About this venue

Deity Events is an all-inclusive wedding venue. The price you see listed is the price per person including gratuity, and don't worry there is no additional service or administration fees. Our pricing includes so much more than just space. Deity includes six hours of exclusive use of the venue, catering, event coordinator, furniture, linen and candle décor, Catering is provided in-house by the executive chef, who offers sit-down dinners as well as standing cocktail receptions.

Brooklyn artists create Art Deco in this vintage wedding venue for your cocktail hour.

Lounge space features a hand poured hexagon bar perfect for entertaining your guests. A Tree of Life dominates the the sunken lounge area with velvet banquette seating. Accented by custom stained glass windows, chandeliers, and candlelight. In-house Brooklyn catering brings it all together to enjoy a welcoming cocktail hour or standing dinner party. Our staff will pass hors d'oeuvres for an elevated experience for your guests.

Description

Booking with Deity includes six-hours of event time at the venue, with help from a day-of coordination team, in-house Catering with executive chef, for a seated family style dinner or a standing dinner cocktail reception. We have a full bar with a professional wait staff. This package includes a bar credit in the per person pricing. We include on-site furniture, linen and candle décor as part of the Wedding package, so little is needed to customize the space.

Build your dream wedding! Our minimum-spend package is designed to be more flexible for those couples whose plans might not fit a typical fixed price-wedding package. Perhaps your guest count doesn't match our typical minimum-guest requirement for a certain day. Perhaps you don't want to do a ceremony at Deity. Maybe you might want to do hors d'oeuvres rather than pay for a full sit down dinner. Maybe dancing is more important to you. Or perhaps you might not want to dance at all.

    We got married on October 25, 2025, and choosing Deity was one of the best decisions we’ve ever made. We wanted our wedding to feel like Brooklyn - a little chic, a little charming, both unconventional and elegant - and Deity couldn’t have been a more perfect vibe and atmosphere. The all-inclusive package made planning the whole event a piece of cake. Caio, the owner, was really good about communication through the entire process (which was almost 2 years for us!), and the planning meetings we had were thorough and super organized. With 105 guests, the space felt pleasantly full but never over crowded.  The food and drinks were delicious and abundant and the chef was great about working with our guests’ allergies and dietary restrictions. The salmon and short rib were great entree choices, and we loved every single appetizer we picked for cocktail hour (we still dream about those potatoes). Dinner service was prompt, efficient, and we witnessed Caio checking in on all the tables to make sure they had enough to eat throughout the whole night. Deity did a great job of batch prepping drinks, they fulfilled our signature cocktail request perfectly, plus the watermelon margaritas that were waiting for us on the dance floor were strong and delicious!  Deity has the flow of weddings perfected. We both work in theater so our standards of good event planning are high, and Deity exceeded our expectations! At first glance, it may seem like a challenge to move a large number of guests between three different floors on a tight schedule, but the team manages it so well. They know exactly how to make each transition as smooth as possible, so no moment felt like people were being rushed into the next space or waiting too long for the next part of the night. They also did an excellent job helping with our older guests and guests with mobility issues - we had been nervous about the stairs between floors going in, but the staff was a huge help with making sure that everyone felt safe and comfortable traversing them.  We also highly recommend booking the getting ready suite. We did and it was so good having a home base for us to get ready, eat, have families and friends hang out, and take many photos before the ceremony started (plus there’s a hot tub on the roof)! We felt incredibly well taken care of all day by Caio, Anastasia, and Matthew, and our guests have told us how great of an experience they had as well. We loved our Brooklyn fairy tale wedding at Deity and we’re so grateful to the Deity team for supporting our vision of our day!

    To say our wedding was perfect is an understatement! Our wedding was a BLAST! We had the most incredible experience and I can't thank the Deity team enough for their hard work in executing this day. The whole experience from beginning to end was flawless. We got married 3 weeks ago and our friends are still talking about that night! We had 65 people and it was a perfect venue for our intimate wedding. The food was incredible -the chef even made an appearance at dinner to check on us, we love you Chef! DJ John Divine was a star - he captured the vibe perfectly and read the room all night long. Caio, Matthew, Janelle, thank you ALL for making our day perfect from start to finish. I wish we could do it all over again!

    Our wedding at Deity was exactly what we had envisioned. Having been to loads of weddings held in standard banquet halls or ballrooms, we were looking for a “non-traditional” venue that stood out, and Deity did exactly that. Working with Anastasia and Caio was the most seamless process that we could have hoped for. They were both extremely accommodating, understanding, and willing to work with us to ensure that the day went exactly as we had planned. We had a few unconventional requests, which were welcomed wholeheartedly and executed on flawlessly. The service and food throughout the night were amazing, with a few of our guests saying that it was the best wedding food they have ever had. If you are looking for a fun, memorable, and stylish venue to host your wedding - Deity is the one!

    We got married at Diety a couple months ago but we actually found Deity two years prior to that when I stumbled upon this venue online. Originally we were not even searching for a venue in new york city but when we found Deity - I thought, this is too good to be true and booked a viewing immediately. We were immediately impressed with not only the gorgeous venue but their all in one package, and the flexibility and kindness we received on our initial viewing made us confident we found the right place. Throughout the wedding process Caio always answered my questions and were so open to all our ideas and remained flexible to help us execute a unique and special day. On the day of the wedding and leading up we had the pleasure of working with Anastasia who helped execute everything for us. The day ran so smoothly and Anastasia did not miss a beat - she not only ran the entire show, she always made sure we were taken care of and she quickly became a close friend we trusted that night. The chef James executed a special all vegan menu for us and both us and our guests raved about the food and we are still being told our delicious the vegan meatballs were! The bartenders and servers were also all amazing, the drinks were amazing and the service was quick. The DJ also killed it and was able to keep everyone on the dance floor all night and also went above and beyond with our song requests for the day. We are so beyond happy we got married at Deity and could have not found a better venue that cared so much, was filled with so much detail and care and had the best employees working for them who made it all possible.
