Bay Path Barn is a rustic wedding venue in Boylston, Massachusetts.

Bay Path Barn offers a combined event space of over 3000 square feet spread across the main barn area and a 1026 square foot rear room. When you rent the Barn, you get the complete Barn with both rooms. The large function room features hardwood floors and a stage that is ideal for DJ and band performances. There is a fenced play area for children on the east side of the barn. It adjoins a fenced area w/screened Gazebo for Weddings, etc.

Included in the price are up to 20 five-foot round tables and 160 chairs to seat guests for the evening reception. The barn also has a full bar and designated area that outside vendors can use to keep their food warm for serving. Couples may receive a list of recommended caterers that serve plate-ready food. The Barn will supply the bar staff for all events as required. The Barn has a large parking area.

We have a large parking lot that can accommodate 65 to 70 vehicles
Yes,our facility is wheelchair accessible and has an ADA bathroom. We have two ramps on the left side of our facility.
A Regular Event- Birthday party, Baby shower, etc. Your reservation includes six hours from start to finish, including the time it takes you to set up and break down. Any additional time will be billed at $200 per hour. A Wedding Event - Your day starts at 9:00AM and ends at 11:00PM. Yo have the entire barn all day including the outside areas. This gives your decorator time to set up. Inside tables and chairs are included in the price. If your decorator needs more time just contact us.
We have a full service bar which includes soft drinks. You cannot bring any type of drinks soft or hard.

Refunds will be made if Cancellation is done sixty (60) days prior to the event. This will not include a refund of the Security Deposit or the Bartender Fee.
Boston's Logan Airport is 48 miles from our facility at 119 Central St., Boylston, MA.. Providence, Rhode Island's T.F. Green Airport is 58 miles from our facility at 119 Central St., Boylston, MA. We recommend Knights Airport Service in Shrewsbury, MA for pickup and return to either airport.
No, our venue is fully insured. The only Insurance that we require is if a vendor that you hire, such as a Caterer, Band or Bounce House Providers, have their Insurance Co or Agent provide us with a Certificate of Insurance for Liability and Workers Compensation listing Bay Path Barn as Additional Insured. NOTE - There is no charge to your Vendor for this service.
