Full day access to property the day prior and day of wedding, 8 hours of celebration time, two nights accommodation in the Hubbell Barn, 60x90 tent with cathedral ceiling and lighting, ceremony on-site with 150 chairs, 200 reception chairs, tables for 200 guests, dance floor, catering kitchen, on-site bridal coordinator, dedicated staff, set-up and breakdown, parking with lighting, and bonfire.
Caterer, linens, barware, glassware, dishware, utensils, flowers, DJ, photographer, videography, additional tenting, and additional lighting.
A signed agreement and 20% deposit to hold your date. 30% is due 6 months from your event date, and the remaining 50% is due 30 days prior to your event.
Use of Hubbell Homestead premises is from 6:00 AM till 11:00 PM.
Contracting parties must provide a certificate of insurance on a general public liability insurance policy. Caterers must provide a certificate of current liability insurance and confirmation of a valid commercial caterer's license. If the caterer is responsible for alcohol, a current Vermont alcohol license must be provided.
