“I cannot say enough good things about our DJ (Jon)! My now husband and I had some concerns regarding some of our family members and we discussed them with Jon prior to the event. Jon respected our wishes and was so professional about everything. He handled things extremely well. We had an issue with the pastor who married us. We had asked the pastor a week or two prior to the wedding if he would at least come by the reception hall to say the blessing at the wedding (He said yes at the time.), and he no-showed. Jon had announced that the pastor would come up and say the blessing, and of course there was radio silence because we quickly realized the pastor wasn’t there. Once we told Jon that he didn’t show up, Jon said a quick blessing and our meal began. We started the dances, and we could not keep people off of the dance floor. Jon kept pace with the crowd so well and everyone had such a blast! What my husband and I didn’t realize at the time was that my husband’s Uncle Joe had a surprise song picked out for us as well as green Irish polo shirts made for all of us (inside joke) and we essentially had a bit of a flash mob at our wedding. Kudos to Jon for going along with his idea! That was so funny and it made our wedding so special. Overall, it was a wonderful evening and I truly hope every couple is blessed with a DJ like Jon. I don’t think he could have done anything better honestly. You will not find a better DJ in the St. Louis / Metro East area! Thanks Jon!”

“TLDR: My friends and parents told me "brides don't get to remember their wedding because it's too stressful". I remember EVERYTHING thanks to Allyssa and so do my family and friends. It was an amazing flawless experience strictly due to her. We purchased the full package wedding planning as my husband and I are both physicians, and boy was it worth the . She helped us from start (finding a venue) to finish (literally packs things into your car during the wedding). Planning a wedding seems so daunting and she made it seamless. She recommends reliable vendors, contacts them, sets up appointments for you, and even goes to the appointments with you. She helped me make many of the decisions (there are just too many lets be honest). I said this to her during most of our meetings, there would be no wedding without Allyssa. The wedding day itself went off without a hitch. She has a meticulously planned itinerary that is realistic and so helpful. As a bride, you don't have to think or worry about anything because she does all that for you. It's like being a guest at your own wedding--stress free and good times only. She has a tackle box filled with oopsie-fixers for anything that may go wrong... my husband spilled taco on his shirt and she got it right off. She thinks of everything, is somehow everywhere at all times, and has everything under control. She is calm, cool and collected under pressure; which is a MUST HAVE on your wedding day. On top of being all this , she is a great person. She is so nice, funny, and friendly! I loved hanging out with her during the process. My husband couldn't make it to many of the planning appointments, so Allyssa went with me!! It's like having a best friend come along who also has great taste and knows everyone. “I cannot say enough amazing things about Rachel! She was an absolute dream to work with! She was so warm and fun, a great listener, and a true professional. Rachel absolutely knocked it out of the park!! As a DOC: We didn't need much in terms of coordinating a lot of moving parts for our day and we already booked all our vendors and had our planning essentially done. We just wanted someone to take care of the set up/tear down at the venue and be the main point of contact for the vendors that wasn't me (the bride) as well as make sure everything was running on schedule on the wedding day. We had out first meeting with Rachel about two months before the wedding and she took us through a very thorough check list of all the things that she would need to take care of and what the day would look like. Once we passed on all the vendor info and planning details to Rachel, the stress of the big day eased up so much! We felt like we were in such great hands with Rachel the whole time leading up to the wedding day. On the actual big day, she took charge of all the set up with the venue, catering, photobooth, decor, cake, and florist. She made sure I didn't have to think about anything leading up to the ceremony and throughout the reception. Afterwards, she packed up all the flowers, decor, and anything else that we needed to take home while my husband and I talked to guests at the end of the reception so by the time we were done, everything was ready to go for us. So if you are maybe considering tacking on her DOC services, DO IT! As a DJ: Rachel really knows her stuff when it comes to music! She has so much experience and it definitely showed during our DJ planning meeting with her. She was so open and flexible in what we wanted to do and the certain songs we wanted to be played. She wanted to know the overall atmosphere for each section of the wedding so she could curate the perfect soundtrack for the day. She successfully delivered the main thing I wanted at my wedding - a fun dance floor! She had everyone up on their feet and played all the songs we wanted to hear as well as making sure to play other songs that kept people on the dance floor. We had a lot of guests tell us they really enjoyed our DJ! She will do anything you want, no matter what your music taste is! She was perfect! I will be referring Rachel like crazy to everyone! She also coordinated everything with the vendors and took a huge load of the work off of me. I’m sure she put out a lot of fires we never even knew existed. She seamlessly set up the reception of my dreams and broke it all down following the reception. She quite honestly had our backs throughout the whole process and was so down to earth and extremely nice/fun/easy to work with! On top of it all, she took beautiful pictures and videos of the reception all set up as well as our first dances with our parents! None of our guests took videos of our dances and it would have been heartbreaking not to have them! She seriously thought of it all - do NOT hesitate to hire Jovial! “Rachel Lebo is an absolute pro when it comes to weddings. When my husband and I first got engaged, I felt like a deer in headlights - so many calls to make, venues to see, and things to arrange. Our very first decision, and quite frankly our best decision, was to hire Rachel. She understands that planning/coordinating a wedding is a daunting task, leaving couples feeling drained and overwhelmed. But Rachel is the cure for all of the stress. My husband and I opted for "the curated experience" on her services menu, with an add-on for a longer timeframe (more of a traditional planning of the whole thing). 10/10 I cannot recommend it enough. Rachel was very communicative, responding to emails promptly and never leaving us guessing. She is happy to call vendors and venues on your behalf, and for me, as a fairly anxious person, this was a huge relief! We told her we wanted Halloweenish/Medieval/Western inspired wedding, and she didn't even bat an eyelash. Together, we planned a wedding for 120 people at St. Louis' historic and haunted Lemp Mansion, a venue which she helped us pick out. With strong background in fine art and DJing, Rachel is extremely detail oriented, employing her signature answers-to-all-questions spreadsheet called "the document." This shared spreadsheet wrangled all the moving parts of the wedding (like contacts, dates, and and everything in between) into a singular location where we could follow along with constant updates. This came in clutch especially during the week of the wedding. With nearly a decade of wedding industry experience under her belt, Rachel dotted every i and crossed every t. Our wedding was PERFECT. Not a thing was out of place. Even when it rained as our outdoor, but covered, wedding was getting started, Rachel was loaded with a contingency plan. We had queer, Jewish ceremony, with many of our guest (and us included) falling under the LGBTQ umbrella. We felt so safe and supported by Rachel! She made sure we got to celebrate exactly how WE wanted to. Rachel Lebo is rising star in the world of wedding planning and coordinating. Our big day felt special and smooth, with Rachel guiding our guests, our wedding party, and of course ourselves. On top of her offering excellent customer service, Rachel is just such a delightful person. She is hilarious, kind, and just wants everyone to have fun on their big day.”
