As a control freak, letting go of all the little details on the day of was so hard to do, but I put our trust in her and she did not disappoint! We had an initial call when I was inquiring (over a year ahead of the wedding), then we had a venue walkthrough close to the wedding date where she took notes and asked questions, had a final call just before to go over any final details, and took my decor photos/notes to ease my mind on how I wanted things to look. The day of, she handled everything and didn’t need me for a thing - coordinated the vendors, set up the decor, and was our main point of contact for everything, broke down everything at the end. We also rented a few items from her that had to be hauled down to the venue. Everything was perfect. I cried when I saw my vision come to life.
