Natalie Zatoka is the owner and pastry chef behind NCake, specializing in custom wedding cakes and elegant dessert tables. Her passion for pastry began in 2020 and has grown into creating meaningful, handcrafted desserts for couples on one of the most important days of their lives.

Natalie’s approach to wedding cakes is centered on quality, freshness, and refined design. She uses only high-quality ingredients and her signature cream cheese frosting with balanced sweetness. Every wedding cake is prepared no more than three days before the celebration and is never frozen - each layer, filling, and frosting is made fresh from scratch for every couple. Natalie creates wedding cakes that are both beautiful and enjoyable to eat. She works closely with couples to select flavors and designs that complement their wedding style and guest experience.

    A Wedding Cake Beyond All Expectations

    I’d heard so many wonderful things about Natalie’s cakes, but our wedding cake completely surpassed anything I could have imagined. We’ve tried countless cakes over the years, from different countries, price ranges, and even from top pastry chefs and we truly thought nothing could surprise us anymore. Then we tried NCake. The flavor, the texture, the freshness, the premium ingredients — everything was absolutely divine. Our guests couldn’t stop talking about it, and many said it was the best wedding cake they had ever tasted. The design was elegant, flawless, and exactly what we envisioned. Working with Natalie was just as incredible as the cake itself. Professional, kind, attentive to every detail, and genuinely passionate about her craft. The whole experience was effortless and joyful. Completely unmatched. Beyond exceptional. We would choose NCake a thousand times for any future celebrations.

    Natalie’s cakes are so good! I highly recommend them! I ordered cakes from her last Christmas and sure enough they did not disappoint. Natalie is a life saver that time, as I was in a bind that I couldn’t get any cakes during holidays (most places were close!) but Natalie is wonderful enough to bake me cakes on Christmas day! I was beyond grateful and we really enjoyed every bite. Thank you Natalie! 🥰

    Natalia’s cakes are truly exceptional. The flavors are perfectly balanced — rich, fresh, and never overly sweet. You can immediately taste the high-quality ingredients and the care that goes into every detail. Everything is made from scratch and prepared fresh, which makes a noticeable difference in both texture and flavor. The execution is flawless, and the cakes are as beautiful as they are delicious.     Although my heart breaks for Ukraine, 🇺🇦 , the Gorge is very lucky that Natalie who was a premiere baker in Ukraine moved here and is sharing her confections with us. My absolute favorite is the traditional Ukrainian honey cake, with 13? 14? (I think?) thin layers of cake, frosting, cake, frosting. I cant imagine how much effort and time this takes. But my picture here is my husband’s favorite, Natalie’s carrot cake, which I’ve gotten for him for the last 3 birthdays. If $70 seems a lot for a cake, that’s because honestly you’ve never had a cake like this before. It is worth every penny not just because it is the most decadent dessert you’ve ever tasted, but because her cakes are works of art. The cake itself is a gift. You will be amazed and delighted, I promise. And if you can’t decide which one to try first, go with the honey cake 😋

Planning a wedding is such an exciting time, and we want your cake to be one less thing to worry about! We recommend booking your wedding cake at least 4 months in advance. If you're getting married during the busy spring or summer months, it's best to reserve your date 6 months ahead, as those weekends tend to fill up quickly. The earlier you reach out, the more flexibility we'll have to dream, design, and perfect every detail of your cake together.
This depends on your guest count, of course, but also whether you're offering other desserts or planning to save the top tier for your anniversary. We’ll walk through all the details with you to make sure there's enough for everyone (and maybe a little extra for late-night snacking!).

Yes, and it’s one of our favorite parts of the process! Cake tastings are held on specific dates by prior announcement. Once you submit your request, we will add you to the list of those interested and notify you in advance of the start date of tasting set sales. You will have the opportunity to try several of our most popular cake and filling combinations. This is a great way to decide which flavors you like best.
