Wafel & Cone began with a simple tradition: Taco Tuesday date nights with my partner long before we were married. Those evenings were about slowing down, sharing a meal, and making memories together. Inspired by that feeling, I created the ice cream taco—a playful dessert designed to bring people together. Today, every handcrafted ice cream taco is made with that same purpose: to create moments of joy, connection, and celebration, one dessert at a time.

“From our first conversation with Wafel & Cone, we knew we had found the right dessert team for our wedding. Their communication was responsive and thoughtful throughout the planning process, which took so much stress off our shoulders knowing we could trust them to deliver something exceptional. On the day of the wedding, their charming tricycle became the heart of the reception—guests gathered around it all evening and couldn't stop raving about the ice cream tacos, which were as delicious as they were beautiful. What really stood out was how friendly and interactive the team was with everyone, especially our guests who didn't know many people. They made sure our bride and groom felt taken care of. Wafel & Cone didn't just provide dessert; they added those unexpected touches that made our day truly memorable, and we couldn't be more grateful.”

Sweet Buckets

Rating: 5.0 (5 reviews)

Starts at $300
Serves Wallowa, OR for additional fees

We began as a concession company providing cotton candy at sporting events. In the fall of 2021, we extended our brand by starting our own manufacturing plant. Sweet Buckets was born as an option for customers and businesses to purchase Cotton Candy and Gourmet popcorns direct from our company.

“We had our wedding reception at a brewery and wanted some easy to eat sweet and salty snacks. These popcorn flavors were delicious, they sent us flavors to try before we decided. We chose 4 flavors and they shipped them right to our house. The popcorn buckets had our cute custom labels which they designed for us and looked PERFECT! We had tons of compliments on the popcorn. We ordered plenty and people were grabbing them to take home at the end of the night. A perfect snack after a few beers. Theu were very fast with the samples and the order too!”
