Her photos, taken on the family’s property upstate, feature plants, vegetables and herbs and are also found throughout the restaurant. Bringing life to the space, a lofted mezzanine herb garden above the bar, which was created in collaboration with Brooklyn Grange, overlooks the dining room and features fresh rosemary, lemon thyme and mint, among others, used for cocktails.
