La Gran Via Bakery

Here is the corner stone of our house, Mr. Armando Leyva. At the very young age of 23, along side his wife Mrs. Lorely Leyva, they decided to follow in his fathers foot steps and enter the bakery business. Still a novice to the bakery world, he leaned on his fathers many years of expeciece as a bread master. Much to his surpise the bakery was much more than just breads, soon they would discover many talents needed to be learned and fast.

The pastry arts were tackled as were desserts of all sorts, finally cake decorating had to be conquered, and it was. All one by one the skills were self taught then perfected. Now, more years later than they prefer to count, their children have taken the reins, the knowledge & the forefront, continuing to serve our community with a smile on their faces and a tasty morsel in their hands. Hopefully one day (not so far away) to pass along to the next generation.
