About this venue

Our 3.5-acre venue location includes gorgeous views alongside the Meramec river and our serene 50 year-old walnut grove. Couples are welcome to enjoy the picturesque Lost Hill Lake and our 150 surrounding acres of lush greenery for breathtaking portraits. As a family owned and operated property we strive to provide customized services that fit every client’s needs and budget.

The Big Pavilion

Enjoy views of the river and Walnut Grove and the beauty of the handmade tables.

The large pavilion measures 72 x 45 ft. and seats 250 people comfortably. There are 10 ft. and 12 ft. openings to the area surrounding the pavilion and 18 ft. to the ceiling at highest point. The pavilion has a concrete foundation with gorgeous auburn roof. The pavilion is completely customizable for decorating including hanging items under 15 lb. Our Friday - Sunday, Canopy Wedding Package includes your rehearsal dinner space, six glamping accommodations, extra tent camping for Friday and Saturday night as well as time on Sunday to enjoy Lost Hill Lake with your guests. PLUS, full use of the Lost Hill Lake Décor package, our mixed vintage china, transportation shuttle from the PineMark hotel, DJ service for your reception, and a custom bar package (up to $3,000 in service).

Our Saturday Walnut Wedding Package can accommodate up to 250 Guests, and includes access to the large and small pavilion for guests and serving (including tables and seating), access to the venue for the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception from 12 PM to 11 PM, a hotel suite for the night, and more!

Our Saturday, Walnut Wedding package can accommodate up to 250 guests while our other three Wedding Packages can accommodate up to 200 guests. We can create custom packages for guest amounts smaller and larger. Our maximum accommodation is 300.

We can create both options but a ceremony and reception, together is most cost effective.

We provide our large and small pavilion as well as multiple covered areas on the property for photos. Our wedding coordinator can discuss and create a specific plan with you during your tour.

We have a list of preferred vendors that we know provide great service and food but you are welcome to bring in any licensed cater that you wish.

The couple, officiant and DJ are NOT included in the 10 person guest count for elopements.

Our elopement packages include use of one, Lost Hill Lake arbor and chairs, for a ceremony in one of the three locations listed above. For decor and/or florals, your family may arrive up to one hour early to set-up. Lost Hill Lake also offers a la carte decor packages listed below.

Guests are required to use the LHL Bar Service if they choose to provide alcohol service during their event. We do have a corkage fee if guests would like to bring a special selection of a single alcoholic beverage (i.e., a special champagne for a toast, or wine for the head table, etc.) in addition to our standard bar package. We can happily build a custom package to suit your needs.

Yes, valet parking is also available.

Yes, all our facilities are wheelchair accessible. We also have ramps at the main and side entrances, hearing-impaired fire alarm lights, and trained staff.
