My husband and I LOVED working with Ali for our wedding at the Picnic House in Prospect Park! She was responsive to all of our questions and quick to answer calls and emails. On the day, she put everyone at ease and corralled everyone to get through the family portraits quickly. She totally captured our vision for the day and we're so happy with how our photos came out! Calea was amazing from start to finish! I live in GA and got married in OR. All I saw was her IG and a brief conversation to book. I could not be more impressed with her and her work. I put all my faith into her from across the country and she did not let me down. Calea is so easy to work with and she is up for anything! Calea had sneak peaks to us immediately and a full gallery delivered in less than 2 weeks! My husband was skeptical at first but when he saw her work, he was absolutely blown away and how phenomenal she is! Calea also isn't afraid to be the voice if you are uneasy with telling others what they need to do. We had her at our Venue the day of the wedding. The next day we took a trip to Crater Lake and she captured my vision perfectly!! I have recommended Calea and True Light Photography to all of my friends and family!

We discovered Leah on Zola, and right from our first conversation, we knew she was the one. Her experience and artistic eye were exactly what we wanted to capture our dream wedding. Leah made the whole process stress-free with her clear communication and warm personality. On the big day, Leah walked into a whirlwind of activity, but she calmly focused and started capturing the magic. She helped me stay relaxed and assured me everything would be perfect – I'll never forget that. Leah's photos are simply breathtaking. She's a true artist who captured every detail just as I imagined. She made sure we had time for portraits, but also caught those spontaneous, joyful moments that made our day so special. We are beyond thrilled with the photos Leah delivered. The cherry on top was seeing how excited Leah was at the wedding – she even quickly edited a photo on the spot! It showed she was genuinely invested in our happiness. Can't wait to work with Leah again for our future big life-moments!

Venture Ever After
Rating: 5.0 (20 reviews)
  • Photojournalistic style
  • Starts at $5,200
  • Serves Wallowa, OR

My name is Nadia. I specialize in elopements + adventure weddings in the Pacific Northwest. I help people have the wedding of their dreams in magical outdoor spaces. When you choose to elope, you’re choosing to get married free of society’s wedding day expectations. So go wild! Spend the entire day in your favorite place, with your favorite person. Wear a fancy outfit, or wear your hiking boots. Invite your dog instead of your mom’s second cousin. Share your first kiss under the stars instead of under an altar. In the great outdoors, you write the wedding rules. And I’m here to help make it an experience you’ll remember for a lifetime.

Awarded Best of Zola
When we began looking for a photographer for our micro-wedding, we gravitated towards Nadia’s images over and over again. Not only did they capture raw, intimate moments between couples and families, but they elevated those moments in elegant and natural landscapes of the PNW; everything we wanted. We reached out and set up a consultation call immediately. We were initially nervous and felt very unprepared to speak with photographers because we had zero ideas for what our special day would look like, but after our call with Nadia we were confident that Venture Ever After was the right choice for us. She was so knowledgeable and did a TON of legwork planning our timeline to best capture the moments we wanted in the lighting we needed, recommending a variety of locations for some private moments as a couple and group activities with our family, and keeping us grounded and calm throughout the entire process. On our wedding day, Nadia took the reigns and gently guided us through the day with compassion and grace. She constantly reminded us that each moment was for us and encouraged us to revel in all of the details. She even conquered some pretty crazy heights armed with multiple cameras and a walky-talky to capture some dramatic and beautiful couple’s portraits. Beyond being an incredible photographer, Nadia is one of the most genuine and kind people I’ve met. She has a knack for keeping elopement/wedding day energy light and helping her clients feel natural in front of the camera. My partner and I truly felt like models. I feel so blessed to have our wedding photographed by her and, above all, be able to call her a friend. I would recommend Nadia at Venture Ever After to everyone planning an elopement, wedding, or adventure in the PNW. In fact, I hope to be able to visit her and capture anniversaries and momentous occasions for our family long into the future.

Svanna Andrada Photography was absolutely on point in their communication and the quality of their work was amazing, beautiful, and outstanding. They were so amazing, making sure to keep us on track all day (even though that wasn't their job) and they went above and beyond getting pictures of everything and everyone we asked of. She even helped me take my shoes off when my feet were hurting too bad - they were hands down the best photographers we could have asked for. They were absolutely amazing, sweet, so professional, had amazing photo ideas, and got all of our photos to us plus more on time. They even sent us a beautiful momentous box with all of our pictures printed, a beautiful USB drive with all our photos, a discount on another shoot, and a few other things. I can't stress enough how grateful we are for them and how much they will completely blow you away. I can promise you won't regret hiring them for any of your photography needs.

My husband and I got married in September in Providence, RI. I knew I wanted a photographer that was bright and colorful because of the venue and vibe of the day. I was nervous I wasn’t going to be able to find someone and would need to settle because I planned our wedding in 4 months. The original photographer I reached out to was not available and gave me Maria’s information. I was excited that she had the availability on such short notice, but once we had our first call with her I knew we had made the right decision and the day was going to be a blast. Communication up to our wedding was precise and clear. When the day came, it felt like we had known Maria and Jackson our entire lives. It was like hanging out with some of our closest friends. They made sure we got all the shots that we wanted, but also still enjoyed every second of the day. We did do a first look so it helped with picture timing but what was considered our cocktail hour (the entire night was cocktail style) they followed us around and took candida and groups when necessary. It was perfect. Not once did we feel like we had taken too many pictures. We got married on a rooftop but they also made sure that we had shots in the city streets and a large variety of locations. When we got our sneak peaks I was truly speechless (and ugly crying). I was absolutely blown away by how PERFECTLY they had captured our day. You could feel the joy radiating from the photos and the colors and clarity was unbelievable. I am still speechless and in awe of how amazing our pictures came out. Our day was absolutely perfect but Maria and Jackson for sure made it memorable with the most breathtaking pictures. They truly tell a story and how fun the entire night was. I look at the photos constantly and I don’t foresee that stopping anytime soon. We get SO many compliments from people about how beautiful they are and everyone asks who the photographer was. I 100000% recommend MTD Photo. Hands down one of the best decisions we could’ve made for the day.

I’m a Northern California wedding photographer capturing timeless, romantic moments that tell the story of your day. I specialize in rustic weddings—think rural barns, vineyard and winery celebrations, coastal views, and majestic forest groves. Planning a city wedding? I’ve also photographed many beautiful locations throughout San Francisco. Explore my full portfolio on the website to see if my style feels like the perfect fit for you.

Awarded Best of Zola
Laurie Ann Martin and her team are a fun and professional group to work with. She is detailed oriented and cares not only how the pictures turn out but also your experience. My eyelash came off and I wanted to cry at city hall but she not only made me happy but went to Walgreens to get eye glue lash! That is the type of all hats on board she and her team are. When they had down time before the reception, they even offered to help out non-picture wise wherever they could! She also sends little gifts and surprises but I won’t spoil it. There is one BIG surprise she does at the end but I won’t spoil that either lol. She is fortunately not shy about whether she understands whether things are communicated correctly to her, especially when it comes to the albums - I was quite detailed oriented in what I wanted in my albums and how they were designed _. Her and her teams services are of an immense value and my husband and I had ALOT of fun shooting and videoing with them. Also, the video was really great, really a must. Thank you Laurie and your team!

Hi! My name is Steve. I do visual storytelling. I’m married with three kids and in my spare time I record music and build things. I've been filming and photographing weddings since 2009. I love travel and getting to know unique couples.

Awarded Best of Zola
We hired Steven and his team to do our wedding photos and videography. I really wanted a photographer that could capture the soul of the event, and Steven did exactly that. His photos are full of life, and I shared so many portraits with guests that actually got printed out or posted online. If you're looking for hundreds of photos of your wedding party that look exactly the same and for every planned second to be documented, Steven is not your person. If you're looking to hit the big moments but focus on capturing raw moments with timeless photos to get framed, I couldn't recommend them more. I never thought I would get a wedding video because it always seemed cheesy to me. But after watching examples of his work I fell absolutely in love with his videos. I've honestly had a hard time watching ours because it evokes so much emotion. Steven was collaborative and willing to go with the flow. We gave him the difficult task of being prepared for 3 different locations with totally differing lighting (indoor/outdoor plus shooting from high sun into the night). He puts an immense amount of care into his work and the photos are truly art that we will cherish forever. If there are specific things you want covered, be sure to share a list. When it comes to capturing the moments that can't be planned, he is on the case!

What's most important to us is preserving your memories in a way that you remember what it felt like in that moment.

Coral and her team were INCREDIBLE! We hired them for photography and videography for our wedding and we couldn’t have chosen a better team. Coral has an eye for capturing pure emotion. The photos make you feel like you are right back in the moment. I wore two distinctly different gowns (one was a traditional ivory ballgown, another a red, heavily embroidered Pakistani gown), and Coral captured both looks beautifully and effortlessly. My husband is comfortable in front of the camera, but the wedding was a very nerve wracking day for him- but everyone on The Double Shot Project team were so kind and made sure to match his vibe and uplift him any time they could. They also really took their time photographing him and his father with their project cars, which was a really special moment for them. Our guests couldn’t stop complimenting just how sweet and fun her and her team were, and how they brought a bright and positive energy while always mindful of the people surrounding them (which is tricky to do when holding equipment). I could not recommend The Double Shot Project more! If you are looking for: -Documentary style photos with editorial portraits -True to color imagery -People that care about your vision -A team that works well with introverts and extroverts :) HIRE THEM!

Artistic storytelling for the fun, kind and adventurous. Hi friend! :) I'm your neighborhood artist, goofy empath, & lover of dogs and human beans. (Name is pronounced Hasmeen, kinda like jalapeño) My goal is to be a source of joy and vulnerability in your life while helping you feel grounded on your big day and ~even more~ grateful for the life you live and the love you choose.

Awarded Best of Zola
If you’re looking for the best Bay Area digital film photographer, look no further, it’s Jazmín! Jazmín is the sweetest and most professional person that you want on your big day. It’s like have a friend take care of you and all our guests adored her. Jazmín starts her process out and you can immediately see her kindness and professionalism. It’s a two-way interview where you feel special to be chosen by her as well. She sends out detailed questionnaires and surveys that help you navigate through the stressful times of wedding planning. I didn’t have a planner or coordinator, so it was really important to me that I fully trusted all of my vendors to operate on their own and make judgment calls that were aligned with mine. I chose Jazmín not just because I loved her photography and style, but because I fully trusted her and her personality made me feel at ease. She obviously really cared about my husband and I’s love story and wanted to make sure she captured everything we wanted. Her package included an engagement shoot where she also delivered the most amazing photos. It was great to meet her ahead of the big day to ease some nerves and also get a feel for how she likes to pose us and her style, which I loved!! Fast forward to our 3 month mark, it was time to go over our wedding timeline (again no planner). I had many gaps in my timeline that Jazmín flagged and we worked together to make it perfect, and she even booked a second call to help me finalize and feel at ease. Fast forward to the big day, she came early to scope out the venue and arrived to our getting ready location. It was hectic as I was on my bride boss duties rallying all the wedding party, but Jazmín was calm and fun and got all the excitement going to have amazing photos. I shared with her a list of poses and photos as inspo ahead of time, and she referenced them many times throughout our wedding day photoshoot making sure we got everything we wanted. Outside of photography, she helped my mom bustle my dress, cut her dinner short, and made friends with all our guests. They couldn’t stop talking about how much they loved her afterwards. We couldn’t have been happier with Jazmín and we’re so thankful to have shared our big day with her. Trust us, she’s the one!

I was born and raised in the smallest little state, Rhode Island! With that comes a huge appreciation for the coast and a realization that magic can be found in even the smallest of details. Growing up in a small town where time seems to go by slower helped me learn the value of genuine connections which have now become apart of who I am.

Choosing Bailey as our wedding photographer was the best decision. Not only are our photos beautiful, we get so many compliments on them! But she also made us feel comfortable in front of the camera so they look natural. She also went above and beyond and helped us stay on track for the day and helped us fill in the gaps on our wedding day for things we just didn't even think of beforehand. 10/10 would choose Bailey again!

I'm a wedding coordinator, and working with Hannah was SUCH a dream. She was responsive, extremely kind, helpful, and totally on top of her game at the wedding we worked together. I didn't have to worry if she was on time or ready for the next event - she was always there, ready and smiling! Her pictures were also perfect - the editing was just what the couple wanted, and she returned them quickly. Highly recommend her!
