Set up of tables, chairs, chair covers, china, flatware, glassware, and linens
Your reservation includes 4 hours of partyin from start to finish. Also, includes an extra 2 hours for setup and breakdown. Any additional time outside of agreed time will be billed at $500 per 30 minutes.
Booking fees for our facilities, and all payments made including deposits, are non-refundable. If you cancel your event within 40 days of your booked date, we’ll bill you the full amount of all estimated charges.
Our building is located 16 miles away from LaGuardia Airport in Queens, New York & 15 miles from Newark Liberty International Airport.
To ensure the smooth execution of your event and protect all parties involved, we kindly require event insurance to be obtained. Event insurance provides valuable coverage and safeguards against any unforeseen circumstances or liabilities that may arise during your event. It offers peace of mind for both you as the host and our venue. We understand the importance of creating a secure and worry-free environment for all attendees, and event insurance plays a vital role in achieving this.
