We selected Wilder Mind Events has our planners for our January 2026 wedding at Hotel Haya. Prior to this, I had been a quiet observer of their instagram account for nearly 5 years after sitting next to someone on a flight that recommended them. When my time finally came to plan a wedding, I knew without a question I wanted to go with Wilder Mind Events because I was constantly impressed with each wedding they shared on their account. After we finalized our venue and wedding date, I reached out and was elated they were available for our wedding date. For my review, (which is nothing but glowing) I’ll separate it into two parts: the first the pre-wedding and second the day of wedding. Pre-wedding: Having never planned a major event or wedding, I had no clue where to begin. We opted for the “Wilder” service which was the perfect amount of support we needed. Demi walked me through many check lists and helped me tailor my focus to bite size tasks to accomplish each month. As someone who easily gets overwhelmed, I appreciated having someone tell me what to prioritize. Another thing I found incredibly helpful was their creative vision. I could tell them bits and pieces of things I liked and didn’t like and they would steer me in a direction or help me narrow down options. When it came time to select the place settings, I was all over the place and terrified I would pick things that looked chaotic together and not have a cohesive look. Demi would thoughtfully lay options for me so I could get a sense of different options. It really helped me see things come together. Demi also helped us to maximize our budget, telling us that certain things weren’t necessary. For example, we didn’t need a fancy plate and a charger, but rather just the charger since we were having a plated meal. She had foresight of different things to think of that I would have never of known to do. They work with the best of the best and I knew if they were recommending a certain vendor, I knew they would be reliable, trustworthy, and also experts. Demi and Delaney were both enjoyable to work with and gave me a piece of mind and sense of ease throughout the entire planning process. I could not have done this without their support! Day of Wedding: My wedding day was absolutely perfect and this is largely because of Demi and the other assistants supporting her day of. The entire day went incredibly smooth from my perspective, but Demi was doing major behind the scenes work to coordinate a flawless execution. She dealt with our venue who only gave us 60 minutes to set up the entire event. Demi is very solution-oriented, so when she encountered setbacks, it never really seemed like a huge issue from my perspective. I appreciated this as I mentioned I tend to get overwhelmed. Some of my favorite details were: I always had a drink in my hand at the reception, my shoes and lipgloss were perfectly placed at our sweetheart table (I have no idea how they got them, but it was just the sweetest little thing that made me feel like a queen), they packed up all the personal items from the reception and had them stored in our room, and they even laid out flower petals on our bed for when we came back after the after party. They truly took care of every little detail. My wedding day was simply the best day of my life and while I don’t plan to get married again, if I would, I’d choose Wilder Mind Events again in a heart beat.

My husband and I got married in August 2025 and hired Ashley for Wedding Coordination services. We knew we could handle much of the prep work ourselves but wanted a coordinator to ensure the wedding day ran smoothly so we didn't have to stress or manage logistics ourselves. Our experience working with Ashley from start to finish was fantastic and we would highly recommend her to other couples getting married. Ashley and I had multiple planning calls in the months leading up to our wedding to review details and tasks that I needed to accomplish in order to stay on track. As we got closer to the wedding Ashley began taking on coordination tasks such as putting together the wedding day timeline and reaching out to all my other vendors to ensure everyone was on the same page. Throughout all these interactions she was on time, detail oriented, friendly, and followed up promptly with any action items (timeliness of email responses and follow up is a pain point I had with some other vendors throughout the wedding planning process, but not Ashley). When it came to the wedding weekend Ashley drove all the way to our venue location to run rehearsal and communicated frequent updates with me when she was running late due to traffic. Despite the delay we were still able to run the rehearsal quickly and get to our next event. On the wedding day itself Ashley kept all our vendors operating efficiently, set up our decor exactly as we asked, and jumped in to proactively manage a couple unforeseen bumps that occurred throughout the evening. At the end of the night she packed up everything and placed it in the bridal suite for us to pick up the next day. Although we didn't add content creation to our package, Ashley still took some video clips on her phone throughout the day and surprised us the next morning by texting them over -- it was such a thoughtful way for us to relive the day. We cannot sing her praises enough an encourage couples to hire Ashley for their wedding planning needs as she continues to grow her business.

I cannot say enough incredible things about Erin. Above and beyond does not begin to cover it! Look no further for any of your wedding planning needs. We hired Erin for our month of coordinator almost 2 years in advance. From the beginning, she was very responsive, informative, kind, and helpful. I am pretty organized, and she consistently thought of questions I didn't! I was very impressed with her demeanor with myself and the rest of our vendors. Our venue required a pre-approved coordinator, and Erin took the steps to contact them to make sure she would work out, and we are so glad she did! She did everything she said she would and then some. She reached out to all of our vendors, worked with us on our timeline (many times!), attended our rehearsal, and never got frustrated even when we had a lot going on. Erin felt more like a friend than a coordinator, and we are so happy we got to spend our special day with her. Julie came into our wedding preparation life after I had to let go of our first wedding planner (and let’s just say my spirits were low and some funds were already lost to paying our first vendor who was not a good fit to put it nicely). The universe had thrown us our saving grace in getting Julie as once she was onboard everything fell into place seamlessly. She was born to be planner. Organized, efficient, positive, calm, prepared and professional, Julie helped us achieve the most magical day that we will look back on with fondness for the rest of our lives. We had zero hiccups day of the event and that was thanks to Julie. She handles everything with such grace that even if things were starting to go off track you wouldn’t know as Julie resolves any issues as they arrive like a stealth ninja.  Mind you we were trying to plan a wedding in San Diego while living in Reno in 6 months time since we lost months to the first planner and didn’t have anything to show for it. Also we were planning a full Latin Catholic mads at one location and reception at a second approximately 30 minutes away. We came down 2 times before the event to do tastings and review venue/decor/DJ/photography/videography/florals. Julie made itineraries for us and we knocked one thing off the list after another with ease and smiles. If you are on the fence as to whether you should get a planner or not I will tell you that it is WELL worth it and if you get Julie S. you’ve hit the jackpot. She truly did create The Best Wedding for us and cannot recommend her highly enough.

Beach Weddings did such an amazing job with our beach wedding! They had the most gorgeous arch selection. The set up was perfect. They are so polite and so professional. From ensuring the DJ played the right songs at the right parts to the timeline, to the cocktail hour and reception, and sparkler exit and much much more, like signature drinks and memorial pieces. Every detail was perfect and executed amazingly!!! Did I mention we planned all this in about a week!? Rachel worked non-stop for us to ensure we had the best day ever. We texted and spoke daily and she responded so promptly whenever a thought popped in my head. P.S. my officiant was also my good friend and this was his first wedding. We had no idea the parts of the wedding or the ceremony and Rachel helped me keep him on track and even provided a template and reviewed our draft of the ceremony days before. She really does it all and understands every detail that goes into the wedding planning process and there are ALOT of details. THANK YOU AGAIN RLP EVENTS AND RACHEL!!! YOU ARE THE BEST!!!!

Our wedding at Atlanta Botanical Garden was an unforgettable day. Having Holly @ Wanderlust Event Company be a part of it made it even better. She was not only a great planner, but day of she made us feel relaxed and like she was going to take care of everything, no matter what. She really gets to know the couple, and tries to understand their wants and needs, their family members, alleviates anxieties, solves problems, and makes you feel like she is in control and does it all with a huge smile! Michelle and her team are absolutely incredible. My original wedding venue was unavailable 60 days before my wedding due to hurricane Helene/Milton and she found me 7 new options for the same date in the same city within 24 hours. Her perseverance and positive attitude are what made my wedding day happen. On the actual wedding day, the flowers and decor were absolutely breathtaking, and the entire event went off without a hitch. I couldn’t imagine my special day without Michelle and her team, especially their content creator who captured some special moments of my day that I was able to view the next day with my husband. I also used them for my bridal shower, and will be using them for my baby shower in the coming months. I cannot recommend Michelle in the Legacy Events teams more!
