We truly cannot say enough incredible things about Joe and Elin. From the very beginning, they were an absolute dream to work with. I actually found Joe and Elin through a recommendation from our DJ, and then I was lucky enough to collaborate with them through my job. Getting to see them work with so many couples before my own big day was such a gift. I watched firsthand how they care for their clients, how seamlessly they run a wedding day, and how consistently they deliver beautiful, emotional galleries. By the time our wedding arrived, I already knew we were in the very best hands, and they still exceeded every expectation! Throughout the planning process, they made everything feel easy and seamless. Everyone in the wedding party absolutely LOVED them and has said over and over again what a wonderful job they did. They captured the big, emotional moments so beautifully, but also the small, quiet in-between moments that we’ll cherish forever. Some of my favorite photos were just our real reactions and emotions in the moment, and I love that. Looking through our photos feels like reliving the entire day all over again. The entire process of working with Joe from beginning to end has been a dream. My husband and I immediately felt a strong connection with Joe from early communications and had this feeling like he was a great fit for us photographer style wise and with his demeanor. Not only is he kind, incredibly approachable and a strong communicator, he also has a strong background in photographer and it shows. We booked our engagement shoot with Joe and knew we had made the right decision for our big day. Not only are we absolutely in love with our pictures from our wedding but many family and friends have commented on how wonderful he was to work with, along with his second shooter Tara Sullivan. Both of them wrangled my large family and wedding party with ease and left every very impressed. I could not recommend Joe Dolen enough!

I’m so thankful to have worked with Dolen photography. They are incredible!! Joe was so nice to work with in the planning phase- he thoroughly explained the process, options, typical timelines, and all that goes with wedding photography! He also took the time to get to know us which was so great, we instantly felt comfortable with him! He had another wedding on our date but enlisted Charles as our lead photographer and Julia as the second. They were incredible! They helped pose us and gave us cues, found so many different spots to take the pictures, and they both had slightly different styles which has worked out so beautifully for my photos!! They were both so nice and enjoyable to work with, we’re so lucky to have had them photograph our wedding. They are true professionals with incredible artistic talent. One last exciting thing- I was promised a sneak peek of 25 photos- I got 75!!! And less than 72 hours later! That was the best surprise and made me, my husband, and our families so happy.
