Celebrate in our temperature-controlled 1891 barn with a four-foot disco ball, gather around the bonfire, and stay onsite in our 1747 farmhouse. 2027 Wedding Weekend Venue Fees are $13,500 off-season (Nov-April + July) and $16,500 prime season (May-June and Aug-Oct). A two-night farmhouse stay ($1,200/night) and 15% service fee apply; your welcome event has no additional site fee. Most couples plan for an overall wedding budget (including all outside vendors and services) of approximately $55,000–$100,000+. The $53,000 Signature Wedding Weekend includes exclusive use of the estate, farmhouse accommodations for up to 17 guests, full-service wedding planning and creative direction with owner Katie, weekend production, event spaces, furnishings, and amenities. Most weddings we plan represent an overall investment of approximately $150,000–$300,000.
