I’m Chef Norrisa, the heart behind LibraSoul, a Philadelphia-based private chef and catering business established in 2022. My love of cooking began alongside my grandmother, where I learned how food brings people together. With a background in social work, caring for others comes naturally—and sharing a meal is one of my favorite ways to do it. LibraSoul offers personalized catering for intimate weddings, rehearsal dinners, bridal showers, and celebrations. My menus draw on Southern, Caribbean, Italian, and American flavors, bringing warmth and personality to everything from a relaxed brunch to a multicourse dinner. Based in Philadelphia, I travel throughout Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland, and New York.
