Amazing venue
Such a special day for us and this venue was the best. One of our groomsmen in charge of bringing my gluten free cake accidentally dropped the cake. I was in tears. When cake time rolled around, Simeen brought out a small gluten free cake they had purchased for me. I thought I wasn't going to have cake at own wedding! We will be back next year to pull to celebrate our one year. This place is special.

A BIG thank you to Renaissance Wine Garden
Venue was amazing to work with from start to finish. Simeen was always available when we had questions. We'd absolutely recommend Renaissance Wine Garden to any couple looking for a venue.

Such a Gorgeous Place to Celebrate
The outdoor setting was absolutely stunning and made the entire wedding feel so special. Guests couldn’t stop talking about how beautiful everything was. John and Simeen were great to work with. We are so happy with how our big day went.

Terrible Hosts
Do not have a wedding here. John will talk to couple with promises of what all they can have then he disappears and in comes Simeen, his wife. She doesn’t seem to be in sync with what he says. They don’t seem to really work together with couples. You get nothing for the price you pay. You get the space but no help at all from them with anything!! Time is so limited that it is difficult to plan a good reception. They do not allow you to set up for the reception until 6pm and guests to be there until 6:30pm. Not sure how you get it decorated when you are at the wedding ceremony unless you hire more help. They did not seem like they wanted to cater the wedding, encouraged us to use someone else, which was very pricey. There are venues out there that will set up and decorate for you and you do not pay more for it and they are about the same price and You get the venue all day. Here it is very limited. Although they say you get it until 11pm, you have to be done with reception at 10pm, last hour is for you to clean up because again, they don’t do squat. Simeen is horrible person to work with. Cares more about the customers at the winery than the couple. Even though we paid good money, we are not important!! We went somewhere else due to the stress it was causing the bride. Simeen refuses to give any of it back unless she rents it again. She has no plans to give it back even if she does. She is a thief. I do not trust her for anything.
Simeen Cook•May 27, 2026This review and another review here are from the parents of a couple that booked their wedding with us. This bride’s mom had a vision for her daughter’s wedding, as all parents rightfully do. Unfortunately, that vision wasn’t possible as what was agreed upon in the contract with the couple, not the parents, did not align with their wedding’s ultimate vision. We wanted to be as accommodating as possible and made several adjustments within our ability to help out as much as possible. However, it became clear that the services that they wanted were for a more all inclusive wedding experience, which we don’t offer. We rely on our couples to make the ultimate decision as to whether our venue capabilities will mesh well with what they want for their big day. We see that the couple has now booked another venue offering all the things they wanted us to provide, but as would be expected, their new venue charges 2 to 3 times more for all the things they were asking from us. We aren’t saying it’s wrong to want those things for your big day, it’s just not something we offer or agreed to. The benefit of our venue is we are easier on the pocket book for couples, and this allows couples to cut costs by having the ability get all the extras or services at a price point that works best for them and with more control over those extras. But, you can also go also go as “big” as you want. On an unfortunate note, although we believe in the review process, we do not believe in threats to get what you want. This bit of text is from an email from this mom/reviewer: “I was hoping we could end this by getting a refund and being done. Not have you hold our money and contract over our head for the possibility that someone else will rent it on that date in the next two months. What we have is the power of reviews and that is what we are negotiating with since you do not want to budge. If it is worth bad reviews, by all means keep the money. If you want us to walk away as if this never happened and leave NO review whatsoever, then please send us a refund.” The rental was not paid in full, and we weren’t asking for the rest of the rental, but as a venue, we obviously held the date for the couple and didn’t book it, so monies paid to date were not refundable. It’s a balance between covering our business losses and accommodating the couple, which is why installments are paid, and the couple has less to lose if they cancel further out from the date. So to offer a full refund without another booking on what is a prime month/date, wasn’t feasible. However, we did offer a refund if we were able to book the date and being 6 months out from their wedding date, it was and still is possible for us to re-book it and give the refund. All that said, any couple booking with us is important and their most important day as a couple is a priority. We encourage couples seeing this review to come to us and we can put your mind at ease with this experience. This is not indicative of what couples experience with us. Our reviews, as a whole, on several different platforms are a more accurate reflection of how we do business. We wish the best day for this couple and their family and are sorry it wasn’t a good fit.

Great for an Last Minute Off-Season Microwedding
The Renaissance Wine Garden was an absolutely gorgeous venue for our wedding and provided great value for our NYE wedding. While the communication from their staff was somewhat inconsistent at times, John, the owner, was a gracious host who clearly takes immense pride in his space and business. Our wedding was held in the chilly off-season, but John made sure to provide patio heaters for our outdoor ceremony and was super accommodating throughout the entire day to ensure everything went smoothly. Overall, we couldn't have asked for a more beautiful and special setting to celebrate our marriage.
