Hi, I'm Madeline, founder and lead planner at Lina Rose Events, a boutique wedding planning studio based in Greenpoint, Brooklyn. I started Lina Rose Events because I believe every couple deserves a planner who genuinely cares, not just about the logistics, but about the experience of planning your wedding. I work with a small number of couples each year so that every one gets my full attention, creative energy, and honest guidance. I know the NYC wedding world well, and I bring that knowledge to every couple I work with. My approach is warm, organized, and deeply personal.

I believe no two weddings are the same, and I'll never treat yours like one. Every couple I work with gets a fully personalized approach, no templates, no one-size-fits-all packages, no cookie-cutter timelines. I take the time to understand who you are as a couple and build everything around that. I'm Brooklyn-based with deep roots in the NYC vendor community, and I bring honest, real-talk guidance to every decision so you always feel confident and never overwhelmed. From our first conversation to your last dance, I'm with you every step of the way. Full-service planning includes venue sourcing, vendor selection and management, budget tracking, design direction, timeline creation, and seamless day-of execution. You bring the vision, I handle everything else.

Perfect for couples who've already booked their venue and a few key vendors but need an expert to pull it all together. We'll pick up wherever you are, fill in the gaps, and make sure every detail is accounted for as your date approaches.

You've done the planning, now let me make sure it all actually happens. Starting 4–6 weeks out, I take over vendor communication, build your timeline, run your rehearsal, and manage every detail on the day so you can be fully present and enjoy every moment.

    Incredible planner!!!!

    I truly can’t say enough good things about working with madeline. From our very first conversation, I felt completely at ease and knew I was in great hands. They were incredibly organized, thoughtful, and responsive throughout the entire process, and they made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and genuinely enjoyable. On the day of the event, they handled everything so seamlessly behind the scenes that I was actually able to be present and enjoy the moment instead of worrying about logistics. Their attention to detail, calm energy, and ability to adapt when things shifted made such a difference. More than anything, it felt like they truly cared about making the event special and successful, not just checking boxes. I’m so grateful I worked with her and would recommend her without hesitation to anyone looking for someone reliable, professional, and just wonderful to work with.

    It doesn't get better than Lina Rose Events!

    Madeline is truly one-of-a-kind, both as a person and an event planner. She put together the most fun rib cook-off competition, and it was clear from the start (and I mean the second invites went out, not just when the event started) how much thought and care went into every detail. From the creative theme (all the teams had custom aprons!) to the little touches that made the day run so smoothly (thinking through the flow of people getting sides, then their ribs, then voting), she made it feel effortless, even though we all know how much work it took behind the scenes. What stood out most was how she went beyond just organizing the cooking competition. That in itself was a feat, with multiple grills, voting systems - the whole nine yards. Madeline found ways to bring people together, like incorporating other activities to keep people involved. That included line dancing, which had everyone laughing and joining in, and setting up corn hole where we continued to see just how competitive everyone was! Even with a million moving parts, dozens of people, and a true ALL DAY event, Madeline made everyone feel at home, involved, and kept the energy high. That’s Madeline’s magic as a planner. She doesn’t just create an event, she creates true joy. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to work with her who would be lucky to have her talent and heart transforming moments into lifelong, joyful memories!
