Every story is unique and it is our goal to get to know you so that we can document your story authentically. If you're looking for super posed photos of your day, that's okay but Im probably not the best fit! But if youre a fun-loving couple that oozes chemistry and can't keep your eyes (or hands) off of each other, and you want that captured genuinely, I'm your girl!

What can I say other than they are ‘outstanding’ having you both capture moments that we will look back on and treasure forever, is SO incredibly special. The dream team duo! I could not be happier with the end result and we would happily recommend them to anyone. I cannot recommend them more to be at the top of your guest list. Not only were the quality of the photos perfect, the communication was the BEST. They really helped move our timeline along and stayed on top of everything and really captured the day the way I saw it. I have never been so happy to have them on our team, thank you so much!

She was so flexible working around our hectic schedules the day of and made sure to have every picture we wanted planned and ready to go. Wildcrest Studio, established by Jessie Harris, is a natural light, lifestyle photographer. I aim to capture the magic of your wedding day and you as a unique couple through peerless, stunning photographs!

Awarded Best of Zola
I am going to try and get off my soapbox for this review but I make no promises. Hiring Jessie Harris and Wildcrest Studios for my wedding was the single best decision I have ever made, except for marrying my husband. We had a small wedding, with a small budget, a very specific vision, no planner or coordinator, and no freaking clue what we were doing. From my first phone call with Jessie I knew that she was something special. She is experienced, organized, diligent, detail oriented, creative, kind, patient, and funny as heck. She truly listens to what you are hoping for and - somehow, despite all odds - she makes it happen. She LITERALLY threw off her shoes and climbed into Lake Michigan to get a shot of my husband and I on a dock at sunset. She kicked the groomsmen out of the area during our first touch because it was ruining the moment and I was too emotional and nervous to say anything. She drove across the state to shoot a pre-wedding reception for us. Alex, the second shooter, tied my husband’s bow tie for him before he walked down the aisle… and my brother’s… and my dad’s… and I’m pretty sure half the groomsmen’s bow ties too. She helped us create the timeline for our wedding day. She even gave us advice on what to pick for our first dance. And, to top it all off, she has provided us with the most unbelievable and stunning engagement, reception, and wedding day photos I could have imagined. Grateful doesn’t begin to cover how I feel when thinking about finding Jessie and Wildcrest Studios. Do yourself a favor and at least send an inquiry. Or don’t, and I’ll keep her all to myself :)

Big fan of dive bars, staring at the stars, forever searching for the best french fries, a blissfully cold Diet Coke, and a true midwestern why fly it's only 15 hours. You'll find me often traveling, spending time in nature, collecting rocks and shopping for vintage t-shirts. I love carefree messy in between moments, photographing my daily life on polaroids and film. I've lived a lot of places (Arizona, Arkansas, and Puerto Rico to name a few!) and have so many places that I treasure and feel at home.

When I was in the throes of wedding planning over a year ago, I was reaching out to vendors and putting payments down for June 2, 2024, and was crossing my fingers my deployed fiancé would even be able to attend, thanks to his unpredictable schedule. Amidst the stress (and borderline panic attacks!!) I was having because of that, I was also receiving a lieu of impersonal emails with quotes from photographers. When I got the email back from Jessica, she was the only one who answered with excitement and personality, and gave me a sense that this was supposed to be FUN. All this wedding planning was a very lucky sort of stress, and she didn’t make me feel like I was just some box to check off in her inbox— she was personable and friendly, and I liked her immediately. For the course of the year, Jessica and I kept up with eachother with texts, messages, and Instagram— and I felt like she was already a friend when June arrived. Even after her 12 hour journey to Virginia, she was full of energy and ready to go. She helped adjust some coordination timelines and caught things that I otherwise wouldn’t have. She hung out with my rambunctious family all weekend, witnessing our love and laughter, WIDE range of personalities, and even some sisterly tiffs. Honestly, she whole-heartedly became part of our crew. She ran everything past me when it came to details. Duke and I are not people who are comfortable in front of a camera, and I LOVED having her specifically tell us what to do to look good, while still feeling incredibly relaxed and natural around her. Duke and I kept saying she had Jedi powers the way she was able to flip cameras, batteries and equipment seamlessly. I’m writing this while in the airport leaving our honeymoon, and not only did Duke and I, and our families fall in love with Jessica— I still have guests reaching out to me via text to tell me how they hit it off with her on their own, how impressed they were with her ethic, or how they loved pictures from our sneak peek (eeeek!) I am not a girl who naturally feels pretty or comfortable in front of a camera. Jessica gave me the gift of finally experiencing both of those things on our special day. I felt beautiful and at ease. She captured the bridal portraits that I hope my great grandkids will put in their family tree projects for school one day, some of Dukes family and mine meeting for the first time, friends dancing, and our grandparents mingling and giving us their love. Duke and I knew our big white wedding would be our one chance to have everyone we love in one place. We are well aware of the rarity in that, and the fact that we don’t have much longer with some of those people we love. We’re well aware that these are the photos Duke and I will be looking at with our grandchildren when we’re old and grey, thinking about “the good ol’ days.” These photos are all we will have left one day of the people we love so fiercely, and these versions of ourselves. We will endlessly be grateful for Jessica of her effort and the labor that went into photographing a weekend like ours. She captured every single aspect of us and those we love, and above all us, gave us the gift of memory. 3 Faith and Duke

Hi there! My name is Tonya, it’s great to meet you! I am a mom to two kiddos who loves capturing memories. If you’re here, that means congratulations are in order on your engagement! Wedding planning, while stressful, is such an exciting journey leading to the start of your lives together. My hope is to capture those moments for you to relive over and over again throughout your lives. I have been photographing weddings since 2018. It’s a joy that I can’t put into words. Seeing two people love one another, capturing the creativity of each individual and unique wedding, it’s something I love having the opportunity to do!

Awarded Best of Zola
Tonya was incredible. I got engaged December 2019 and was looking to book a photographer pretty early on. Then the pandemic began and my plans changed, slowly at first, then drastically. Tonya was caring and understanding of my situation even before i was an official customer. She kept my date closed in her books until i was finally able to pay in full. She's a very sweet person and so easy to get along with. She's versatile in her editing style and is great if you are looking for something "light and airy" or something a little more "moody". Booking Tonya was hands down the best decision i made with my wedding (second only to picking the man i married).

Hi! My name is Mae, and I live in Brooklyn with my girlfriend, our two dogs Apollo and Bia, her cat Gigi and my lizard, Basil! I’ve always been passionate about capturing moments as authentically and magically as possible, and as i’ve settled more into this career path, I love that i’ve landed in a place where I have the privilege to capture and preserve people’s love stories. Weddings and elopements are so distinctly and uniquely human, and it’s truly the biggest honor to be trusted to document them.

Awarded Best of Zola
I came across Mae’s work when looking for a photographer for engagement photos in Central Park, and I was immediately impressed with Mae and knew we were going to be incredibly happy with the results. Mae responded immediately to all my questions, day or night, and took the time to video chat with me at length twice before the shoot to discuss what we were looking for in our photos. Before the shoot, I had sent her a few examples of what I liked, and not only did the photos come out exactly how I wanted them, but were even more perfect than I envisioned. The engagement shoot itself was so much fun, and Mae made us feel so comfortable throughout the entire process, despite us thinking we’d both feel awkward getting posed photos of us taken. Mae truly had a vision for what poses, locations, and lighting would work, and the execution was perfect. Some of the feedback we got from our friends was that the photos looked like a magazine, and that they were “ethereal.” Even better, Mae somehow got us the edited photos back within 24 hours of the shoot. Her pricing is also incredibly reasonable given the quality of her work, meticulousness, and experience in photography, as well as the very quick turnaround time. My fiance and I truly cannot recommend her enough, and we are excited to work with her again in the future. She is truly an artist, and any couple would be incredibly lucky to work with her!

She is so kind, friendly, caring, thoughtful and considerate of all your wants, needs, and especially your vision of your wedding day! She made the planning process so simple. Mikayla was very accessible and had clear, concise communication throughout the entire process! My goal was to have documentary style, candid photos that showed the joy we felt that day the and love we felt for each other. She did exactly that! We used her for our engagement shoot, and for our photography and videography on our wedding day! Our sneak peeks were AMAZING and exactly what I wanted! Our amazing photographer day of, Ali, was quick to put out small fires and think on her feet, all while making sure we were happy and didn’t need anything! Whether we needed encouragement, direction or even another drink, she was there! So many people told me they were impressed with how much our videographer, Jackson, captured EVERY moment! He was constantly moving around, getting different angles, and getting different perspectives of our day. Overall, my experience with Moonrae Photography was excellent, and I have nothing but positive things to say about the company, and it’s lovely owner! If you’re looking for an amazing photographer with great attention to detail, strong professionalism, a caring heart and a creative eye, look no further!!!

Hi!! I'm Jen, the heart and soul behind Jen Marie Imagery! I'm passionate about creating unforgettable memories through my lens. Beyond being a dedicated photographer, I'm a coffee lover, taco enthusiast, concert junkie, Netflix aficionado, and proud pet parent. My journey with photography started as a childhood passion, using up all my mom's film on disposable cameras. What began as a hobby transformed into my life's calling in 2016 when I booked my first wedding. From that moment, I knew I had found my true purpose. There’s nothing I love more than photographing love!

We truly could not have asked for a more incredible wedding photographer. From the very beginning, Jen and the second photographer made us feel so comfortable, confident, and genuinely cared for throughout the entire process. They captured every single moment so beautifully — the big emotional moments, the tiny details, and all the candid memories we never want to forget. Jen sent sneak peaks the day after and I was obsessed! We’ve already had so many people compliment our photos, and we honestly will treasure them forever. If you are looking for someone who goes above and beyond and truly pours their heart into their work, Jen is your girl! We are beyond grateful and cannot recommend her enough!

When asked when I first knew I wanted to be a photographer, it's hard to pinpoint a specific time, as I feel I have always had an eye for photography. From ripping up magazines, photoshoots with friends, the rise of Tumblr & Instagram, to taking a 35mm black & white film photography class in high school, going on to get my BFA in photography, and establishing my business - photography is truly in everything I do. I have been photographing weddings for over 7 years now. My work is a combination of unfiltered documentary, funky fashion editorial, and timeless fine art with a modern twist.

Kate went above and beyond on our wedding day to ensure our special moments were fully captured. Both on film and digitally, she understood the essence of our day and worked diligently to showcase that through final imagery. The film aspect was a sweet initial treat to receive. To see our day in a raw, one shot kind of experience. She was on time to her delivery of our final gallery and blew us away with her talent! Moody, clear and candid. Not to mention, she’s got a laugh that makes you laugh, a personality that allows you to feel yourself around and was professional from start to finish. She really cares for her clients and the work that she does. You can tell it’s more than just her business, it’s her entire heart! 100% recommend!
