Brandi is an excellent wedding planner and I would highly recommend her for your wedding planning needs. She really went above and beyond my expectations. I'm a pretty anxious person when it comes to planning, so this was money well spent. I appreciated how easy-going she was to work with and how she made me feel supported and confident in my decisions as I tend to get analysis paralysis or feeling overwhelmed fairly easy. She is highly organized and, very quickly, I could tell she was highly reliable and able arrange everything to keep me on schedule. I went with the full "Dont have to lift a finger" package which I highly recommend for anyone. When I had questions or concerns, she was already 2 steps ahead of me. I was able to fully relax (well mostly ;-)) on my wedding day and didnt have to really do anything, but get in my dress and show up. Also, Brandi has tons of decorations to choose from which are also included in the package. I was very happy that I didnt have to spend extra money on decorations that were probably just going to be used once and end up in a landfill. At the end of the day, there was only two large trash bags for a wedding of 70 people and that made me very happy. The wedding was beautiful and everyone had such a great time! I had so many compliments from everyone that attended. Brandi was there all day with her crew and making sure everything ran smoothly-- I really felt taken care of. This is truly her passion. My daughter and her husband just had the most beautiful outdoor wedding at King William Park, followed by an intimate reception at Rosarios in downtown San Antonio. The entire event was seamless, thanks to the help of our wedding coordinator, Jessica O’Connor. Jessica’s organization and planning skills are off the charts! She orchestrated their dream wedding with just a couple of meetings and emails with the bride and groom, minimal communication with me, and behind-the-scenes communication with the vendors. Jessica and her assistant were present the day of the wedding and took great care to ensure everything went smoothly. I’m so grateful to her for allowing me to relax and enjoy their wedding.

Krysta and her team were an absolute dream to work with! I ended up getting the package where they took over vendor communications 3 months before the wedding and that alone saved us so much stress. Her bubbly personality and on point organization skills helped to make everything leading up to the wedding less stressful. She asked us all the right questions as well as the ones we didn’t know we had to worry about, and had a plan for incorporating the Mexican traditions we wanted to have into the schedule(ie. Dollar dance, La Vibora de la Mar/snake dance song, mariachi). At the beginning of our 3 month meetup, we already had a wedding timeline, the VIP(wedding court) list down, as well as plans for our decor. This was so handy when following up with vendors about timeline and overall plans. There was only a little miscommunication around rehearsal dinner expectations, but we were able to figure out a plan to rehearse with our bridal party the day of the wedding. Come wedding day, I was blown away by the work her and her team did to set up our reception area - from hanging the papel picado, to the pinata in the center, to setting all the dinner and dessert tables - I was in tears seeing it all come together. Her and her team also ran the wedding so smoothly and handled any little hiccups with grace. I cannot emphasize enough how hard her and her team worked to make sure my husband and I enjoyed ourselves the entire time. I cannot stress how important it is to hire the right coordinator to ensure your wedding runs smoothly! Please hire Krysta and her team - you definitely won’t regret it!

I love that she wasn’t in our faces or constantly bothering us for photos/videos. This way, we were able to enjoy every aspect of our day! Katelyn truly embodied what being “behind the scenes” means! First of all let me start of by saying wow!!!! Adam put together the most lavish engagement party for my fiancé and I. We were blown away from when we walked in. Planning was such a breeze I started to get anxious at the end but he just took care of every single little detail and I had the best night ever!!! He even helped me sort out things after the party, I mean this guy was there for me 24/7. The decorations, the entertainment, the management of the food and beverage, handling small situations with guest, I could go on and on. Our friends and family were blown away when they walked in and we were told it was one of the most fun events they had attended in SA. There was not a single moment of down time, he made the most incredible fun tequila shot wall, had a super fun 360 camera, the sweetest photographer. I was beyond blown away. If you’re having a big or small event hire this man!!! The girls working for him are also so sweet and every get together is so fun with him, he does such an amazing job at building a relationship with you and really gets to know you. Adam and his team are so talented I will definitely hire him for my future events .

Simply Elegant Group was by far my favorite vendor! Every single person we talked to from Lindsay Mackey, their amazing manger and our first contact to the hotel-block assistant was a joy to work with, communicative and helpful. The workbook, spreadsheets, and connections with other coordinators and vendors made the whole wedding planning process more enjoyable and streamlined. We chose the Day of Coordination and are very grateful to have had Hanh as our wedding coordinator! Hanh is worth her weight in gold! With Day of Coordination we received not only ten hours of custom coordination from the wonderfully efficient and empathic Hanh, we also had the help of her assistant. This was perfect because someone was by my and my husband’s throughout the day. I loved that with SEG we had a whole team of magnifically organized, thorough and compassionate individuals to support us in executing our dream wedding. Once we had submitted our information Lindsay contacted us to go over all of the things included in wedding planning. She created a rough draft of our day of timeline and gave us access to our Wedding Workbook. They have templates for everything you will need for organizing your wedding and making sure you do not miss out on important, but often overlooked details. Two months before our wedding date we were connected with Hanh. From our first meeting throughout the whole time before the wedding and for the duration of our wedding itself Hanh was both our wedding angel and ninja rolled all into one. I had done a lot of the initial setting up vendors, but as soon as she could she took over as my contact person. This meant the vendors had to email/reach out to Hanh and left me feeling like a weight had been lifted off my shoulders. From this point on I started to enjoy wedding planning.I love that she reached out to not only myself, but included my now husband and daughter in on a meeting. If there were any hiccups leading up to the wedding I did not know until they were already handled. On our wedding day, everything went smoothly for my husband and I and our family.Again if there were any mishaps my husband and I were oblivious of them and we had the best wedding ever! Hanh was ready for anything, made sure we were treated like royalty and also took some amazing pictures! Thank you to Hanh and Simply Elegant Group for making our dream wedding come true! Adaobi helped us manage the budget and find vendors that worked within our budget that still fulfilled our vision of the day. The day of help was tremendous - they worked with the vendors to confirm details, ensuring furniture and games arrived & were set-up as directed. I was amazed by Megan Biehl and UnBiehlievable Weddings. Above and beyond wedding planner, so professional and kind. Megan carefully listened to my husband and me. She created a dream wedding/10-year vow renewal for us. Her communication was excellent. Each suggestion she made worked into making our experience full of joy and beauty. When I was nervous she kept me calm and reassured me. Megan is not only a person with great communication skills, but she's an artist in herself what she created from just a few words to this day, gosmacks me. From the vendors she recommended I am so grateful to the location. She is filtered to the absolute best experience for a bride and groom possible in our area. I know this because my daughter got married and my experience for a Vow renewal even surpassed my daughters. Abby and Twin Flames Events/Florals is the best kept secret in New Braunfels. As someone with events expertise myself, I needed a planner who could take all my spreadsheets and make sense of the madness so I could simply breathe, decompress the stress, and enjoy my big day. Abby came on as our month-of-wedding coordinator, and she was a PRICELESS asset on my wedding day to say the least. From her infectious personality and fix it attitude, to her down-right creative genius and DIY designs, we were so appreciative of her presence and blessed to have found Twin Flames. She flawlessly executed our version of a Rustic Cinderella theme, and she took every one of our October Wedding dreams and made them come true. To top it all off, when the best man forgot his belt - Abby’s husband (aka her super support) quite literally offered the belt off his own pants. That should tell you everything, and the pictures do absolutely no justice to express just how beautiful this day was. Abby, thank you and we are eternally grateful. P.S. If you’re getting married at The Chapel at Gruene - there’s no better planner to choose considering her the pre-existing relationship (we’ll always be the first though!), knack for nature, freeform florals, thrifted gems, and hyper-close proximity to the venue. She started helping me a month before the wedding when I was in shambles. She consistently and proactively reached out to me to offer help and recommendations the month before. She worked at such a quick speed as well! The day of my wedding couldn't have gone more amazing thanks to her!!! She made me feel SO comfortable and really let me enjoy my day. Family and friends could NOT stop coming up to me to tell me how on top of everything Abigail was. Before my wedding people kept telling me "not to worry about the small things, because things normally go wrong on your wedding day". WELL that was not the case with Abigail. EVERYTHING WENT ABSOLUTELY PERFECT WITH HER. She even took videos and photos our photographer didn't catch. I'm not sure how she was able to be in so many places at one time, but she did it!!!!
