“When my husband and I got engaged in May 2023, Wild Rose was the very first vendor I booked (I sent my inquiry the day after he proposed). As a venue owner with more than 5 years in the industry at the time, I knew that the most important, non-negotiable vendor would be our coordinator. I knew that I wanted the full planning aspect so that I could enjoy the process as a BRIDE, not from an industry or “work” perspective. Brenna and Molly had been so amazing to work with at the venue, I absolutely loved their product and knew I had to have them do my wedding. From day one they made me feel so confident in our choices, our to-do list felt like it was handled and I didn’t have to worry about a thing. They fully designed our day - stationary, florals, decor rentals, it was such a blast to have our check-in meetings on Zoom to SEE our design come together. They handled all of the vendor exchanges, including when we arrived to our venue in Costa Rica and it looked completely different than the pictures online so we ended up moving our ceremony site to our welcome party site with 24 hours to go! I’d be lying if I said I didn’t worry for a second, but I did worry - if only for a second. Truly Brenna and Molly said “we got this” and they handled it so easily. I was worried about packing two wedding dresses for international travel - Molly had me bring them and my suitcase to work and she herself packed them perfectly. When we got to Costa Rica they came to our villa to unpack and hang them safely. On my wedding day Molly steamed my veil and was actually the one to get me in my dress. They were also so incredibly understanding with everything I wanted to do to include my mother who passed away in 2021. I brought a necklace with cremation remains and they so lovingly tied it on my bouquet for me. They carried the portrait I had my now mother-in-law carry down the aisle around with them throughout the day like she was just hanging out with them. They even took the portrait back to their flat so mom was at their “after party.” Our 3 sons are the first to refer our friends and family that are wedding planning to “Miss Brenna and Molly” - they loved hanging out with them for the week we were together. Overall - I love Brenna and Molly enough to spend a year in meetings with them AND fly them to Costa Rica for a week, along with our 30 closest family and friends. Their care, attention to detail, and confidence continue to amaze me and Wild Rose will always and forever be the best thing I ever did for our wedding!”

“Hiring Laura and her team was hands down one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. I truly cannot say enough good things about Laura, Morgan, and Audi. As typical brides do, I originally thought I would be totally fine planning and organizing my wedding day myself. I then realized I had absolutely no idea what I was doing. I also realized that I didn’t want to spend my wedding day worrying about timelines and whether everything was going smoothly. When I first reached out to Laura she responded so quickly, and during our very first meeting (before I had even officially hired her!) she was already giving me helpful tips and ideas. She is SO organized — spreadsheets, timelines, even a list of things to remember to pack for the wedding day. She answered all my questions, calmed my stress more than once, and worked so hard to track down THREE disco balls for our dance floor. She immediately understood the vibe I was going for and supported me through the whole planning process. I can't even gush more about how wonderful our wedding day was. On the wedding day, Laura was literally everywhere. My whole family kept commenting on how amazing she was, running around making sure everything was happening on time and going smoothly. I didn't stress for a single minute, because I knew everything was in good hands. Her assistant Morgan was the GOAT. She stayed by my side basically the entire night. At one point a family member had me a little rattled and she calmly escorted them away and then came right back to check on me. She even helped me pee in my dress — which honestly tells you everything about the level of support she gave me that night! “For our wedding, we utilized very few additional services as my career requires me to plan and host events/dinners for 900 guests. So I went into the wedding preparation pretty confident with my capabilities to pull it off on my own. I soon discovered that I needed some additional oversight. Paige and Wild Arrow Events to the rescue! Paige was on it. She assisted with our website, program, calendar of events and gift tags for content, verbiage and layout. It is so easy to overlook misspellings, alignment, punctuation, etc. when you look at your creations for too long. She caught things that were very blatant and would have been embarrassing if they went out to my guests. She made wonderful suggestions that I never would have thought of ask guest to be seated by a certain time, menu details, parking details, etc. While I have experience in events, not so much on weddings. Paige knows the ins and outs. We had our wedding at the Elms hotel in Excelsior Springs a historic and beautiful hotel, but there are some different things to consider at this type of venue. Plus, we also did a brunch wedding, while wonderful, is not as common. So the communication and flow really needed to be clearPaige was a step ahead of at all times. Paige also assisted with coordinating our decor and those little touches of welcome bags, cake boxes and guest gifts. I am so pleased with her services and her attention to the tiniest of details as that what made the difference to us and our guests. She will tackle the largest aspects of your wedding but also the smallest. It was a comfort to have her professionalism leading up to the wedding and the day of. “Aquina is amazing! It rained on my wedding day which was very disappointing. She helped guide everyone through the logistic changes that needed to happen due to that. She eased my worries throughout the whole process. She packed things up for us, ran our rehearsal, and helped us through some other unfortunate situations with some vendors. She fought for us and made sure we were satisfied, even when things beyond our control went wrong. I would HIGHLY recommend Authentically You KC, especially if you are getting married at La Villa!”
