to offer. Family owned and operated Haue Valley ownership and staff provide great communication, clear directions and an amazing 3,000 piece Something Borrowed Closet with everything a bride needs to decorate the ceremony and reception areas. The ceremony area is outdoors and is versatile. There’s an alternate ceremony location on-site in case of rain. The alternate ceremony location isn’t the reception area. Yes! No need to rearrange the tables and chairs! The Groom’s Room has plenty of seating, a bathroom and is spacious. It also has a TV, shuffleboard and PlayStation to keep the guys occupied. The Bridal Suite is fabulous and beautiful in its own right. It is large, beautifully furnished, has a bathroom is and well lit and equipped for getting ready on your wedding day. Last, I will say that the entire site is beautiful and has many spots for pictures so there’s no need to go to other locations for photos. There’s a waterfall, a lake, a vineyard, an ivy wall, giant rocks and several other places that make fabulous backdrops for your wedding pictures. So glad we chose Haue Valley for our wedding venue!

Venue access on Fridays 2:00pm - 12:00am, Saturdays 12:00pm - 12:00am, and Sundays 12:00 - 10:00pm. Bridal Suite access begins at 7:00am to the start of your ceremony.
St. Louis Lambert International Airport is approx. 35 mins. away. Take interstate 1-70 W to interstate 270 S. Take exit 5B for interstate 44 W to the Pacific exit. Turn right off exit and make a left at the next stop sign (Thornton Road). Haue Valley entrance is marked with a large sign and stone pillars on your right.

Haue Valley is partnered with the most affordable bar service in St. Louis. Many of our couples find that its actually more affordable than bringing their own alcohol at other venues. There is $0 minimum spend required on the bar. Haue Valley does not take commission on food or bar services (which would inflate your total food/ bar bills. This is common in the wedding industry).

That is a great question! In general, we believe the average budget of a couple getting married at Haue Valley is between $15,000-$18,000 for all wedding expenses (venue, food, dress, DJ, photographer, etc.). We have had some creative couples with smaller guests lists host beautiful weddings in the $12,000 - $15,000 range, and we have had several lovely events here spending significantly more than the average.
No. Many venues have minimums because they make a 10 - 15% commission from the caterer based on how much you spend on food and drinks. We choose NOT to make a commission because we want our food and beverage options to be as elegant or affordable as your budget allows, and therefore we don't have a food and beverage or guest count minimum. Some caterers may have a reasonable minimum for specific dates.
The Comfort Inn is less than .5 miles away and offers bulk room rates around $100 per night. The hotel is utilized by Purina for large events, so we encourage you to reserve a hotel room block soon. Holiday Inn in Eureka is a little further out but is a great choice, too 636-938-6661. Landing Hub A fairly new hotel with an unusual concept.
