Oh hey there! My name's Laura. Dog mom of three, charcuterie board aficionado, and lover or all things Halloween. All things aside, I've been in event planning/coordinating since 2015 in the mix of weddings, corporate events, sporting games, concerts, birthdays, and everything in between. I bring a twist of knowledge to the table, and ease to you and your event.

At Ease Events KC, provides micro-weddings & elopement planning along with wedding management & coordination for those looking to highlight their unique culture, lifestyles, and traditions. Our goal is to provide inclusive resources, communication, and detailed event timelines to each of our clients and their vendors, while using eco-friendly practices, during their engagement with us. The heart of our focus is to bring a twist of knowledge to the table and ease each client’s stress while ensuring that both them and their loved ones truly get to enjoy their event.

Description	Our MICRO + ELOPEMENT Package is for couples wanting to elope or celebrate their love story with their closest family and friends but do not want to worry with the planning elements. Upon contract, we will begin working hand-in-hand to plan, design and coordinate your perfect intimate wedding day, ceremony, cake & champagne reception or other intimate gathering. BOOKING: Calendar opens 18 months in advance TIMELINE: upon contract	The MANAGEMENT package is for couples that are looking an all inclusive day-of coordination team plus an experienced wedding & events planning bestie that can navigate them through the wedding/event process and rock the coordination logistics of their wedding/event day formalities so that moms, aunts, friends and/or colleges can fully enjoy your day with you! BOOKING: Calendar opens 18 months in advance TIMELINE: 6 months prior to the wedding	The COORDINATE package is for couples/clients that have completely plan their entire event day themselves and would like to enjoy your wedding/event day without any hassle. You plan, we’ll coordinate. BOOKING: Calendar opens 12 months in advance TIMELINE: 10 weeks prior to the wedding/event

Owner, Laura C. has been in the events industry since 2015, with a vast background in planning, design, food & beverage and more. Typically we are apart of 20-25 couples wedding days a year. We offer fully planned elopements and micro weddings. Our most popular package is our Wedding Management package, traditionally known as “Partial Planning” which give you an experienced planning professional to lean on while planning, additionally we do offer coordination services that begin 10 weeks prior to your wedding date. We do not offer strictly day-of coordination services.

Currently we have 4 team members. Depending on your planning needs and package, you’ll have between 2-4 of us on your wedding day.

Yes! Typically at The Juliet

This is dependent on your planning/coordination services, but typically 2-3 planning meetings, and about 10-15 hours in person (final venue meetings, ceremony rehearsal & day-of)

Typically No. Our only exception is two weddings, on the same day at the same property that has multiple venues on site (i.e. 28 Event Space)
