My name is Natalie Zatoka, and I'm the owner of NCake. I'm a self-taught pastry chef, and this journey began in 2020 with baking a carrot cake for my daughter. I love to create every cake and be a part of your special occasion. High quality, a unique style, and satisfied clients are the most important aspects of my work.

I believe exceptional desserts begin with high-quality ingredients such as premium butter, organic eggs and milk, natural cocoa, Callebaut Belgian chocolate, real vanilla, and Philadelphia cream cheese. Freshness is a core value of my work. I begin preparing each cake no more than three days before your event. I never freeze cake layers, creams, or fillings — everything is made fresh, from scratch, and specifically for you. My signature cream cheese frosting is moderately sweet and carefully balanced. Many clients tell me this is what makes my cakes so enjoyable and easy to love. Most importantly, every cake carries a piece of my heart.
