About Notes & Roast LLC

Charisse Dean

Co-Founder

Notes & Roast is a sister-founded luxury beverage and dessert catering experience created for celebrations where the details matter. We bring handcrafted espresso, cold brew, matcha, boba, cold-pressed juices and signature drinks together with beautiful carts, elevated presentation and warm hospitality. Every experience is designed to feel intentional and complement your wedding, from the menu and styling to the way your guests are served. With teams in the Mid-Atlantic and Atlanta, we bring the polish of a premium caterer with the personality and energy of a great coffeehouse. Brewed for the vibe. Poured to the beat.

Most beverage carts specialize in one thing. We built Notes & Roast to do more. Our couples can create one cohesive beverage experience across their celebration, from welcome matcha or cold-pressed juice to cocktail-hour boba, signature drinks and late-night espresso. Our menus, carts and presentation can be tailored to your event, giving you an experience that feels like part of your wedding rather than a vendor simply serving drinks. And for couples celebrating across regions, Notes & Roast serves both the Mid-Atlantic and Atlanta. One brand. Multiple beverage experiences. Designed around you.

    Book them! No regrets!

I know this is a wedding site but you would be missing out if I didn't share my experience! I decided at the last minute to add an after-party non alcoholic experience to my cocktail party and it was the best!! The afterthought was such a hit - custom mocktails were freshly prepared, the bartenders were skilled and my guests could not have been happier. I was also thrilled at the level of professionalism working with Charisse to set this whole thing up. Wedding, party, after-party or just a large family get-together, Notes & Roast is on the Most Favored list going forward!

Beautiful Presentation and Exceptional Client Care

As a fellow event professional and event content creator, I had the pleasure of seeing Notes & Roast in action at a graduation celebration. Their dessert experience was beautifully presented, and I was especially impressed by their professionalism and the genuine care they showed their client and the guests. Every detail felt thoughtful, the desserts were yummy, and their team brought warmth and attention to the service. I would happily recommend Notes & Roast to anyone looking for a special touch for their celebration!

Attended a wedding this weekend and LOVED Notes & Roast!! The espresso cart idea added such charm and then to have it personalized further with matcha and cold brew took it over the top! Want this for my next event - when are you coming to Tampa??!

This was the first time I had Matcha and it will not be the last. This is drink you just sit with and sip. I will admit, itnis definitely something you need to get used to, but I feel it is worth it.
