Hustle & Bustle Events is a wedding planning & coordination + content creation company serving crazy-in-love couples in the Kansas City area. At Hustle & Bustle Events, we work passionately to elevate your wedding with the goal of facilitating an organized, stress-free, well documented and beautifully seamless wedding experience.

I officially began my coordinating career in 2014 helping friends and acquaintances with their weddings. From 2016 to 2021 I worked as a venue in-house coordinator. It was then that I gained my extensive knowledge about wedding flow, what each vendor needs to provide the best services possible, and how to manage ceremonies and receptions professionally. Because of that experience, I am now able to perfectly curate weddings to my brides’ specific taste. My coordinating style is detailed and efficient as I hustle & bustle (literally!) throughout the day.

Designed for couples who want expert guidance, a streamlined process, and a cohesive celebration from start to finish. We collaborate closely on event styling, create a detailed timeline, and manage vendor communication throughout planning. As the wedding approaches, we handle logistics and final details. On the wedding day, our team is onsite from start to finish, ensuring everything runs smoothly and seamlessly.

This coordination package is for the couples enjoying the planning process without assistance. Where the coordinator comes into play is one to two months before the wedding to help with logistics, timeline facilitation and organization.

    Hustle and Bustle was the BEST wedding decision

    My daughter and her (now) husband had the most joyous and memorable wedding on June 6th. What made the event so much better was having Jazmyn Pedersen guide the day so we could focus on the celebration. From the moment we met Jazmyn, my daughter and I knew she was kind hearted, highly organized, experienced, and easy to work with. I truly can't imagine the wedding planning and wedding day without her expertise and organization. She had such a calm demeanor on the wedding day, even when the rentals showed up an hour late.     Mother of the Bride

    Jazmyn is amazing!! She made our day so flawless, even with horrible weather predictions. She was exactly where we needed her every time we needed her for something.     The best

    I can’t say enough about how amazing Jazmayn is to work with. From the beginning to the end she makes everything simple for you. We were both so scatter brained and she just layed out the best template to follow which made the whole process much more enjoyable. Day of the wedding she’s running around making sure everything is perfect and that we looked perfect. She made everything run smooth and look beautiful.
