Description	I offer recommendations for vendors. We will meet to review details or changes 2x/month. I will assist with timeline creation if needed. I communicate with vendors and periodically check on vendors via email or call. I will coordinate the rehearsal dinner and arrive day of (12pm-12am) with my team of 1-3 coordinators to set up and tear down your special day!	I offer recommendations for vendors. Good Intentions, but Fell Short on Execution
My husband and I hired Theresa for our June 2026 wedding after several conversations about the support she would provide throughout the planning process and on the wedding day. Before signing, we specifically discussed beginning work earlier than her typical timeline, receiving assistance with vendor sourcing and brainstorming, rehearsal coordination, timeline creation, light setup and teardown, and overall wedding management. Based on those conversations, we felt confident that she would be a strong logistical partner leading up to and during our wedding. Looking back, I believe the biggest challenge was not a lack of good intentions, but a gap between the responsibilities that were discussed and the level of execution we ultimately experienced. Throughout the planning process, Theresa frequently offered to take on additional responsibilities beyond what she now describes as wedding management alone. While I appreciated her willingness to help, many of those tasks were either not completed, completed late, or required significant follow-up from us. We raised concerns about organization and communication months before the wedding and requested a more streamlined process, including written action items and clearer follow-through after meetings. On the wedding weekend itself, there were several moments where we felt we were managing logistics that we expected our coordinator to be directing. Despite providing detailed documentation for décor placement and event setup, my husband and I, along with members of our family and wedding party, ended up completing a significant portion of the setup and coordination ourselves. Rehearsals lacked the level of leadership and direction we expected, vendor issues were not always proactively communicated, and several logistical details required intervention from us or our loved ones. What makes this experience difficult to summarize is that I genuinely believe Theresa cares deeply about her couples and wants them to have a great experience. However, good intentions alone are not enough in a role that requires strong organization, communication, leadership, and attention to detail under pressure. For couples considering working with Theresa, my recommendation would be to have very specific conversations about expectations, responsibilities, and boundaries from the beginning. Make sure every responsibility is clearly defined, documented, and understood by both parties. My experience was not that I misunderstood the services being offered. Rather, responsibilities were often expanded through conversations and offers of help, but the execution did not consistently match those expectations. I wish Theresa success as she continues to grow her business, and I hope she takes the lessons she has publicly shared about boundaries, capacity, and client expectations and uses them to strengthen the experience for future couples.

Throughout our planning process, I worked to accommodate your requests and communicate openly, including remaining available after your wedding weekend to discuss any concerns and offer solutions. This experience has prompted me to strengthen my client processes, clarify service expectations, and establish clearer boundaries so that future couples have an even better understanding of what my wedding management services include. This experience has also reinforced the importance of mutual respect. Moving forward, I am committed to working with couples who communicate with kindness and respect, even during stressful moments. Hands down the sweetest & most genuine wedding planner a girl could ask for, you are making a mistake if you are not booking Theresa! She is incredibly down to earth, and you can tell she truly values your goals & personal enjoyment through the entire process. My husband and I did not bat an eye or lift a finger the entire wedding because of her & her help, and it was the best decision we made!! Make your day a breeze, trust me!

Amazing Person
As a vendor in the wedding industry - I absolutely love working weddings where Theresa is involved! She has such a warm and welcoming personality that makes you drawn to her. While she is friendly - she also remains professional on your big day! Hiring her to bee your wedding coordinator would be an amazing investment for your dream wedding!

The best Coordinator I’ve ever had
Theresa is the best I know. I have never met someone so sweet and kind. If you’re hesitant to pull the trigger and work with her.. just go for it! She helped us out in so many ways. She made our special day perfect! She is so knowledgeable and truly knows what she is doing.
