    DO NOT HIRE

    Working with Lola Mango as the Maid of Honor has been unfortunately a deeply frustrating experience. While we were initially excited to work with her, the post-wedding service has been entirely unacceptable. It has been nearly a full year since the wedding, and the bride has still not received her final photos or video!!!!! Throughout this extended wait, the communication has been remarkably poor. Responses to simple status updates have been inconsistent, delayed, or outright ignored, leaving the couple completely in the dark during what should be a memorable post-wedding season. A wedding is a once-in-a-lifetime event, and trust is a crucial factor when hiring a photographer to capture those memories. Delays can happen, but taking nearly a year without transparent communication or clear timelines is unprofessional. I strongly advise prospective couples and bridal parties to consider this level of post-event reliability before booking.
