“Kyle was amazing to work with for our wedding! His communication throughout the planning process was always professional, quick, and organized. Kyle shared a detailed Google Doc with us to fill in with our personalized timeline of the day and preferences for music and announcements. About a month before the wedding, he scheduled a video call to go through that timeline step by step and to make sure he understood all of our requests. We shared specific songs we wanted for things like walking down the aisle and first dance and were able to share entire playlists of requests for things like music to play during cocktail hour, dinner, and our reception. On the day, Kyle was a rockstar. Everything was set up and ready to go well before our ceremony began. During the ceremony, the audio was excellent. From the volume of the music as we walked down the aisle, to the mics set up for us and our officiant, to the transition into our recessional, all of it was incredible. At the end of cocktail hour, Kyle pulled me aside just to review our entrance into the reception, which helped alleviate some nerves for me! And of course Kyle shined brightest during DANCING! He read the room, kept the energy high, and added in some awesome mixes and transitions that worked so well. We added on the photo booth and printer which was a huge hit! There were two print outs of each photo strip and you could even enter your phone number to get a digital version of the strip plus a video of all 4 photos rotating. This was super helpful especially for sharing large group photos. Kyle also sent us the digital copies of ALL of the photos and videos from the photo booth. We would highly recommend hiring Underfloor Music for your next event!”

Jim, the coordinator at Direct Entertainment frequently checked in with us, asked us questions about ourselves, and genuinely made us feel like he cared about us and our special day. He transitioned our ceremony music seamlessly and thoughtfully, and never failed to communicate with us throughout the day as the timeline changed. Inevitably, our timeline fell slightly behind, and Pat was flexible with his set to keep people dancing for the entirety of the shortened reception. “The Music Boutique was an absolute pleasure to work with for our wedding. From the very beginning, Scott was extremely helpful and responsive, and always providing us with great ideas, suggestions, and guidance to make our day special. We had a duo playing for our ceremony and during the cocktail hour and then we had a small 3 person band playing for our reception. And it was the perfect amount of people. We had spoken to some other bands and they all kept saying we need some big band for the reception, but since we were having less than 100 people at the wedding, we didn’t think it made sense to have like a 10 person band, it just seemed like it would overwhelm the whole wedding. And we knew we wanted a band component since my father plays guitar and I had a feeling would want to play a song at some point. Then we spoke with Scott, he seemed to understand our vision of having a small band. He loved the idea of my father playing a song, and made suggestions on when was the perfect time for him to play, and even laughed along with our idea of playing “September” by Earth, Wind, and Fire, over and over again, since we were getting married on “the 21st night of September” (we did not do this)! The day of the band was amazing! They even took the time to learn our first dance song, which was a fairly unknown track, and played it beautifully, and surprised us with playing it. Since we thought it was just going to be a recorded version of the song. That was very special to us! And they were more than happy to let my dad play his song to us. Overall, the band's performance was lively and engaging, and they kept our guests dancing all night long. We couldn't have asked for a better band to help make our wedding celebration so memorable, and couldn’t have done it with Scott!”

“Shawn did an awesome job! He did the music for our wedding ceremony, the music for the reception, provided uplighting, and the photobooth. My now husband and I enjoyed working with Shawn. He is funny, easy going, and patient. His questionnaire is very detailed and is very helpful for pulling the music together for the day. He also was very focused on making sure my now husband and I heard what we wanted to hear for the music. During the ceremony, Shawn timed the music perfectly. We saw later watching videos that he even cut the microphone out for my brother, the officiant of the wedding, when my brother almost started talking over parents walking down the aisle. Thanks for that, Shawn! Later in the night, we had other challenges with our timeline due to longer than expected speeches, too many tables to say hi to, and my own indecisiveness. Not only was he professional and organized, but he also brought an incredible energy to our wedding. For the ceremony and cocktail hour, we provided him with a specific music selection, and even though we never rehearsed together, he nailed it perfectly. During the reception, we gave him a playlist, and he struck the perfect balance between sticking to our choices and reading the crowd to keep everyone dancing. One highlight was when Joey G handed the microphone to people in the crowd, turning our reception into an impromptu karaoke party. It was a blast! He was not only fun and engaging but also very attentive to our needs. He asked how to pronounce each name correctly for the toasts, ensuring everything went smoothly. He was extremely easy to work with, is very experienced, organized, personable and makes everyone feel special. Most importantly, Graeme is fun! He realizes the importance of weddings, despite how many he's done - and he took extra care in making ours special, memorable and personalized. There is no doubt he knows what he's doing, and he makes sure everyone is happy and having a great time. Not only does he take care of absolutely everything - he goes FAR above and beyond. We had my now sister-in-law and her husband sing our first dance song (they traveled from out of town) and Graeme was able to arrange a guitar to make it extra special and perfect - convenience for everyone! I also didn't know what my first dance song would be with my dad, because my dad was adamant about surprising me and ended up creating a "mash-up" of special songs from my childhood, and was only able to do this because of Graeme and his willingness to go above and beyond (and the "mash-up" was under 2 minutes, which I am SURE Graeme also helped direct ;) ) - Our wedding day simply would not have been the same without him. If you are looking for a DJ for your wedding, look NO further. From before the ceremony to "shutting the place down" he managed it flawlessly every step of the way and we are so thankful for him. “In today's world everything is extremely overpriced and service is terrible. My wedding was very stressful for me because of this. I did not have a DJ or a Photographer and honestly was considering just something small scale, until I talked to Ed from DJ Double E. I would give them 10 stars out 5. From the minute I talked to Ed it was a breath of fresh air from the million other outrageously priced DJ's. The price is unbeatable but that's not why I would recommend them. They are absolutely phenomenal and made my entire wedding. The music was perfect from ceremony to the last dance. They were so professional, so involved and so fun. We had a daytime (early) wedding. It is so challenging to get people up and have a good time at 12:30 in the afternoon, I was having meltdowns about it, they reassured me but had the entire place up and having fun. You didn't know if it was day or night. They helped us more than the attendants at the venue. Over 100 guests said how amazing they were. The pictures they took could not be any better. Any other DJ who had packages like this (photo booth etc...) were THOUSANDS, yes THOUSANDS, more!!! I really hate to admit but I'm not easily pleased however I would put my name on the line for DJ Double E after how they made my wedding. DJ Double E exceeded all my and my husband's expectations and -consider yourself lucky if you hire them for any event. I'll be calling them again!!!”

“We could rave about DJ Thrilla all day long, but in the words of our wedding guests: “Best dance floor we’ve seen in a long time!” It’s been weeks since our wedding and our guests can’t stop talking about how great the music was. Arthur did a great job with the ceremony and cocktail hour, and managed a tricky parent dance section (multiple sets of parents & timing!) We requested a Taylor Swift mashup and he exceeded expectations and made it the highlight of our night. The dance floor was always packed, and Arthur did a great job of taking into account our requests while playing music everyone would enjoy. We opted to use uplighting as well, which looked beautiful during dinner (we chose a warm lighting) and was so fun for the dance floor with flashing lights. By the end of the night, he even had guests asking him to travel to Texas to DJ their wedding! Booking DJ Thrilla was one of the best vendor decisions we made for our wedding and we could not recommend him more!”
