My name is Brittany and I am the proud owner of Brittany's Brides. I started my business at the peak of the pandemic in October 2020, I know, risky choice- but it has certainly paid off. I have truly built my business through word of mouth and establishing positive relationships with other vendors and venues. In the beginning, it was just little old me, and now I have 4 amazing women that work by my side to turn wedding dreams into reality.

The name of my company was certainly selected for the fun and easy alliteration, but I also chose it because I wanted couples to know that they are the priority. Even though brides is in our title, don't worry, we love our grooms and same-sex couples too! Whatever your vision is, or even if you don't have one and need help shaping it, we are here for YOU. Another thing I think sets us apart, is myself and my whole team have a background in education. Teaching has provided us with top notch wedding planning/coordination skills that have been invaluable!

For the brides that wants a true partner for every step of the way of the wedding planning process! Did we just become best friends?! Bi-monthly planning calls, assistance with selecting all vendors (including venue), starts as soon as you book, budget-management, full wedding design assistance, assistance with creation of printed materials (custom signs, invites, etc.), unlimited texts and emails, assistance with seating chart and website.

Monthly planning calls, assistance with securing 3 vendors of couple's choosing, attendance at final vendor appointments, contract review for all vendors, assistance with wedding design/vision, creating important day of documents such as timeline, floorplan, meal counts, etc.

Starts at 30 days out from wedding date. Includes 3 coordination details calls. One to review timeline (giving feedback when needed) and your selected vendors, one call to review all of your decor and details that we will be responsible for setting up, and one to review your ceremony details to efficiently run your rehearsal. Includes coordination of wedding rehearsal.

    Brittany is Wonderful

    Working with Brittany for both our wedding planning and day-of coordination was a marvelous experience. We got the partial planning package and it was perfect for our needs. Brittany handled coordination with the three most complex vendors while keeping us on track with everything that we were handling. She provide advice and checklists to help us through the decisions we needed to make along the way. On our wedding day she made sure everything ran smoothly and we were able to focus on enjoying the day.

    Jackie with Brittany’s Brides was amazing as our month-of and day-of planner! From the weeks leading up to the wedding through the actual wedding day, she helped keep everything organized, on track, and running smoothly. She took so much stress off of us and made sure all of the little details came together exactly how they needed to. On the wedding day, Jackie was calm, helpful, and so easy to work with. She helped coordinate with vendors, kept the timeline moving, and allowed us to actually relax and enjoy the day without worrying about what was happening behind the scenes. We are so grateful for everything she did for us and would absolutely recommend her!

    Brittany is a life saver! One week before the wedding, our other planner (who was a pain to work with and would never recommend) quit and Brittany stepped in to save the day. She is absolutely fantastic! Coordinating with vendors, running our rehersal, dealing with family struggles, she made the entire day run smoothly without a worry from me. I could not have done the day without her. She is the absolute best. Highly recommend. Don't even look at anyone else.

Brittany is the the lead planner and owner of the company, at this time she is the only planner. However, we have a total team of 5. Three of us, including Brittany, act as lead coordinators for wedding day (Kat and Jackie are the other 2). We have two other team members that work exclusively as wedding day assistants, Erica and Karry. On your wedding day you will have one lead coordinator (if you hire Brittany as your planner, then it will be her) and one assistant. Larger weddings require more team members, which is an additional cost.
We rarely take on multiple weddings in a weekend, and do not take on more than one wedding on a single day. We do multiple wedding weekends only about 3-4 times per year, for unique or specific circumstances.
We do offer other event planning, and the cost for that event is based on the level of involvement needed for planning. This is something you can discuss in more depth with Brittany, but events we offer at this time are rehearsal dinners, bridal showers, and welcome parties.
It really depends on what package you select. If you are a full planning couple, we are in CONSTANT communication. We may not see each other in person as much, but at venue visits, vendor appointments, and other specific times, we do. Brittany speaks to full planning couples usually daily and partial planning couples a few times a week. On wedding day you can expect our team there for an average of 12 hours.
