As a planning duo, we step in to handle the details, timeline, vendors, rehearsal, personal décor, and wedding-day flow so you and your family are not the ones running around behind the scenes. Our heart is to create a day that feels organized, beautiful, and truly centered around you.

What sets us apart is our hands-on, two-planner approach. We do not just show up with a timeline; we step in to manage the details, communicate with vendors, guide the wedding party, assist with personal décor, and keep the day moving smoothly. Our Full-Service Planning package is for couples who want guidance from start to finish. We help with budget planning, vendor recommendations, contract details, design direction, timelines, logistics, and overall wedding management. With our dual-planner approach and trusted local vendor connections, we keep the planning process organized, proactive, and personal so your wedding feels seamless, thoughtful, and fully handled.

Our Partial Planning package is ideal for couples who have already started planning but want professional support bringing everything together. We step in to review what has been booked, fill in missing details, assist with vendor communication, refine logistics, and create a clear wedding-day timeline. This package gives you hands-on guidance without starting from scratch.

Our Day-Of Coordination packages are ideal for couples who have planned their wedding but want professionals to manage the final details and wedding day. We offer two options, from light coordination and timeline management to more hands-on support with décor, vendor flow, ceremony logistics, and end-of-night details, so you can relax and enjoy your day.

    Kim and Courtney at Perfectly Paired Weddings were truly one of the best decisions we made for our wedding day. We were referred to them by Iyrus Weddings Photography, and from the moment I looked through their Instagram and reviews, I knew I wanted to work with them if they were available. I loved supporting a small, women-owned business, and they fit perfectly within our budget for a day-of coordinator team. From our very first conversation, they made me feel comfortable and confident. They answered every question I had with professionalism and reassurance, and they even guided me through questions I didn’t know to ask. Throughout the entire planning process, they helped every step of the way and always made me feel supported — even holding my hand through the moments when I felt nervous or overwhelmed. Kim and Courtney work so seamlessly together. Their balance, communication, and teamwork are honestly beautiful to watch.     Courtney & Kim perfect team!

    I truly cannot thank Courtney & Kim enough for executing my PERFECT wedding day! I HIGHLY recommend them for any planning and coordination services!!! When they say Perfectly Paired, they mean it -- they are an awesome team that creates the perfect experience. For context, I booked them for day-of coordination for my April 11th wedding in Ybor City. From our initial consultation call, I already knew they were incredible industry experts in this field; they're extremely professional, great communicators, and confident in their knowledge base. They knew all the right questions to ask and details to confirm. I had planned most of the wedding details/logistics by that time, but I loved having their expertise to confirm that everything was a good plan and would seem to work well logistically. I really needed assistance with executing plans, personal items, and decor placement, which were within their scope. I DIY'd a lot of my decor, but in order to fully enjoy the day, my family needed help and guidance on that front to get everything placed. They truly went above and beyond. The day before, they did a great job of ensuring our rehearsal went smoothly and that the ceremony would look the way I had envisioned. On wedding day, they literally came to our house to pick up & drive our U-Haul of decor to the venue - then, unloaded it and placed all of our decor, while also still perfectly managing vendors and our bridal party. Everything on our timeline went perfectly. They did an incredible job of managing our large bridal party and family members to ensure everyone was where they needed to be at the right time. They even made sure we had drinks from the bar once we arrived at cocktail hour. They reminded us when to go have our private dinner so we wouldn't miss our chance to eat and have that moment alone together. To make our sunset pictures at the right time, they helped us move a couple of things around, and that went flawlessly. I'm sure several things went wrong that day, but I wouldn't know because everything was taken care of. They're just superheroes, to be honest. My husband and I truly were able to have the BEST day of our lives and we owe it all to them!

    Perfect Duo!

    After planning over 500 weddings myself as a professional wedding planner for 10 years, it's safe to say I had a clear vision and high expectations when the roles were reversed and I was the BRIDE! The number one piece of advice I give to my couples is to make sure you have someone you trust to run your special day so that you can relax and enjoy the moment. Kim and Courtney were the absolute best choice for the job. They didn't find my crazy layout ideas or 16 tab spreadsheet daunting. They asked the right questions and made me feel like my "perfectly planned" wedding was in good hands. The day of the wedding, every single item on my timeline was executed, everything was set up as I requested, and no detail was missed. And they did it all with a SMILE!     Amazing!

    Courtney and Kim at Perfectly Paired Weddings & Events were the perfect wedding coordinators for our big day. Their communication style was detailed and thorough, ensuring every aspect of our wedding was thoughtfully planned and executed. The quality of their work and value was unmatched - they were prompt, thought of everything, and knew what needed to be done before we even had to ask. They cued the ceremony seamlessly, even with 8 kids in our wedding party, and when I realized I had forgotten my cake topper at home, they magically produced one for us. Perfectly Paired managed all of our vendors so we didn't have to worry about a thing. I highly recommend Courtney and Kim - if you think you don't need a wedding coordinator, you're wrong! You absolutely need one, and Perfectly Paired is the best choice.

Perfectly Paired Weddings & Events is led by two coordinators, Courtney and Kim, high school acquaintances turned business partners with over 20 years of combined experience in service, events, and wedding coordination. When you work with us, you’ll communicate directly with both of us throughout the planning process and on your wedding day. We handle timelines, vendor communication, décor setup, and all day-of logistics together to ensure every detail is covered. Our hands-on, teamwork-driven approach means you always know who is supporting you, advocating for your vision, and making sure your celebration runs smoothly.
We believe every couple deserves our full attention, so we never take on more than one wedding per day. For weekends, we only book multiple events if they’re properly staffed and spaced out to ensure the same high level of care, communication, and hands-on support. Your wedding day is always treated as a priority, and we make sure we’re fully present, prepared, and dedicated to your celebration from start to finish.
The amount of time we spend together depends on the level of service you book, but we stay actively involved from the moment you sign on. On your wedding day, we’re with you from setup through the final send-off, handling every detail behind the scenes. We’re always just a message or call away whenever you need support or guidance throughout the process.
