I'm Matt at Little Vows Photography, and I specialize in micro weddings and elopements as well natural, organic portraiture. If you are planning a wedding of 50 or fewer people and want an intimate celebration, I may be the right choice for you. When it comes to portraiture, I strive for the session to feel relaxed and low-pressure, like friends hanging out to avoid posed images that feel overly stiff and stilted. I want to communicate well with people to understand the ways they are comfortable showing their love to create the most natural and beautiful images possible.

With a background in newspaper photojournalism, Matt's strength is in a fly-on-the-wall, documentary style where he allows moments to unfold naturally, the way they should. People often use the phrase photojournalistic style, whereas I've actually spent about ten years working in photojournalism at a number of different newspapers in Massachusetts and the Carolinas. My strength is in observing, listening, and reading a room or a scene to understand how to best approach the image-making process.

Half Day - Four Hour Coverage

You will receive up to four hours of coverage, budgeted however you'd like. I will typically be able to deliver a link to a gallery of high-res images, suitable for printing and posting within one week of your event

Six Hour Coverage

Description

You will receive up to six hours of coverage. I will deliver a selection of ten images within one week, and a full gallery of downloadable high-res images suitable for printing and posting within four weeks of your event. Both six and eight hours of coverage include an engagement shoot at no additional cost, if you wish.

Eight Hour Coverage

Peak pricing $3,250

Description

You will receive up to eight hours of coverage. Half Day + Wedding Book

    We could not have asked for a more incredible wedding photographer! Matt is easy to talk to, it felt like having another friend at the wedding. He did a wonderful job capturing all the big moments and little details without ever feeling intrusive. I can just feel the warmth, happiness, and joy every time I look at our wedding photos. Our families are also so so happy with how the photos came out! We are really grateful to have these memories captured so beautifully.     Matt photographed my small wedding in Rhode Island, and I can't recommend him highly enough! His background in photojournalism shines through in his work and he has a remarkable talent for quietly capturing intimate moments and genuine emotions. During our posed portraits, he gave just the right amount of direction to make us feel comfortable, all while keeping the photos natural and authentic.
