| Description | Planning a wedding from start to finish, just as unique and special as the couple it celebrates, starts at $4000. It includes unlimited meetings, venue visits, and mock ups. Let us do the work for you! | Day of coordination starts at $1250 or hire by the hour at $225 for a minimum of 3 hours. We treat weddings big or small the same, because a micro wedding is just as special as a big production. The details matter even more with a small guest list. | Day of coordination includes 8 hours on site, but full availability remotely before and after. This is the most popular package. For the couples who have a shorter reception we also offer an hourly rate of $225 (3 hour minimum). Let us do the heavy lifting that day, with light decor assistance, light tear down, ceremony timing, vendor logistics, timeline management and crisis intervention. |

Five stars!
Hillary was so great to work with-from the planning meetings to the day of our wedding she was so organized. She was so helpful with our wedding rehearsal and took care of everything that came up the day of. SO nice to not have to worry and know that she was taking care of everything behind the scenes! Highly recommend!
Wonderful experience - would recommend again
5 stars, had a few issues with the bridal party and MOB, but consultant was able to step in and handle for me, so I didn’t have to. I can’t state enough how grateful I was that we left room in the budget to hire Happy Days. Our wedding was small and beautiful, but being able to take some of the stress off my shoulders was worth every penny.

From the moment we booked Happy Days: Events, they were incredibly responsive and prompt in all of their communication. Their professionalism and attention to detail was top-notch, ensuring that the decor and set up for our wedding day was flawless. The team was super friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to make our special day as stress-free as possible. We could not have asked for a better wedding planning experience - Happy Days: Events truly helped make our wedding day perfect.
Not worth the money
Happy Days: Events was a disappointment as our wedding planner. Their communication was quick but lacked important details, leaving us feeling frustrated. The quality of their work and overall value was inefficient and distracted - they were often nowhere to be found during the wedding and had to be reminded repeatedly to help with things. It felt like we didn't get our money's worth, as they were not as present or helpful as we had hoped on our special day. I would not recommend using Happy Days: Events for your wedding planning needs.
Response from vendor•Sep 27, 2025Hi Bailey- I sincerely apologize that our service was not up to your standards. Many times our job as coordinators involve fixing problems that may not have been notice by the bride and groom such as adding a cake table when none has been included in the diagram, removing a confrontation between a DJ and over served guest from the reception area, serving cocktails to the head table when glasses are empty, ensuring venue rules are followed to avoid confrontation or additional charges, or serving food to the father of the groom when a caterer misses them. Additional set up of flowers at the ceremony or organizing a dog to walk down the aisle when not previously discussed due to missing of the last phone meeting can also make time management challenging, among other details missed. Again, we sincerely apologize your special day was not as you had hoped and you did not find value in our services. -Hillary
