They even surprised us by leaving a gorgeous photo they had taken of us right after our ceremony on our sweetheart table, which we loved. All of the vendors we worked with at Fern Hill Barn were wonderful, and our guests are still talking about what an amazing, dreamy night it was. It was truly the perfect wedding venue for us!

Hartmans herb farm is a beautiful venue, Carissa was very easy to communicate with and we had a perfect wedding day! The food is excellent and we loved our cake. We also loved staying at the Inn for the weekend, we were able to set up on Friday and pack everything up on Sunday, Saturday felt relaxed and fun. We never felt rushed or stressed. There’s a lot to see at the venue, lots of different options for where to take pictures! You need minimal decorations because the venue is so pretty.

I can truly say that my wedding day was perfect and everything I ever imagined. Jasmine and the estate staff was incredible to work with as they made sure our needs were met throughout the day and kept everything on staff. I was so relaxed!! My vision was executed perfectly and they were so sweet even the next morning as my husband and I were able to stay there that night. Their attention to detail and making your wedding week the best it can be is wonderful. I could not recommend The Harding Allen Estate more! You can tell they aren’t about your wanting your money, rather they are about making every couples wedding dreams come true!

Salem Cross Inn checked all our boxes for the perfect venue. It was affordable and included an outdoor ceremony location as well as an indoor ceremony location in case of rain. Luckily, the weather was gorgeous for our early Autumn wedding to allow us to be married outside. Our guest list was small, less than 50 people, which allowed us to rent The Brookfield Room on the second floor. This was perfect for us and provided us with a dance room and recpetion room. The bridal suite gave us sanctuary to have our makeup and hair done while our amazing photographer wandered around capturing our day. The backdrop of a beautiful farm landscape made for the perfect fantasy enchanted forest wedding theme. But the staff were the real stars in our day as they made everything incredibly easy. Donna and Nancy checked in on us to make sure we were all set. They helped with some quick changes and genuinely enjoyed our party. Hailee was a superstar! She took care of anything we needed, made sure that our stuff was safe and was wonderful with the kids at our party. I cannot say enough amazing things about this venue. I am grateful for their professionalism, joy and the food was absolutely mouthwatering!!

It is hard to put into words just how perfect our choice of venue was for our June 6, 2026 wedding. The Inn on Boltwood is a beautiful property with an equally wonderful team behind its events. The wedding team, led by Catherine, gave us a flawless wedding day that fully captured our personal vision. From last-minute adjustments to nearly two years of planning, the team was friendly, professional, dedicated, and easy to work with every step of the way. We had a beautiful garden ceremony, a lawn cocktail hour, a magical evening under the tent, and Friday night welcome drinks. Throughout the weekend, the team made everything feel effortless. Decor was seamlessly moved from location to location, umbrellas appeared at the tent entrance during a brief rain shower, and food and beverages seemed to magically appear exactly when needed as the bride and groom. In addition to our welcome drinks and wedding celebration, many members of our wedding party and guests stayed onsite at the inn. Everyone had a wonderful experience and appreciated the convenience of being able to walk directly to and from the events. This was especially valuable for our grandparents, who could come and go comfortably as they pleased. For anyone looking for a flawless wedding in a gorgeous setting that is easily accessible for guests traveling from surrounding states or flying in, we highly recommend the Inn on Boltwood and its incredible team. And finally... the food! From the appetizers and getting-ready platters to the wedding dinner itself, I have never attended a wedding where the food was such a standout. The level of care that went into every dish, even for a large guest count, was remarkable. The freshness, quality, presentation, and flavor were truly exceptional.

We booked Hyland Orchard for our 9.27.24 wedding and it was simply the best decision we made! This venue is absolutely stunning and amazing to work with! If you’re looking to book here and have the option to hire Doe, DO IT! She was my go to person with wedding planning and made the process way easier! We also hired her for her beautiful rental decor & florals! She absolutely killed it and it could not have turned out better. Everyone loved the florals & decor! My bouquet & the bridesmaids were breathtaking and she nailed all my inspo I sent her! She did our arbor also and it was stunning!! She’s truly an amazing person and really cares about all of your wants and needs! & bonus because she makes it happen!! Overall If I could have done anything different I wouldn’t have! She made sure everything went smoothly and we had the best day getting married on the hilltop overlooking the orchard!! 10000/000 recommend having your wedding at Hyland Orchard and hiring Doe! It’s the perfect rustic orchard wedding!! Thank you Doe for everything you did for Bryce and I- we appreciate it more than you know!!

We truly could not have asked for a better wedding venue. We booked well in advance, which meant I had plenty of questions throughout the planning process. Every single time I reached out, the team was quick to respond, helpful, and incredibly patient. From day one, it was obvious that they genuinely cared about making our wedding everything we wanted it to be. On the wedding day, Ariana was our coordinator, and she was absolutely amazing. She was always nearby making sure Chris and I had everything we needed and checking in to make sure we were enjoying ourselves. Every time I turned around, someone from the venue was asking if they could get us anything or help in some way. It made us feel so taken care of throughout the entire day. Erin handled our design details and was wonderful to work with. There were a few last-minute adjustments I wanted made, and she handled them quickly and seamlessly. Everything looked exactly how I had envisioned it. One thing that really stood out was how experienced and organized the entire team was. They clearly know weddings inside and out. They kept everything running smoothly behind the scenes so we could focus on enjoying the day. The food was absolutely incredible. We attended a tasting beforehand, which was such a fun experience, and somehow the wedding-day meal was even better. Guests are still talking about how amazing the food was. The drinks were equally impressive. We chose signature cocktails based solely on ideas we liked and trusted the venue to bring them to life, and they absolutely nailed it. We received compliments on them all night long. I was initially a little nervous about the venue hosting multiple weddings on the same day, but that concern completely disappeared once we experienced it firsthand. Our ceremony and reception felt completely separate and private. Once we left the ceremony space, we were in our own building and focused entirely on our celebration. I didn’t even see the other bride all day. It never felt crowded or shared, and it certainly didn’t take away from the experience. Another unexpected bonus was the surrounding area. There are so many beautiful lake houses and Airbnbs nearby, which made it easy for our friends and family to stay close and turn the wedding into a full weekend experience. The venue itself is stunning, the food and drinks are incredible, and the staff goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. We had the best day of our lives, and a huge part of that is because of the team that made it all happen. We cannot recommend them highly enough.

Our lush Ceremony Circle, nestled up to the apple orchard, sits beneath one of the oldest maple groves in Massachusetts, with a stunning view across the valley. Our Stone Patio features a permanent 40’ x 50’ reception tent and a 75’ long retaining wall/bench. Our elegant, rustic Great Hall barn has chestnut beams, bamboo floors, lots of glass and geothermal cooling. Our amenities include 10 on-site accommodations that sleep between 24-32, our yurt, an ADA-compliant lift, and accessible restrooms. My wife & I had the privilege to get married surrounded by our friends & family at the beautiful Montague Retreat Center in June of 2024. There’s a seemingly endless list of what drew us to MRC, but some key features to highlight: - Incredibly beautiful indoor & outdoor spaces - Comfortable, spacious, and accessible on-site lodging options - Flexible weekend buyout, enabling us to bring all of our ideas to life without much restriction or hurdles - Wheelhouse Catering: some of the best wedding food we’ve ever tasted in our lives - All of Montague staff, especially Jason Jason deserves his own dedicated review, but from the planning stages all the way through until the end of our weekend, Jason made himself available and ready to help. Jason referred several our vendors that made our day go off without a hitch, all of whom brought creative and personal touches that made our day so special. He consistently went above and beyond day of as well, from catching decorations that needed to be put out, to being hands-on assisting guests that needed extra help, and facilitating vendors to ensure everything was in its right place. His knowledge and general presence brought a calming energy that really helped us feel at home at MRC. For our wedding weekend (170 guests), we really took advantage of all we could at MRC. We observed first hand and heard from guests after our wedding that they felt they had plenty of space to enjoy themselves comfortably through the ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner, and reception. With the full weekend rented, we used every square inch that the venue offered: - Friday: Portable Brick Oven Pizza in front of the Great Hall - Saturday AM: family provided breakfast buffet near the dining tent - Ceremony: Outdoor up on the ceremony ring - Cocktail Hour: Custom Poetry and plenty of activities all around the barn - Reception: Live band with stage lighting & sound; DJ later in the evening - Saturday Night: Late night fire pit & snacks for the wedding party - Sunday AM: Bagel sandwiches from Tandem Bagel in the lower level of the barn We can’t stress enough how perfect our weekend was at MRC. Montague Retreat Center will always hold a special place in our hearts, as it left a lasting impact on not only us, but our friends and family as well. At the end of our wedding weekend, many of our family members suggested that we rent out the space for a night every few years for a recurring big family bash. We may have to do just that!

The Colonial Hotel was the perfect place to host our wedding. We stayed over the night before and got ready there the morning of, and had our cocktail hour and reception under the tent. From the first email, Mary was beyond helpful and communicative. She made the entire process as smooth as possible. I always felt like she had it under control! She even let us drop off our decor a couple weeks in advance, and then her and her team handled all of the setup. Although I was extremely involved in the planning during my engagement, Mary made it easy to enjoy the day and forget about all of the little things. The convenience of the Colonial Grille made it easy to continue on to our after party. The food was great and so were the drinks! The best part was finishing pictures and immediately having Mary deliver my new husband & I our signature cocktails without having to ask. Their partnership with Gerardos also made the cake process extremely easy. Would 10000000% recommend working with Mary & her team for your big day!

We cannot recommend Union Station enough! Neil and his staff were wonderful to work with, professional and attentive to all the details. They made the planning process fun and easy, and our wedding day was beautiful, and everyone raves about the food! We loved using the tunnel bar for photos and having the groomsmen hang out there before the ceremony.

Hands down, choosing the Hotel Northampton was one of the best decisions I made during wedding planning, besides saying yes to my husband! I had spent years mentally preparing for how difficult this process could be, but I cannot express how easy the team made it for us. In my professional life, I plan large-scale events. Even with my background, I was blown away and deeply grateful for the professionalism, flexibility, and expertise of everyone involved. Honestly, I don't know how Hotel Northampton makes any money off of weddings! They include so much, the food, drink, and cake to the dance floor, getting-ready rooms, and all the linens (including doubling up on the tables). On top of that, they handle the entire setup and breakdown for you. Their flexibility was unmatched. When I needed to add a full buffet to my welcome party just 1–2 weeks before, they made it happen. They also graciously worked with me on last-minute changes to my reception guest list. Speaking of food, they have some of the BEST food I have ever had! The quality, freshness, and flavors were so good. I honestly cannot wait to go back and eat there again. I am so thankful that they have a restaurant, because we can go back and enjoy their food every time we want to relive our wedding. The venue itself is naturally gorgeous, so all you really need to do is complement it. All of my guests had a blast, and I felt so little stress. Absolutely NOTHING went wrong on the wedding day, which is incredibly rare in this industry, and I attribute that entirely to Ruby and Lia. I’ve never heard of a venue or vendor team that makes everything so seamless. I had so many guests coming to me after saying it was the best wedding they had ever been to, including our pastor! So much of that was because of Hotel Northampton. Thank you so much to Ruby, Lia, and the rest of the Hotel Northampton crew. If I could get married 50 times over, I would choose them every single time. You will not regret booking with them, it was truly one of the best experiences of my life. I booked a board retreat here (August 2025). The view was simply breathtaking, and the ambiance created an elegance that permeated every aspect of the day. What truly sets this place apart (besides the view and beautifully maintained grounds) was the impeccable organization Samantha and her crew depicted. Every detail was clearly well thought-out and executed flawlessly, making the entire experience incredibly smooth and enjoyable. The timeline flowed seamlessly, transitions between different segments of the retreat were effortless, and there was a palpable sense of calm that allowed everyone to relax and enjoy themselves. From our first conversation, we knew Jupiter Club was the right choice for our wedding. This venue is STUNNING! We wanted a place that was beautiful enough on its own that we could save money on decor, and THIS WAS IT! Both the indoor and outdoor spaces were beautiful. And we loved that we had access to the patio and outdoor fireplace all night, many great spots for our guests to mingle during the reception while they watched the sunset. Our day-of coordinator was super helpful and professional, but we didn’t get to meet him until the day before the wedding. Up until that point we worked exclusively with the “Event Coordinator” sales associate, who was nice enough but not very communicative. I often had to follow up multiple times to get my questions answered, she rarely reached out first with information, or she’d think she sent me things she hadn’t yet. I know a “coordinator” is not the same as a “planner,” but my other vendors were surprised she wasn’t more hands on. The venue is totally worth it, but the person that gives you the tour will likely be the same person you work with throughout the planning process, so make sure you like their vibe!

Bush Meadow Farm, LLC was the perfect venue for our fall wedding weekend. Nancy and Barry were very communicative and responsive to all of our many questions throughout the planning process. The space was beautiful and a great blank slate that allowed us to make it our own. The on-site apartments were so convenient for our parties during the weekend and to have a casual rehearsal night. They went above and beyond with some lovely fall decor touches and we absolutely loved the open field and gorgeous patio that opened to our rehearsal site. They were also incredibly accommodating, allowing us to visit multiple times to get ideas during our planning. We couldn't have asked for a better venue and team to work with for our special day.

The venue itself is absolutely beautiful, with a gorgeous outdoor space and elegant indoor ballroom. The food was delicious and our guests raved about it. But the standout was the incredible team of coordinators and staff who went above and beyond to ensure our wedding day was perfect. They handled every detail seamlessly and were a joy to work with. First and foremost, they were extremely accommodating with my allergy and the allergy of our guests, my mom’s wheelchair, and allowing us to have a dog at the venue as our ring bearer. Second, the venue was beautiful. The food delicious. And service incredible. The price was exactly what we were looking for: AFFORDABLE. But the best part was Haley. She made wedding planning with the venue easy, uncomplicated, and was very open to our ideas and what we wanted for our big day.
