Hi! I'm Brooklyn - the owner! I'm 23 years old & happily married to my best friend, Michael. Traveling is a huge part of our lives, WDW is our happy place, & our next adventure is never far away. When I'm not at a wedding, you can find me in the flower shop or doing some *light* retail therapy. I recently graduated from KSU with a B.S. in Hospitality & Event Management. I have had the opportunity to work with some amazing couples & vendors in several states. I even spent time in FL working closely with one of the world's leading entertainment companies bringing hundreds of fairytale weddings & events to life. Now, I'm making magic of my own!

I have been in the hospitality business for over 16 years. I knew 2 years in that I wanted to focus on events and making memorable experiences for people. Over half of my hospitality career has been focused on catering and events. I truly love making connections with people and seeing their vision come to life with my help. Andrea, founder of Rare Bird Collective, began her career as a creative project manager in advertising and spent over 12 years working for some of the best hospitality groups in the country. She helped open several James Beard-nominated restaurants and worked for Relais & Châteaux properties. She has worked in every capacity of events from intimate birthday celebrations to large high-profile weddings, VIP and backstage parties for internationally touring musicians to the Nobel Peace Prize Forum, and everything in between.

Sarah has been planning events of all sizes for nearly 20 years. Her background in planning events started in the nonprofit industry in 2004, when she was responsible for coordinating the annual Shake it for Shelter fundraising event at COMPASS for Kids for several years. At Cradles to Crayons, Sarah oversaw all of the organization's signature events, including the 700-person annual Backpack-a-thon and the largest fundraiser of the year, the "Un-Gala". Sarah also worked at Facing History and Ourselves, where she planned their annual 900-person benefit dinner and advised their ten company offices on event strategy and execution.
