The best decision you'll ever make!
I truly cannot say enough amazing things about At Ease Events! If I could give them a million stars, I would! Beth was our wedding planner, and Laura assisted her, and I genuinely cannot imagine our wedding day without these two incredible women. From start to finish, they went above and beyond in every possible way to make our wedding experience absolutely perfect. Throughout the planning process, Beth was an absolute dream to work with. From helping coordinate with vendors leading up to the wedding to making sure every little detail was thought through, she took so much stress off our shoulders. She was organized, thoughtful, attentive, and always made us feel like we were her top priority. Having someone we trusted so completely made the entire experience that much more enjoyable. And then came the wedding day, when Beth and Laura somehow managed to exceed our already sky-high expectations! They handled EVERYTHING so seamlessly and effortlessly that my husband and I were able to be completely present and soak in every single moment. We never once had to worry about a timeline, a vendor, or whether something was getting done. They were always one step ahead, making sure everything ran beautifully behind the scenes. But what truly sets Beth and Laura apart is how genuinely special and cared for they made us feel. We never felt like just another wedding on their calendar. They treated us with so much kindness, warmth, and personal attention, and it was so clear how much they truly cared about making our day everything we had dreamed of. They have such a gift for making you feel calm, celebrated, and completely taken care of. Looking back on our wedding, one of the things I am most grateful for is having At Ease Events by our side. There is something so incredibly special about being able to enjoy the happiest day of your life without a single worry, knowing that everything is in the best possible hands. That is exactly what Beth and Laura gave us, and I will forever be thankful. If you are considering hiring At Ease Events, DO IT. It will be one of the absolute best decisions you make for your wedding. Beth and Laura are truly exceptional at what they do, but even more than that, they are wonderful people who pour their hearts into their work. We felt so loved, supported, and celebrated every step of the way. We cannot recommend them highly enough, and we will be singing their praises forever!!

Best wedding coordinator!
Coordinator - At Ease Events - 20/10!! Laura, Morgan and the entire team are literal rockstars! They thought of things I had never considered, were present and available at all times during my event, and were totally prepared for every single meeting leading up to the big day. I booked the 3 month package, and as soon as they stepped in I suddenly felt so much relief. They brought us drinks at cocktail hour, bustled my dress (above and beyond!!) and executed my vision for the day PERFECTLY! Any bride would be lucky to use this team, but especially “spooky” brides! I definitely did not want a gothic or Halloween event, but envisioned a darker, moodier affair and they were literal perfection.

Best Wedding Coordinator!!
Hiring Laura and her team was hands down one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. I truly cannot say enough good things about Laura, Morgan, and Audi. As typical brides do, I originally thought I would be totally fine planning and organizing my wedding day myself. I then realized I had absolutely no idea what I was doing. I also realized that I didn’t want to spend my wedding day worrying about timelines and whether everything was going smoothly. When I first reached out to Laura she responded so quickly, and during our very first meeting (before I had even officially hired her!) she was already giving me helpful tips and ideas. She is SO organized — spreadsheets, timelines, even a list of things to remember to pack for the wedding day. She answered all my questions, calmed my stress more than once, and worked so hard to track down THREE disco balls for our dance floor. She immediately understood the vibe I was going for and supported me through the whole planning process. I can't even gush more about how wonderful our wedding day was. On the wedding day, Laura was literally everywhere. My whole family kept commenting on how amazing she was, running around making sure everything was happening on time and going smoothly. I didn't stress for a single minute, because I knew everything was in good hands. Her assistant Morgan was the GOAT. She stayed by my side basically the entire night. At one point a family member had me a little rattled and she calmly escorted them away and then came right back to check on me. She even helped me pee in my dress — which honestly tells you everything about the level of support she gave me that night! At the end of the night I literally cried because I was so happy and everything was so perfect. Our wedding day would not have been the same without Laura and her team. I would recommend her to any bride — whether you’re nervous and want someone firmly in your corner, or you simply want to relax and know someone amazing is making sur ethe cake arrives on time.

From start to finish, the team at At Ease Events Kansas City was a dream to work with. Their communication was always quick, thorough, and effective, which helped make the wedding planning process smooth and stress-free. They were incredibly detail-oriented and truly cared about making our special day perfect. The At Ease team worked tirelessly behind the scenes to ensure every aspect was taken care of, and by the end of the night, it felt like we were saying goodbye to good friends. We are so grateful for their hard work and dedication, and we cannot recommend them highly enough to any couple planning their wedding.

My husband and I got married on October 12th, 2024 and we worked with Laura on our big day. She was an absolute dream to work with! Hire them, NOW! I pinky promise that you won’t regret it. I am quite organized and I truly thought that I would be able to handle the wedding day on our own.. I was totally wrong. We are eternally grateful that we hired At Ease Events. Laura was the absolute best! She was organized and beyond helpful. I even got compliments from our fellow vendors regarding how much they liked and appreciated Laura. I cannot rave about how much I appreciated Laura on our big day. She was running around making sure that everything was absolutely perfect for my husband and I to enjoy. If I needed her, she was there! She took such great care of us on our special day and also the entire month before. We cannot thank Laura enough! Cheering you and your team on always!!
