    I'll start by saying Tom and Lindsay are great people to work with. I'm a DJ in the area and have worked side by side with a lot of venue owners, and so far they have been the best to work with. They're incredibly accommodating: whatever we need on the day, from setup and load-in to timeline changes, they make it easy and they're happy to help. On top of that, the venue itself is beautiful, and it looks amazing in photos. Couples and vendors alike are in great hands here. Highly recommend!

    We got married at The Marquee at NewTown on 9/12 and could not have asked for a better experience! From our very first tour Lindsay made everything feel effortless. They were organized, responsive, and genuinely cared about making our day perfect, anticipating things we didn’t even think to ask about, and keeping the whole day running smoothly behind the scenes. 💕

    Our third and final child was married this past weekend, but this was the first at the Marquee in New Town. Wow!! Throughout the process they assured him and the bride that everything would be taken care of and always made them feel at ease! And they lived up to theirthat word and more! The location is perfect with the most beautiful setting for pictures outside by the fountains. Everything was so easy and smooth and the owners executed perfectly. This was a PARTY crowd, yet somehow there was never a line at the bar!!! They were so fast and the owner even went to some of the tables offering to bring drinks to some of the guests. They also took special care of the bride and groom all night. The Photo Booth was so much fun for everyone. It was beautiful and stress free. I can’t recommend enough. Do yourself a favor and go look at this place and talk to the owners.

    We absolutely LOVED our wedding reception at the Marquee! Such a gorgeous, fun venue with the perfect set up for a large number of guests. Lindsay and Tom were so accommodating, kind, and FUN! They made the night seamless and a blast for all who attended. The photo booth was a huge hit with our guests. Would pick the Marquee again and again for events!

Yes. There is a beautiful Chapel here in New Town. You can also get married at the Grand Canal, Courtyard, or inside The Marquee.
Occupancy is 300 seated. Seating includes tables and chairs. We also have an outdoor patio that can accommodate 50 people.
We have preferred caterers to choose from. You may bring your own desserts.
We acknowledge that plans may change and while we desire to accommodate such changes, any event cancellations must be given in writing, but in such case, the original fifty percent (50%) deposit of the rental fee will be forfeited to The Marquee. However, If the Client reschedules the event within 30 days of the cancellation notification and schedules within a year of the original event date, the deposit will be transferable towards the rescheduled event.
Sure! We have outdoor patios and grass areas perfect for bags or washers. (We do not provide games.)
Yes we have a projector available upon request.
No, outside liquor is not permitted.
We ask that there be no open candles, no glitter, and no confetti. Other than that, the sky is the limit!
