“We worked with Paul for our January wedding. Originally, I was going to just create a playlist (I was having little to no formalities) until I saw he commented on a Connecticut Bride Facebook Group. Figured a DJ will give me one less thing to worry about, so I inquired and he immediately responded, provided a quick quote, and we set up our first meeting. He just made everything so easy! We had two one-hour long meetings to clearly identify our vision. My father passed a few years ago and we did many things to honor him at the party- signature cocktail, my sister spoke about him in her speech, his two best friends gave a combined toast on his behalf, but what made me really feel my dad was celebrated and “there in spirit” was when Paul intentionally played my dad’s favorite song prior to the first speech. It almost felt like that was my dad’s speech/toast to us. Family and friends picked up on Paul’s placement of my dad’s favorite song and commented that they were moved by it too. It was the only point of the night I got emotional. Paul really cares about his work and the people he works with. I’ve been to a handful of weddings where DJs play the couple’s Do Not playlist and just treats every wedding the same. I seriously can’t recommend Paul more.”

“John from elation Entertainment did an amazing job as the DJ for my backyard wedding in September. He was on time, set up with ease, and the quality of his music and announcements was perfect for the outdoor venue. Not to mention that he stayed in constant communication with me for over a year to make sure all of my requests were fulfilled. “Believe it our not music was the MOST important thing to me as a bride. Ive had the privilege of working with Atmosphere Productions for many years now as I am a wedding photographer myself. One thing I always knew was, when I’d be working with Sam as a vendor, it would be a stress-free, well coordinated and energetic wedding. His pure love for music is infectious and even on the days when I was exhausted from working for 12 hours, you’d always catch me out on the dance floor if he was the dj. So when I choose him for my own wedding, it felt like a no-brainer. One thing I made clear up front is that a lot of our music might not be typical and that we wanted the music to literally be the soundtrack to the day through our eyes. Music has been a BIG part of our relationship and we wanted that to be part of our wedding just as much. When I worried that my choices in music might be too obscure or not even available- Sam assured me he had everything we choose and more. He understood the “feeling,” we wanted and simply took our suggestions and filled the rest with his picks which we loved since he is the expert! The preparation prior to the wedding was what surprised me the most. Being a wedding photographer I had NO idea what was involved for the DJ. This was very eye opening and Sam took the time to sporadically check in, throughly go through each step of the day and easily accommodated our not-so-traditional families. He asked questions and mapped things out so that by the time the day came I KNEW Sam had everything he needed and even when a couple things changed that day he took care of it like a rockstar. All the care, time and energy Sam provided for our day made him the best choice and his rates match his quality ten times over. Soul Amazing Band

“This band is "SO Amazing" We hired them for a conference in Hartford and they kept the dance floor full all night. We had a hard time finding that could cover genres from all different years, that would span the years of or attendees. The 4 vocalists in this band are insane, they can cover everything from Rock, Pop, Soul, Hip Hop, Motown to Jazz Standards. They delivered hit after hit and kept the dance floor packed all night, The horn section was amazing. The lead singers were on the dance floor with us, all night. It was so fun. We already locked them in for our conference next year. Thank you so much.”

“Stephanie, aka DJ Stardust, DJed our wedding in June of 2023. Neither of us are huge music people, so we were looking for a DJ who could run with minimal direction, and Stephanie was exactly that! She was very organized and communicative leading up to the wedding day. She had a great form that we filled out with all the details you could possibly imagine in terms of songs we wanted/didn’t want/when, and she executed exactly as we expected. Our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception were in three different rooms/spaces, and Stephanie seamlessly moved through providing appropriate music (and emceeing) at each. The one special thing we asked her to do was coordinate a “photo dash” (where everyone sitting at each table comes up to the dance floor for a group photo within the time limit of one song), and she did it very well. She accidentally skipped a table at one point, but rather than making a big deal about it, she joked about it and everyone laughed. The photo dash was one of the most talked-about things after our wedding. Something unique that our venue offered was the chance for DJs to plug into a high-end speaker system they had installed for a small fee. We asked Stephanie to do this, and at first she was hesitant because she didn’t want to be using equipment she wasn’t familiar with day-of (understandably!). Of her own volition, she reached out to our venue and coordinated a time where she could go see the equipment and practice setting up to make sure it would work with her equipment and just generally feel it out. We really appreciated her going above and beyond in this way, and the day of the wedding went off with no issues at all.”

“From our first correspondence with Jeff, the following 100 of emails that I sent him, to the incredibly thoughtful execution on our wedding night- we can’t say enough great things about our experience with Mystic entertainment. Not only are we thankful to have a nearly perfect wedding but also had vendors that allowed us to feel like close friends throughout the process and on our special day. Jeff’s process is both thoughtful and intentional. Our interview with him was a guided conversation that provoked a lot of thought in what we wanted in our wedding. His gift upon contract execution was incredibly kind and made us feel like we won a bid and not the other way around. His responses throughout the process were timely and friendly- never allowing me to feel nervous about the millions of questions I had. Although we didn’t have all the answers at our final meeting- we didn’t feel in trouble or pressured to decide things on the spot. Jeff was patient and willing to assist us in deciding things at a pace that we felt comfortable at but also gave him time to prepare. On the day of our wedding and even conversations still following the wedding, everyone has said Jeff could read the room. He knew when to play a genre, how to transition to the next- and the selection was incredible. He even let me borrow a mic and sing to my guests when my favorite karaoke song came on! “Sergio and his team are exactly what you want for your wedding day. They are professional, HYPE, and there for you. Pulse works with you to customize their packages for what you want for your day. This for us included baby photos displayed for our parent dances, custom logo displayed as well, a photobooth, and a superb violinist for our ceremony. They were also extremely attentive to my crazy long detailed must-play list. Their respect for it being your wedding day is truly what makes them stand out, they care and want you to have the best night ever. They truly do it all and they do it seamlessly. All I had to do was say what I wanted and they did it. They made planning entertainment for our day so easy. We wanted our wedding to be a party all night long. We are so thankful to have found Pulse and that we chose them to keep our party going, because they did up until the very last second.”

“DJ Motiv was extraordinary. I was so impressed by his professionalism, communication, and willingness to make sure our night was perfect. I was skeptical at first with some reviews mentioning that the DJ’s weren’t playing the songs they chose. I immediately reached out and that was informed that it would not be an issue. ALL of our chosen music was played, with some song requests of guests (with bride’s approval, per DJ motiv - loved that). DJ Motiv checked in with us constantly, even to make sure our food was at our table, if we needed drinks, if the music was going well, and if there was anything he could do. He was going above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed. I even threw in special requests during my wedding, including him stopping my parent dance half way (on purpose) as if the music turned off, to take the mic and give a short speech. He did it phenomenally. I had a game request, with him being the commentator and director of, and he took that role and ran with it. The wedding guests LOVED him. I have nothing negative to say about his services. Even the photobooth was done great! I also had a custom sign made, with our new last name, and it was perfect! Such a great item to be able keep, and you get a year warranty on it. Anyway, I highly recommend this DJ!! He MADE our wedding perfect. Everyone loved him.”
