“I don’t want to imagine how our wedding would have went without Christina & Lauren from I do Memorable Occasions. On a budget and initially hesitant about the need for Planning and Coordination, we chose the Partial Package for 2800, and it was worth every . From the beggining, Lauren and Christina took the reins and kept us moving forward meeting the deadlines we needed to. They helped us find the 5 vendors we selected, vetted them, got us to the prices we needed for each service, and stayed in touch with them along the way. Our wedding day coordinator Christina met with us in person at the venue, and twice over the phone (One of them with our photographer) to nail down the timeline of the day. She listened to our wants but more importantly kept us honest about what was possible and how long things would take. The day of the wedding Christina was simply amazing. She cooly worked under pressure both at the hotel and the church to get everyone ready to go on time. You can’t coordinate at the church without a coordinator or everything going thru Bridge/Groom. Then she went to the venue and worked quickly to get everything we wanted setup in just the right way. One there she kept us on schedule, herded the bridal party and our family, and kept the 2 of us on schedule. She always met us with a smile and 2 drinks when we needed them. The day was magical, our guests had a great time, and we have the memory we want. Worth every .”

From the very beginning, her communication was proactive, responsive, persistent, and thorough. Our day-of coordinator, Veneisha, created a detailed timeline over a month in advance and seamlessly coordinated with all of our vendors to ensure everything ran smoothly. On the day of, Veneisha put out our dance floor props, cut our extra wedding cake, brought in our late night food and cleaned up the venue to make sure we weren't charged any extra fees. “We hired Johnna as our day of coordinator for our wedding and she was truly such an angel to work with. Her pricing is more than reasonable for the services she provides and she was always super quick to respond. She was so sweet, reassuring, and helpful through the entire process. Even in the months leading up to the wedding, she would reach out to check in and offered to handle any tasks or communication that I needed help with. She took the time to plan phone calls with me even when I just needed someone to listen to everything going on in my mind with the planning process. She took so much weight off my shoulders in the months leading up to the wedding. On the day of, we worked with Kat, Casey, and Anna and WOW. I was truly speechless at how incredible the whole team was. They took my vision and brought it to life so seamlessly! We had multiple snags in the morning, putting us behind in our timeline by about an hour. But the team of girls worked quickly and quietly behind the scenes to smooth everything out and get us back on track, without me even realizing. My florals were over an hour late and I didn’t even know it because they swooped in and got it all straightened out before anyone even mentioned it to me. They also handled all of the tear down and cleanup for us as well and had all of our items neatly packed up ready for us to take home. “Veronica is truly the best wedding coordinator out there. She and her team went above and beyond and my wedding day was absolutely perfect!! Veronica was involved with the wedding planning months beforehand (unlike most wedding coordinators I spoke to!) and she was so detailed and organized that she truly put my type-A personality at ease!!! I knew I was in the best of hands after our first conversation and on the wedding day I was completely relaxed because I knew I could trust her to handle any hiccups. She also did my floral arrangements and was present at all the meetings with the venue and caterer to make sure that everyone was aligned on my vision. When she showed me the reception hall before my guests arrived it took my breath away-- it was even better than I envisioned!!! Her eye for detail is incredible and my reception decorations were breathtaking. I also have to acknowledge Veronica's assistant Sharae because she too was the best ever-- I definitely walked away from my wedding weekend with a new best friend. Sharae kept me calm and laughing on my wedding day and made the entire pre-ceremony experience SO MUCH FUN!!! Honestly, my wedding day would have felt much different if Sharae wasn't there. I actually got emotional saying goodbye because she was such an important part of my day too. I never thought I would grow so close to a wedding vendor, but I now consider Veronica, Sharae, and the entire Exquisitely Designed Events team like family.
