“We absolutely loved Forest Park Golf Course! They were so willing to work with the theme/ decorations we had in mind, and never made us feel like we were asking too many questions or bringing too much decor over! Our coordinator, Tram-anh, was amazing! She communicated well all through the wedding process, and was there to help it run smoothly all night. She kept checking in on us and asking if we needed/ wanted anything, which we so appreciated! The wedding day goes so fast, I definitely recommend having a Tram-anh to help it flow smoothly! The food was AMAZING, and Chef was willing to work with us on a custom menu. We had hot dogs and mini sliders amongst other things, and everyone kept raving about the food all night! If we could get remarried here, we definitely would! Truly a one of a kind night Thank you FPGC for everything you guys do! 3”

“We could not recommend a better DJ for our wedding! We got married April 5, 2024 (so sorry for the delayed review!) and Matt was so helpful from day one of talking with him. We live in FL and he’s in Missouri, where we had our wedding and he was always quick to answer my emails and I never felt like all of my questions were ever bothering him. Matt met with us a few times to go over the songs, lights, expectations, and organization of how the songs fit into the sequence of our special day. He made the process so easy and made himself available to meet in the timeframes that we able to fly home and at a place that was convenient. Since he helped reduce stress in the beginning planning stages and he’s so personable, I knew he would be a great fit for our wedding! And… he was a wonderful DJ! The music was perfect, he didn’t play anything that we didn’t want to hear and everything that everyone loved! We picked out most of the songs we wanted during the evening and he played them without question, plus some perfect fitting songs that the guests would love! We are pretty picky people and Matt did a great job fulfilling the DJ role with our requests and making the night just absolutely lovely!!! There were no instances of equipment/technology failure, which is always a plus, he showed up early to set up and his pricing was better than other quotes I received. His voice was clear and professional, appearance was wedding appropriate, and execution of his DJ skills to make our night magical filled with great music and dancing was fantastic!!! “I cannot say enough good things about our DJ (Jon)! My now husband and I had some concerns regarding some of our family members and we discussed them with Jon prior to the event. Jon respected our wishes and was so professional about everything. He handled things extremely well. We had an issue with the pastor who married us. We had asked the pastor a week or two prior to the wedding if he would at least come by the reception hall to say the blessing at the wedding (He said yes at the time.), and he no-showed. Jon had announced that the pastor would come up and say the blessing, and of course there was radio silence because we quickly realized the pastor wasn’t there. Once we told Jon that he didn’t show up, Jon said a quick blessing and our meal began. We started the dances, and we could not keep people off of the dance floor. Jon kept pace with the crowd so well and everyone had such a blast! What my husband and I didn’t realize at the time was that my husband’s Uncle Joe had a surprise song picked out for us as well as green Irish polo shirts made for all of us (inside joke) and we essentially had a bit of a flash mob at our wedding. Kudos to Jon for going along with his idea! That was so funny and it made our wedding so special. Overall, it was a wonderful evening and I truly hope every couple is blessed with a DJ like Jon. I don’t think he could have done anything better honestly. You will not find a better DJ in the St. Louis / Metro East area! Thanks Jon!”

I have a dirty little secret… I never wanted to be a wedding planner. It was never something that was on my radar. The series of events that led me to this industry is, to be honest, not very exciting, inspiring, or important, really, so I’ll skip that part. (Feel free to ask me later.) What is important is that my heart is in help and service. Born and raised in St. Louis, I’ve gained a lot of knowledge about local wedding vendors, traditions, and styles. But after working 12+ years in the industry, I’m down for anything and love working with a couple that has a unique style and vision for their day.

Although my daughter and her fiancee had a strong vision of their wedding ceremony and reception, they live out of town with full-time jobs and busy lives. With no "first-looks" and a large bridal party, Victoria expertly and calmly choreographed photography, vendors and family. With Victoria overseeing the details, we were all able to savor the day and witness the bride and groom's vision come to life. We had such a fun night visiting, dancing and celebrating. “Rachel Lebo is an absolute pro when it comes to weddings. When my husband and I first got engaged, I felt like a deer in headlights - so many calls to make, venues to see, and things to arrange. Our very first decision, and quite frankly our best decision, was to hire Rachel. She understands that planning/coordinating a wedding is a daunting task, leaving couples feeling drained and overwhelmed. But Rachel is the cure for all of the stress. My husband and I opted for "the curated experience" on her services menu, with an add-on for a longer timeframe (more of a traditional planning of the whole thing). 10/10 I cannot recommend it enough. Rachel was very communicative, responding to emails promptly and never leaving us guessing. She is happy to call vendors and venues on your behalf, and for me, as a fairly anxious person, this was a huge relief! We told her we wanted Halloweenish/Medieval/Western inspired wedding, and she didn't even bat an eyelash. Together, we planned a wedding for 120 people at St. Louis' historic and haunted Lemp Mansion, a venue which she helped us pick out. With strong background in fine art and DJing, Rachel is extremely detail oriented, employing her signature answers-to-all-questions spreadsheet called "the document." This shared spreadsheet wrangled all the moving parts of the wedding (like contacts, dates, and and everything in between) into a singular location where we could follow along with constant updates. This came in clutch especially during the week of the wedding. With nearly a decade of wedding industry experience under her belt, Rachel dotted every i and crossed every t. Our wedding was PERFECT. Not a thing was out of place. Even when it rained as our outdoor, but covered, wedding was getting started, Rachel was loaded with a contingency plan. We had queer, Jewish ceremony, with many of our guest (and us included) falling under the LGBTQ umbrella. We felt so safe and supported by Rachel! She made sure we got to celebrate exactly how WE wanted to. Rachel Lebo is rising star in the world of wedding planning and coordinating. Our big day felt special and smooth, with Rachel guiding our guests, our wedding party, and of course ourselves. On top of her offering excellent customer service, Rachel is just such a delightful person. She is hilarious, kind, and just wants everyone to have fun on their big day.”
